Abstract

This quantitative descriptive study aims to determine the Springate Method, Zmijewski Method, and Grover Method to analyze bankruptcy at PT Blue Bird Tbk. The period used in this study is six years, starting from 2016-2021. This research was conducted by taking secondary data from financial statements obtained from the official website www.bluebirdgroup.com. The results showed that using the Springate method in 2016 and 2018 were in a prone area or on the verge of bankruptcy; in 2017, this Company was in good condition, while in 2019-2021, this Company went bankrupt. Using the Zmijewski method shows that in 2016-2021 this Company did not go bankrupt, and the Grover method shows that in 2016-2021 this Company did not go bankrupt. In this case, the Springate method accurately analyzed bankruptcy at PT Blue Bird Tbk.

Abstract

Tea Powder is a delicious beverage powder in Bandung. In developing the business, the company will expand the sales area in each sub-district. The company chooses the low end segment, which is considered to be at low cost, and determines product positioning only in the sweet bread market. Management has conducted the marketing mix strategy. But, the effectiveness is still being debated, especially regarding the problems of the expansion of sales area. Thus, the scientifically conducted study is needed to measure the marketing mix and its influence on the decision, statistics, and the loyalty of customers. The results of the study showed that the overall hypothesis was acceptable and there were significant influences of the product, distribution and promotion on consumers' decisions; there were significant influences of product and price on consumers' satisfaction; there were significant influences of consumers' decision on consumers' satisfaction and loyalty, and there was a significant influence of consumers' satisfaction on consumers' loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and to evaluate the moderating effects of the relationship between Intellectual Capital, Knowledge Sharing, and Organizational Agility. This study surveyed 146 consumers in the city of Semarang, Central Java, who met specific requirements, including being female and at least 17 years old. By visiting women's forums and groups and completing online (Google form) and offline (print out sheets) questionnaires, primary data was collected directly from the source. This study used Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0 as its data analysis approach. Intellectual Capital has a significant, positive, and powerful effect on Knowledge Sharing. This implies that if Intellectual Capital increases, so does Knowledge Sharing. It is acknowledged that Intellectual Capital has a strong, positive, and significant effect on Knowledge Sharing. This implies that as Intellectual Capital increases, so will Knowledge Sharing. Organizational Agility has a strong, positive, and significant relationship with Knowledge Sharing. This implies that if Intellectual Capital increases, so does Knowledge Sharing. Knowledge Sharing mediates the relationship between Intellectual Capital and Organizational Agility to a moderate degree.

Abstract

Karawang Regency which is famous for its Industrial City turns out to have a lot of natural potentials that are not known by the wider community, even the native people of Karawang. One of the villages in South Karawang actually has so much natural potential that is located at the foot of Mount Sanggabuana. To support the income level of the community. One of them is through the introduction ofdigital marketing, where one of the biggest obstacles at this time is that digital promotion has not been carried out properly and correctly by the community so it is necessary to socialize the introduction of digital promotion.SMEs engaged in the production of Sanggabuana Coffee are digitized so that they can help SMEs to improve product quality and help SMEs understand the importance of digital marketing so that later they can reach a wider market. It is not surprising that the digitization program for MSMEs in Mekarbuana Village, Kec. Tegalwaru Regency. Karawang received a good positive response from the local community because it really helped the community, especially MSME actors. It is hoped that MSME actors can understand digital marketing so that later the marketing reach will not only be limited to Mekarbuana village but will extend outside the region in order to boost the economy.

Abstract

Utilization and use of social media, especially Instagram as something common thing _ used many people for share things in nature positive . Sangabuana Karawang coffee village is one of the areas that save beauty nature , so therefore as aim tourism , whose potential no only for visitors local , however can also be developed for traveler foreign . Adapan aim study this is for reviewing the development strategy for Coffee - Based Villages Ecotourism in Mekarbuana Village , Karawang. As well as reviewing the strategy matrix SWOT analysis ( Strength , Weakness, Opportunity and Threat). Then followed by local coffee village managers . 1) How how to copywriting 2) when perfect time _ in promotion on social media 3) how method make market. Method used that is approach characteristic persuasive educative with lectures , discussions . Expected results form understanding and skills startgi in use social media for promotion development of the Sangabuana coffee village .

