Hypertension is a "silent killer", with 1 in 3 people with hypertension in Indonesia not realizing that they have hypertension. This persistent increase in blood pressure is positively correlated with an increased risk of heart disease, kidney failure and stroke. It is necessary to check regularly and periodically, so that it can be detected early so that early treatment can be carried out, so that complications can be avoided and disability and death can be prevented. By carrying out early detection and checking blood pressure every month, it is hoped that complications due to hypertension can be prevented and controlled. Hypertension treatment can be done in 2 ways, namely pharmacological and non- pharmacological treatment, in this case soaking the feet in warm water. Soaking your feet in warm water will widen the blood vessels so that blood circulation becomes smooth, which can lower blood pressure. The aim of this scientific work is to implement foot soak therapy using warm water to reduce blood pressure in Mrs. S.P in Bahu Lingk.1 Manado. The results of research using evidence-based nursing foot soak therapy using warm water which was carried out for 3 days, the evaluation results showed that foot soak therapy using warm water was effective in lowering blood pressure in Mrs. S.P. Conclusion: this scientific work shows a decrease in blood pressure in Mrs. S.P with hypertension after being given foot soak therapy using warm water. Suggestion: to all health workers to provide action and education on providing foot soak therapy using warm water to clients who suffer from hypertension.

Rheumatoid Arthritis is a musculoskeletal disease that often occurs in old age and disrupts the musculoskeletal system, characterized by the appearance of joint pain and stiffness, resulting in a decrease in physiological abilities or quality of life. Pain management can be done with pharmacological or non-pharmacological therapy. This writing aims to discuss the nursing care provided to Mrs. S.L at Ranomuut nursing home. The intervention given to treat the main complaint of chronic pain is pharmacological drug administration and non-pharmacological administration, namely warm red ginger compress therapy and cutaneous stimulation. After the intervention, there was a decrease in the pain scale, namely from 7 to 5 after 5 hours of nursing action. The conclusion in this study is that intervention to treat pain can be carried out using pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapy. Researchers suggest that health workers and patients who experience pain due to rheumatoid arthritis can use non-pharmacological therapy.

Nurses who provide nursing care with a poor caring attitude will give dissatisfaction to patients so that the quality of services in a hospital also decreases. Decreased satisfaction in the inpatient room can occur because nurses are less friendly and polite and nurses do not spend special time communicating with patients. The research used in this study is descriptive correlation, that is, the research with the research design is a cross sectional method. The sampling technique in this study is to use total sampling where the number of samples is equal to the number of population, which is 43 samples. The results were seen from 43 patients who assessed that nurses had behaved caring which were categorized as good, there were 21 patients, the category was quite good, there were 13 patients and those who said nurses were not good in caring behavior were 9 patients, so that from these results it was stated that the caring behavior of nurses was said to be good as seen from the results at Manado Medical Center Hospital. The test result was p=0.035 or a p value of < α (0.05), so there was a relationship between caring nurses and patient satisfaction in the hospital, so it was decided that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. The conclusion of the results of this study is that the caring behavior of nurses is the main factor in services in hospitals. Because patient satisfaction will be good if nurses are able to implement caring behavior well. It is hoped that the results of this research can add insight and become input and learning material in the field of nursing.

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) or Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a disease caused by the Aedes Eegypty mosquito. This disease is characterized by sudden high fever, without apparent cause, lasting continuously for 2-7 days, accompanied by bleeding manifestations (at least a positive tourniquet test) and/or thrombocytopenia (platelet count ≤ 100,000/μL). This disease is found in almost all parts of the world, especially in tropical and subtropical countries, both endemic and epidemic, with outbreaks related to the arrival of the rainy season. This disease causes many deaths in tropical and subtropical areas and is a health threat to the world because more than 100 countries are infected with this disease. Warm compresses are an evidenced based practice used to reduce hyperthermia because giving warm compresses helps reduce body temperature by means of heat coming out of the skin pores through the evaporation process. A warm compress is an action using a cloth or towel that has been dipped in warm water and applied to certain parts of the body so as to provide a feeling of comfort and reduce body temperature.

The prevalence of gout disease reaches 4.75% of the 10% population. Based on data in Indonesia, it is estimated that around 2.3% of 273,879,750 people suffer from gout arthritis. Based on data from the National Centers for Health Statistics, it is estimated that 34.2% of gout arthritis cases occur in developing countries and 26.3% of gout arthritis cases in developed countries (WHO, 2019). North Sulawesi Province is the 8th province in Indonesia with the highest prevalence of joint disease at 8.35%, while for the city of Manado, the prevalence of joint disease data was 7.27%. One therapy that can be used to reduce pain in gout arthritis patients is warm water compresses. The results of a case study conducted by researchers found two nursing problems that were raised as nursing diagnoses, namely chronic pain and sleep pattern disorders, and after two days of nursing care, there were changes where the nursing problems of pain and sleep pattern disorders were resolved with complaints of pain and difficulty sleeping decreased. The provision of comprehensive nursing care can address the nursing problems experienced by clients.

Overcrowded is an increase in the number of patient visits to the ER at one time. Initial assessment is a basic assessment carried out in the first minutes of crisis management for very serious trauma victims and this determines the victim's health. The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between overcrowded conditions and the accuracy of initial assessment actions at the Bayangkara Tk.III Manado Hospital Emergency Room. This research is quantitative, with a research design that is analytical descriptive using a cross sectional method. The research was carried out in May 2025 at the Bayangkara Tk.III Manado Hospital Emergency Room. The population in this study were all nurses at the Bayangkara Tk.III Manado Hospital Emergency Installation with a total of 31 people. The sample in this study was taken by total sampling, namely 31 respondents. The statistical test used was the Spearman's rho test with a significance level of 95% (α=0.05). The results obtained in overcrowded conditions were mostly busy, namely 14 respondents (45.2%), while the initial assessment actions were mostly correct, namely 19 respondents (61.3%). The results of the Spearman's rho statistical test obtained a value of P = 0.000 or P < 0.05. The conclusion from the research results is that there is a relationship between overcrowded conditions and the accuracy of initial assessment actions in the Bayangkara Tk.III Manado Hospital Emergency Room. Suggestions for hospitals can be used as reference material regarding the accuracy of initial assessment actions so that they can increase professional health workers in all areas of action by holding training for health workers in order to prevent overcrowding in the ER.
