Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the role of leadership, work environment, and work motivation in increasing satisfaction a nurse's job at the Ganesha General Hospital. The number of nurses in the hospital was 135. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to research respondents namely all nurses totalling 35 nurses so that it included the saturated sample method. Data analysis techniques were performed using path analysis, hypothesis testing was performed at a significance level of 5 per cent. Data processing is done using computer applications. The results showed that work motivation, leadership and work environment were positively significantly able to increase nurse job satisfaction. Work motivation acts as a partial mediator in the relationship of leadership to job satisfaction and works environment to job satisfaction.

Abstract

Organizations are systems and human activities that work together. In line with that, the organization is said to be a rational coordination of the activities of a number of people to achieve some general goals through the division of work and functions through a hierarchy of authority and responsibility. Analyzing the influence of motivation on job performance, analyzing the effect of job satisfaction on job performance, analyzing the influence of motivation on job satisfaction. This type of research is correlational analytic research. Correlation analysis is a statistical method used to measure the magnitude of the linear relationship between two or more variables. SEM, a complete modeling, basically consists of a measurement model (Measurement Model) and a Structural Model or Causal Model. This research is empirical evidence regarding the effect of motivation and OCB on achievement. This study uses a sample of 100 respondents who are employees of PT JNE Kota Kediri. The results showed that: motivation has an effect on OCB where effective motivation can increase or encourage an employee to feel satisfied, motivation has an effect on achievement. Where an employee who is committed to the organization will feel happy to be part of the organization, have trust and good feelings for the organization and have a desire to remain in the organization, and intend to do what is best for the organization.

Abstract

Taxes are the biggest contributor to the state budget portion, but unfortunately the level of publicawareness in paying taxes is still very low. The purpose of this study is to investigate the causesof public hesitation in reporting the Annual Tax Return (SPT) and making tax payments, especiallyfor non-employee taxpayers at KPP Pratama Denpasar Timur (Denpasar Timur Tax Office). Thisresearch uses a qualitative approach method with purposive sampling technique. The location ofthis research is at Denpasar Timur Tax Office. The reason for choosing this location is because theDenpasar Timur Tax Office is located in the center of Denpasar city which has a large number oftaxpayers with various business classifications, and for the tax year 2018 to 2020 there has been asignificant decrease in the number of annual tax returns and tax payments from previous years.Data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews and through virtual interviews, observationsand document analysis. The interviewees in this study were non-employee individual taxpayerswho were registered at KPP Pratama Denpasar Timur with the criteria of obeying the payment andreporting of Annual SPT, often late in making payments and reporting of Annual SPT, andtaxpayers with the criteria of never making payments and reporting the Annual SPT. From theresearch results, data shows that public doubts in paying taxes are influenced by the absence ofdirect remuneration received by taxpayers, the covid-19 pandemic that paralyzed most of thecommunity's economy, limited knowledge and understanding of taxation and the limited ability oftaxpayers to utilize online facilities which has been provided by the Directorate General of Taxes

Abstract

Information and communication technology is considered important by users, one of its goals is to seek information and communicate remotely through social media. Social media aims to provide convenience in terms of communicating so that it has an impact on users, either it positive or negative perceptions. Currently, Tiktok social media become most popular application. This research was conducted to find the ratios that will be used to systematically show the performance of the Tiktok account. This study uses an exploratory method to find the variables contained in the Tiktok account. These variables will be compared so as to find the relevant ratios to show the performance of a Tiktok account. The results of this study is that the tiktok account has 7 variables and find then 17 ratios that can be used to assess, measure and compare the credibility of a Tiktok account.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, perceived brand image price and perceived value on consumer satisfaction at Dian Husada Hospital, Mojokerto. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a partial effect of service quality on price perceptions on perceived value and service quality. And there is a significant effect of perceived service quality, price, brand image and perceived value simultaneously affect customer satisfaction at Dian Husada Hospital in Mojokerto. The population used in this study were 100 consumers at Dian Husada Hospital Mojokerto. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple determination analysis, correlation coefficient analysis. The hypothesis test used is the F test and t test. Based on the t test results of Path Sub-Structure 1, service quality, price perception and brand image has a partial effect on perceived value. Based on the results of the t test Sub-Structure 2, the perceived service quality of price and value has a partial effect on service quality and brand image has no partial effect on customer satisfaction; Based on the results of the study of the F-Test Sub-Structure 1, the Sig. <0.05 is 0.000 <0.005, so the variables of Service Quality, Price Perception, and Brand Image have a significant influence on the Perceived Value. And based on the results of the study of the F-Test Sub-Structure Path 2, the value of Sig. <0.05 is 0.000 <0.005, so that the variables of Service Quality, Price Perception, Brand Image.