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of human resource management in moving the company. This research was conducted at the Pesonna Hotel Pekanbaru, Jalan Jendral Sudirman No. 455, Simpang Empat, Kec. Pekanbaru City, Pekanbaru City, Riau. And Batiqa Hotel Pekanbaru which is located on JL. Jend. Sudirman No. 17, Simpang Tiga, Kec. Bukit Raya, Pekanbaru City, Riau 28284, Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of employee loyalty at Pesonna Hotel and Batiqa Hotel Pekanbaru. The sample of this study was taken as many as 79 respondents using the census method. In this study the method used is descriptive and quantitative. The data obtained from the results of the questionnaires/questionnaires were then tested using the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis technique through the SmartPLS software. In this study the results obtained are that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty through job satisfaction at Pesonna Hotel and Batiqa Hotel Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Financial governance in the management of the expenditure budget is a planning tool to indicate targets to be achieved and a control tool to indicate the allocation of funds. The budget that has been set can be used as a standard for performance measurement activities, so every organization is expected in controlling or supervising to pay attention to and improve performance with value for money, namely effectively and efficiently. This study aims to analyze: (1) measure the effectiveness and efficiency of budget absorption at Universitas Negeri Malang for the 2019-2021 Fiscal Year, (2) analyze the level of effectiveness and efficiency of budget absorption at Malang State University for the 2019-2021 Fiscal Year The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study research method using non-statistical qualitative research techniques. The results showed that there were expenditure programs that were not realized and several other programs whose realization was not optimal so they did not reach the target.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline on the Performance of Government Apparatuses in Cicendo District, Bandung City. This study involved 63 Cicendo District government officials, Bandung City, and all of them became respondents using a multiple linear regression analysis model. The results of this study indicate that Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on the performance of Cicendo District Government Apparatuses, Bandung City. While partially it was found that the leadership style factor had the most dominant significant influence on the performance of the Cicendo District Government Apparatus, Bandung City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of members' savings and non-performing loans on the performance of business capital at KSP Kopdit Pelangi Kasih Bandung. This research uses descriptive research method.And.verification with a quantitative approach. The objects in this study were members of the Kopdit Pelangi Kasih Bandung Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP) with a total sample of 97 people. The sampling technique used in this research is nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Statistical analysis of the data used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS statistics 24. The results of the study found that members' savings, non-performing loans and working capital performance at KSP Kopdit Pelangi Kasih Bandung were good. There is a significant influence between members' savings and non-performing loans simultaneously on the performance of working capital at KSP Kopdit Pelangi Kasih Bandung. There is a significant influence between member savings partially on the performance of working capital at KSP Kopdit Pelangi Kasih Bandung. Non-performing loans have no significant effect on the performance of working capital at KSP Kopdit Pelangi Kasih Bandung simultaneously. Therefore this can be used by the cooperative as an evaluation material for the performance results so that it can be taken into consideration for making decisions in improving the performance of venture capital in cooperatives. This research is different from other researchers because there are no other researchers who have examined specifically members' savings and problem loans on business capital performance at KSP Kopdit Pelangi Kasih Bandung, besides that indicators of member savings variables have a greater value and influence than problem credit variables

Abstract

Democratic reform, to make employers more clean and responsible, professional to make an efficient and effective bureaucracy, and to create prime for the people. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of democratic leadership style and incentives on motivation in the Garut Regency Regional Secretariat Office. This research is then carried out quantitatively using multiple linear regression analysis. Intention is the most powerful motivator variable. Employee motivation can be increased if the intention is carried out correctly. The t test results also show that incentives have a positive and significant influence on employee motivation at the Regional Secretariat of Garut Regency.
