Abstract

Muhammadiyah faces the challenges of digital disruption, radicalism, and generational shifts. This article analyzes the existence of Muhammadiyah through the integration of ideological belief, socio-cultural transformation, and leadership management systems. The method employed is a qualitative descriptive-analytical literature study, drawing on sources from journals, books, official documents, and digital platforms. Data analysis adapts the model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña. The main findings indicate that Muhammadiyah’s resilience is rooted in three dimensions: (1) theological belief that integrates faith, tajdīd, rationality, moderation, and social justice; (2) cultural transformation through the negotiation of purification with local wisdom, character education, the theology of Al-Ma’un, ecology, and ethical technology; and (3) collegial leadership management based on deliberation, cadre formation, autonomy, and professionalism. The contribution of this article lies in demonstrating that Muhammadiyah’s existence does not rely solely on its charitable enterprises, but also on an adaptive system of values and organization. In conclusion, Muhammadiyah remains existent by connecting these three dimensions; however, digital challenges and generational change require continuous strategic renewal. Future research should examine the empirical implementation of digitalization within Muhammadiyah’s charitable enterprises.

Abstract

This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to increase the organizational management capacity of the Hizbul Wathan Scout Scout Ngawi Regency through assistance in the preparation of organizational documents, strengthening the administrative system, planning work programs, improving management competencies, and developing an organizational evaluation system. The implementation method uses a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach combined with training, workshops, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), consultation, intensive mentoring, monitoring, and evaluation. The results of the activity show that mentoring is able to increase management's understanding of organizational functions, improve the quarterly administration system, produce more systematic organizational planning documents, improve coordination between management, and strengthen organizational governance in a sustainable manner. In addition, this activity produces various outputs in the form of organizational administrative guidelines, annual work programs, monitoring and evaluation instruments, and increasing the competence of the management in carrying out organizational functions. This mentoring program has a positive impact on increasing the effectiveness of the Hizbul Wathan Scouting organization in Ngawi Regency so that it is expected to become a model for fostering scouting organizations that can be replicated in other regional quarters.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to improve parents' understanding and skills in implementing character-based parenting through a parenting education program at TPQ Al Hidayah Grasak Gondang in 2026. The program employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach consisting of needs assessment, material preparation, parenting seminars, interactive discussions, family mentoring, monitoring, and evaluation. Participants included parents, Qur'anic teachers, TPQ administrators, and community leaders. The results indicate that the parenting program successfully enhanced parents' understanding of exemplary behavior, positive communication, religious habituation, discipline, and collaboration between families and TPQ in strengthening children's character. Furthermore, the program fostered stronger cooperation between parents and TPQ administrators in supporting children's moral development. Overall, the program contributed positively to establishing a sustainable character education culture both at home and within the TPQ environment

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh urgensi penanaman adab makan berbasis hadis Nabi Muhammad SAW pada siswa sekolah dasar Islam sebagai fondasi pembentukan karakter Islami sejak usia dini, mengingat masih terbatasnya penelitian yang secara spesifik mengkaji implementasi living hadis dalam konteks pembiasaan adab makan di tingkat pendidikan dasar Islam di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) bersifat deskriptif-analitis dan rancangan studi kasus terpusat di SD Islam Nurul Jadid, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi partisipatif-pasif, wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah dan tiga guru kelas, serta dokumentasi artefak visual dan dokumen program sekolah, yang selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana serta diuji keabsahannya melalui triangulasi sumber, teknik, dan waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SD Islam Nurul Jadid telah berhasil mengimplementasikan study living hadis melalui tiga pilar utama yaitu pilar kognitif berupa hafalan harian hadis adab makan dengan metode drill, pilar behavioral berupa stimulus visual poster infografis dan pilar keteladanan (uswatun hasanah) melalui konsistensi guru dalam mempraktikkan sunnah Rasulullah SAW secara langsung, yang secara keseluruhan terbukti mampu membangun kesadaran kolektif siswa bahwa adab makan adalah bagian integral dari identitas muslim, meskipun keberlanjutannya masih membutuhkan penguatan kolaborasi yang lebih terstruktur antara pihak sekolah dengan orang tua dan wali siswa agar pembiasaan adab Islami dapat tumbuh secara holistik dan berkelanjutan tidak hanya di lingkungan sekolah tetapi juga di lingkungan keluarga.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of a career management program for novice teachers and its impact on the improvement of their competencies and career advancement. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of school principals, novice teachers, and program coordinators. The results showed that the career management program, implemented through orientation, induction, and clinical supervision, had a positive impact on the improvement of novice teachers’ pedagogical, professional, personal, and social competencies, and supported their readiness for promotion through the development of portfolio documentation. Factors supporting the program include school principal leadership and the existence of a professional learning community, while inhibiting factors include administrative burdens, training that is not fully aligned with needs, and limitations in digital infrastructure. This study concludes that the career management program has made a positive contribution but still requires improvements in the areas of supervision documentation, reduction of administrative burdens, needs-based training design, and strengthening of digital infrastructure.
