Abstract

The Rentang Irrigation Area is a National strategic project located in the lowlands of the lower reaches of the Cimanuk River in the Northeastern part of West Java Province. Modernization of Irrigation is carried out because the age of the irrigation system is decades old, causing the performance of water services to decrease. meanwhile the objective of the Irrigation Modernization is the coating/installation of concrete block lining on river channels so as to reduce the water loss factor. Concrete block lining is a precast concrete specially designed for irrigation canals that function as retaining walls. There are 9 stages of work regarding the Concrete Block Lining Installation Implementation Method, starting from Preparation, Coffering, Dewatering, Cut And Fill, Subgrade, Concrete Block Lining, Caping Beam, Joint Sealent/Filler and Tool Shifting.

Abstract

Commodity coconut (Cocos Nucifera L) is a plantation crop that has a very large contribution to the Indonesian economy. Coconut plantations have the second largest area in Indonesia after oil palm plantations. Coconuts are widely cultivated, used and utilized by the community for various purposes and coconuts are the most widely used part. Coconut fruit is processed into various types of food, beverages, cooking and raw materials for making oil (copra). To produce copra and coconut milk, the coconut fruit is separated first between the pulp and coconut shell. For the production of coconut milk, stripping the shell is useful to maintain the purity of the coconut milk. The process of peeling coconut shells/coconut shells manually or mechanically is considered less effective because this method of grating makes the remaining shells also shredded so that this affects the quality of coconut milk. Also the process of peeling coconut shells / coconut shells manually is very dangerous for fear of injuring members of the hand. in research begins with planning to identify problems as well as collect data. Product concept to determine the function and overall structure depicted by block diagrams. The design process is carried out using CAD software which produces design drawings specifically in the form of design information before entering the production process. The coconut shell peeler machine is made with an electric motor used 1HP, with motor power (P) = 746 W, motor shaft rotation (n) = 1445 rpm, and electric motor voltage (V) = 220 Volts. The stripping process on the machine is equipped with 1 blade, with 1 rotating gear, which is attached to the rotating shaft which is driven by an electric motor. The knife material used is SKD 11 steel. The overall dimensions of the coconut shell peeler machine are 550 mm long, 400 mm wide, and 850 mm high.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pekerjaan merupakan tahapan setelah tercapainya pekerjaan dan hasil yang diperoleh dari perencanaan suatu proyek. Pelaksanaan pekerjaan Pier Jembatan Sungai Cipelang A pada proyek pembangunan Jalan Tol Cileunyi Sumedang Dawuan Sta 55+200 merupakan bagian pendukung untuk membantu jalur transportasi. Jembatan merupakan bangunan struktur penghubung jalan . jembatan ini berada diatas sungai cipelang . Sehingga diperlukan perencanaan jembatan. Alat dan bahan hingga metode pelaksanaan yang efektif di lapangan pelaksanaan pembangunan Jembatan dimulai dari struktur bawah yang terdiri dari pondasi bored pile berdiameter 100 cm dengan pengeboran sedalam 30 m dan menggunakan beton kelas B2 atau beton K.350, Pile Cap menggunakan tulangan D16 D19 D25 dengan menggunakan beton kelas C atau beton K.250, Pier menggunakan tulangan D16 D19 D32 dengan menggunakan beton kelas B2 atau beton K.350 dan Pier Head menggunkan tulangan D16 D19 D25 dan menggunakan beton kelas B1 atau beton kelas K.350. Kata Kunci : Jembatan, Metode Pelaksanaan, Struktur.

Abstract

Air menjadi kebutuhan primer yang diperlukan untuk kebutuhan sehari- hari seperti minum, masak, mandi sampai kebutuhan pengolahan industri, sehingga fungsi air tidak hanya terbatas untuk menjalankan fungsi ekonomi saja, namun juga sebagai fungsi sosial. Fungsi sosial ini erat berkaitan dengan kondisi air yang sehat, jernih, dan bersih sehingga sangat penting dipahami oleh semua pihak dalam rangka menjaga dan meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat Sistem penyediaan air bersih direncanakan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan air bersih di wilayah studi sampai tahun 2032. Kebutuhan air bersih dihitung berdasarkan proyeksi jumlah penduduk yang pertumbuhannya dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier. Pengembangan yang dilakukan di PDAM Kecamatan Sukahaji antara lain penambahan pompa baru dengan kapasitas penyadapan 5 liter/detik, dan memperbesar ukuran dari bak penampung dan reservoar, serta pipa transmisi dan pipa distribusi. Dari hasil perhitungan, analisis kebutuhan air bersih untuk Kecamatan Sukahaji pada tahun 2032 mencapai 61,213 liter/detik. Pengembangan sistem penyediaan air bersih terdiri dari intake, pipa transmisi air baku Ø406,4 mm dan panjang (L) = 40 m, unit pengolahan (IPA), pipa transmisi air bersih Ø203,4 mm dan panjang (L) = 450 m, bak penampung berukuran 15,0 m x 15,0 m x 6,0 m, reservoar distribusi berukuran 14,0 m x 14,0 m x 4,0 m, pipa distribusi Ø203,4 mm s/d Ø101,6 mm.

