The search strategy for English studies relevant to the topic is done using ScienceDirect, SagePub, Springer database is limited from 2005 to 2018. Keywords used are "health workers support", "immunization coverage", "vaccination". Full text articles are reviewed to select studies that match the criteria. The inclusion criteria in this review are health workers including nurses, doctors, community health workers. The search yielded 17 articles that fit the inclusion criteria. Abstract

Chronic kidney disease (CKD) stage V attacks other organs such as heart that can cause cardiovascular disease (CVD). One of them is CVD caused by CKD stage V that is the kinetic segment of left ventricle. Cardiovascular disease occurs due to excess fluid and buildup of uremic toxin. Chronic kidney disease stage V can not be cured so it requires therapy that is hemodialysis (HD). Hemodialysis can reduce excess fluid, uremic toxin, and maintain electrolyte balance in stage V stage. Improved fluid anddecreased uremic toxin can reduce the burden of the heart and strain so that blood supply to certain myocardial areas increases and the left ventricular kinetic segment increases. The study purposed to determine the effect of HD on left ventricular kinetic changes in CKD stage V patients in dr. Soebandi hospital in Jember. The research design utilized quasi-experimental one group pretest-postest design. The sample consist 30 patients using nonprobability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The primary and secondary data was used. Analysis data used Wilcoxon test. The study result showed that respondent in range of 45-54 years, women, hemodialysis >24 months and blood pressure before and after hemodialysis obtained patients with hypertension was the most characteristic of respondent. Hypothesis test using Wilcoxon test got p-value = 0.000. From the results of the analysis can be concluded that there is influence of hemodialysis on kinetic segment of left ventricle in patient of CKD stage V in dr. Soebandi hospital in Jember.

Data were collected by using questionnaires and interview sheet. The result showed that therewas no change in the behaviour of respondents in the control group. The behavior of respondents was mostly in low category both in pretest and posttest. On the other hand, there was an increase in the behavior of respondents in the treatment group. Before health education, there was only 8.3% respondents who had behaviour in good category, and that number increased to 54.2% after health education. Mann Whitney test obtained p value = 0.000. This means that health education by nursehas an effectiveness to improve community behavior about the content and impact of pesticide on fresh vegetables. Abstract

Motivation is a driving force that affects a person's readiness to start doing a series of activities in a behavior. The unpreparedness and anxiety of nursing students during clinical practice is due to the fact that students have no previous experience or description of clinical practice. Almost all students have anxiety when they do the first practice in the hospital, the students become desperate and helpless. Another cause of anxiety is student concern about the possibility of endangering patients due to their lack of knowledge. The purpose of this research was to identify the corelation between provision of motivation by clinical instructor and student's readiness to experience clinical practice in hospital. The research method was analytical descriptive. The sampling technique was simple random sampling conducted to the second grade students who practice in hospital. The sample consisted of 83 respondents. The questionnaire used in this study included questionnaire of motivation provision by the clinical instructor and questionnaire of student's readiness to experience clinical practice in hospital by using likert scale. Data were analyzed by chi square test with significance value of p <0.05. The results showed that therewas a correlation between the provision of motivation by clinical instructor and student's readiness to experience clinical practice in hospital (p = 0.008). Motivation by clinical instructor helps improve students' readiness to perform clinical practice. Clinical instructor should optimize the motivation for students. Giving good motivation to the students is not only limited to feedback for the competence that has been done but also creates a pleasant atmosphere of guidance and does not cause tension so that student anxiety level can be minimized.

Abstract

The achievement of exclusive breastfeeding is still not reach the maximum target, although the achievement target in Jember is 80%. Arjasa is one of districts with the lowest breastfeeding coverage, its amount to 14.40%. Discontinuity of breastfeeding expenditure became one of the causes. This research explained the correlation of parity and employment with breast milk expenditure on breastfeeding mother 0-6 months. This research was a correlation study with cross sectional approach which consisted of 30 breastfeeding mothers in Public Health Center of Arjasa, Jember. Data were analyzed by Spearman Rho test (p<0.05). The results showed that most of mothers were primiparous and farm labor as employment, and the majority of breast milk expenditure was not smooth. Mother's employment status had a correlation with breastfeed expenditure (p=0.017), whereas parity didn't have correlation to breastfeed expenditure (p=0.517). Based on the results, mother's employment can affect the breast milk expenditure. Health workers should improve health education and motivation about breast milk management on breastfeeding mothers involving their family support.
