Jurnal DIKDAS is a peer-reviewed journal that aims to serve as an authoritative platform and source of information in the field of education. We publish original research papers, review articles, and case studies focusing on various issues related to formal and non-formal education, teaching strategies, pedagogical innovations, educational technology, and education policies. All articles are peer-reviewed by at least two reviewers. This journal is published twice a year, in the middle and at the end of the year. Archiving This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries, enabling them to create permanent archives of the journal for preservation purposes. Publication Frequency This journal is published twice a year, in the middle (May) and at the end of the year (September). Article Processing Charges (APC) There are no article processing charges for submitting to this journal. All processes, including peer review, editing, publishing, and archiving, are free of charge. Plagiarism Check All submitted articles will be checked using Turnitin software to ensure originality and prevent plagiarism. Reference Management Authors are encouraged to use reference management applications such as Mendeley to facilitate citation management and formatting. Abstract

This study aims to determine students' ability to think creatively in science learning through the Project Based Learning model for grade V students of SDN 2 Talise. This study uses a type of qualitative research, the subjects in this study are fifth grade teachers and students. The instruments in this study were observation sheets, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the application of the Project Based Learning learning model for grade V students of SDN 2 Talise in science lessons with ecosystem material and making ecosystem dioramas is able to have a positive impact on the material that has been delivered. In the learning process students are easier to understand the material that has been delivered and in the learning process students are able to develop fluency thinking skills (fluency), flexible thinking skills (flexibillity), originality thinking skills, and detailed thinking skills (elaboration).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of environmental care attitudes of class IV students in science subjects at Anutapura Elementary School in P5. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with the research subjects being school principals, teachers and students. The object of this research is the implementation situation of character education that cares about the environment. This research uses data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis by data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. Validity of data using triangulation techniques and sources. The results of the research show that overall, fourth grade students at Anutapura Elementary School have shown a very good attitude of caring for the environment and are in accordance with the values ​​contained in the Pancasila Student Profile in the science and sciences subject. Students not only understand the importance of protecting the environment, but also show active participation in various environmental conservation activities and are able to explain the impact of human behavior on nature. These students show a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness, ecosystem diversity and environmental sustainability around them. Students have demonstrated behavior that reflects the character of Pancasila students, namely having faith, being devoted to God Almighty, having noble character, and caring and being responsible for the environment.

Abstract

Student learning styles have an influence on the learning achievements achieved by students. This research aims to describe learning styles on the learning achievements of class IV students at SD Inpres 3 Tondo. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive methods. The data collection technique used in this research is observation, interviews and documentation. Learning style is the easiest way for individuals to absorb, organize and process the information they receive. An appropriate learning style is the key to student success in learning. Visual learning style is a learning style by looking, observing, looking and the like. The strength of this learning style lies in the sense of sight. Auditory learning style is a learning style by listening. Kinesthetic learning style is a style of learning by moving, working and touching. Learning achievement is the result of measuring students which includes cognitive, affective and psychomotor factors after following the learning process which is measured using relevant test instruments. Achievement students have similar preferences, with the intensity of learning styles increasing from visual to kinesthetic, then auditory. The kinesthetic learning style occupies second place in their learning style hierarchy. Meanwhile, JE and EV show the same trend with the intensity of learning styles increasing from auditory to kinesthetic, then visual.

Abstract

The problem addressed in this research is the lack of environmental concern among students at SD Inpres Parangbobbo. The study was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through observations and documentation. The results indicate that the implementation of the Project Based Learning model through Ecobrick making activities effectively enhances environmental awareness among fifth-grade students. This is evidenced by the improvement in both teacher activity, student learning activities and environmental awareness. In Cycle I (Meetings I and II), teacher activity was categorized as sufficient and good, with percentages of 57% and 71%, respectively. This improved in Cycle II (Meetings I and II) to a very good category at 85%. Meanwhile, in Cycle I (Meetings I and II), student learning activity was categorized as sufficient and good, with percentages of 68% and 73%, averaging 71%. This also improved in Cycle II (Meetings I and II) to good and very good categories, with percentages of 83% and 91%, averaging 87%. In Cycle I (Meetings I and II), the environmental awareness of the students was categorized as low and sufficient, with percentages of 53% and 70%, resulting in an average of 61%. This then improved in Cycle II (Meetings I and II), where it was categorized as good and very good, with percentages of 83% and 92%, resulting in an average of 87%.