Abstract

Abstract The building structure is one of the most important elements in a building construction. So the selection of the right implementation method is very important to be able to get the best and maximum results. Replacing conventional methods to become more modern is one of the efforts that can be done by managers. As in the implementation of the skywalk work, it also uses a more modern method, namely by applying a precast concrete system to the floor slab. The purpose of this study: (1) to know and understand how to carry out the work of preparing/installing precast concrete floor slabs. (2) knowing and understanding how to carry out precast concrete connection work. From this it will be known the method of implementation, the stages of implementation carried out, the specifications of the precast concrete used, as well as the types and specifications of the heavy equipment used.The results of this study are: the implementation stage starting from the mobilization of materials, preparation work, HCS work and the last stage is the connection stage. The precast used are: Width 1,200 mm, Length 3,720 mm, Weight 932.14 kg. The iron used in the connection is D10 in size. Keywords: Precast concrete, Implementation Method, floor slab

Abstract

In this industrial 4.0 era, there are more industries built in Indonesia. During the operation of an industry, the waste generated is not spared. These industrial wastes, if not managed properly, can pollute the environment and can endanger the environment and health. The waste treatment process can be done in several ways, such physically, chemically and biologically. With the smart city concept, the government, society, industry, transportation and also the environment must be smart, especially in utilizing existing resources so that they can be used efficiently and effectively. For the development of waste treatment technology and to fulfill this concept, the industry must also play a role in choosing an efficient technology. Therefore, to utilize energy effectively and efficiently, in handling liquid waste from industrial production, anaerobic waste treatment technology using IC (Internal Circulation) Reactor can be used. IC Reactor is considered as an excellent and efficient technology development breakthrough. This technology uses 3-phase separation to produce gas, biomass and final waste. In this technology, in addition to cleaning waste water, biogas is also produced at the same time which can be used as a reusable resource. In addition, this technology can also save costs and energy, so that the waste treatment process using an IC Reactor is a very effective and efficient treatment method.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, dari waktu ke waktu perkembangan teknologi pun kian berkembang dan tidak lepas dari perkembangan teknologi komputer. Hal ini bisa dilihat dari penggunaan komputer yang dapat memudahkan kita dalam menyelesaikan suatu pekerjaan, sehingga kebutuhan terhadap Sistem Informasi sangatlah penting. Seiring dengan kemajuan sistem informasi, tidak dapat dihindari bahwa hampir semua perusahaan swasta ataupun instansi milik pemerintah sudah menerapkan sistem informasi komputer dan pada sektor keuangan pun telah membutuhkan suatu sistem. Menanggapi perkembangan teknologi di zaman sekarang, sangat diperlukan pada sistem untuk peongolahan data yang baik yang dapat membantu pekerjaan.

Abstract

The main purpose of the design of plastic molding molds is to participate in advancing the world of the machining industry and can help the mold industry to simplify and shorten the time in doing a work of making molds, especially plastic molding molds. The design of this plastic molding mold by designing the shape of the injection machine then calculates the volume in the injection machine, the volume of this bathroom drain filter mold is 26838,475 mm3. Calculations on the design of this bathroom drain filter mold use references from the book by Scharcus, Edward and Herman Jutjz, "Westerman table for the metal Trade", Willestern Limited, new Delhi, 1985. The result of this plastic molding design is a filter. disposal of water using materials from PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) seeds with an injection molding work system in the Sriwijaya State Polytechnic Mechanical Engineering laboratory.

Abstract

Sistem Plumbing adalah bagian yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari suatu bangunan. sitem plumbing dipergunakan untuk menyediakan air bersih dan mebuang air kotor serta air buangan ketempat yang telah ditentukan tanpa mencemari bagian-bagian terpenting lainnya. untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air bersih pada perancangan gedung Dewan Perwakilan Daerah Kabupaten Majalengka dengan jumlah penghuni sebanyak 95 orang diperlukan air bersih sebesar 8,55 m3 / hari. untuk bak air atas (roof tank) digunakan bak penampung air sebesar 10.000 liter dan untuk bak penampung air buangan (packkage STP) digunakan bak penampung berkapasitas 21 m3. berdasarkan hasil perhitungan digunakan pompa transfer untuk memompa air dari bak air bawah (ground water tank) menuju bak air atas (roof tank) dengan kapasitas pengaliran 0,07 m3/menit. head pompa transfer sebesar 10 m, pada perencanaan ini distribusi air bersih menggunakan sistem gravitasi bumi.

Abstract

Airplanes are a universal means of transportation, with planes, we don't have to worry about the time when we want to go anywhere because with airplane transportation we can go anywhere in an efficient and short time. In this day and age, aircraft technology is very advanced. The aircraft component itself consists of several components, namely the Auxiliary Power Unit (APU). The APU functions to supply pneumatic and electrical energy for aircraft, where the electrical functions for electricity on the aircraft while pneumatic functions for engine starting, hydraulic pressure, air conditioning and others. This research method is descriptive research consisting of drafting, data collection, data processing and report preparation. In this step there are more stages which will later serve to get a conclusion in the study. Basically the trouble that often occurs when the APU starting process is on the starter motor component, Troubleshoot that often occurs in the starter motor component, namely the starter motor will continue to rotate when it reaches 50% rpm rotation caused by a starter motor problem, starter relay problem and electronical speed switch problem. Therefore, we must immediately repair or replace these components according to the aircraft maintenance manual so that the aircraft remains airworthy.