Abstract

Performance is the result of work seen form the quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the given responsibilities assigned to him. Work stress is a condition of tension that affects the emotions, thought processes and physical condition of an employee. Work stress arises where work demands exceed the person’s capacity to cope, moreover an employee’s self-discomfort to the surrounding work environment. This study aims to determine the role of work stress in mediating of workload and work environment on crew performance. There were 31 crews of PT. Indonusa Tenggara Marine who participated as the sample of study. Those sample was chosen using nonprobability sampling with saturated sampling method. Data analyzed using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. Hypothesis tested using the Partial Least Square (PLS) application. The results showed that the workload had a positive and insignificant effect on crew performance, work environment had a positive and insignificant effect on crew performance, workload had a positive and significant effect on work stress, work environment had a negative and significant effect on work stress, work stress had a negative and significant on crew performance, the effect of workload and work environment on crew performance has been perfectly mediated by work stress.

Abstract

Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) in a pandemic situation, various elements are affected, one of which is the automotive sector. Companies are required to increase profits where in the current conditions loyal customers are the basis of their market. arketing information systems are important to increase customer loyalty during a pandemic accompanied by quality service and customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the correlation between the marketing information system mediated by service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty in the automotive industry in Denpasar. The sample method uses random sampling with accidental sampling through distributing questionnaires that are measured using a Likert scale. The research sample consisted of 80 respondents, namely customers who had been to an authorized car dealer in the city of Denpasar. The results showed that the marketing information system had a positive and insignificant effect on customer loyalty. Marketing information systems have a significant positive effect on service quality and customer satisfaction. Service quality has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty, besides that customer satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on loyalty. Service quality and customer satisfaction are perfect mediations of the relationship between marketing information systems and customer loyalty, so this shows that marketing information systems are needed to maintain customer loyalty which is assisted by service quality and customer satisfaction so that companies can survive the Covid-19 era, especially in the industry automotive.

Abstract

Employee performance is very important in managing a company. Performance is the result of the quality and quantity of work achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties according to the responsibilities assigned to them. Therefore, to be able to improve the performance of company employees, it is necessary to pay attention to the factors that affect performance. This study aims to determine the role of Job Satisfaction in mediating the effect of Job Stress and Democratic Leadership on Employee Performance at the Sushimi Bali Restaurant. The population in this study were all employees at the Sushimi Bali restaurant. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method and inferential analysis using the Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) programs. The results showed that: (1) job stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, (2) job stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) democratic leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (4) democratic leadership has a significant effect. positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, (5) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (6) job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between job stress and employee performance, (7) job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between democratic leadership and employee performance. It is suggested to the next researchers if they are going to conduct research on employee performance, they can take other variables besides job stress, democratic leadership and job satisfaction.

Abstract

The traditional markets in Salatiga City are managed by the Unit Pelaksana Teknis Dinas (UPTD) Dinas Perdagangan. UPTD Dinas Perdagangan policy in Salatiga City is free rental fees for 3 years for newly built traditional markets. The objective of this study was to analyze the comparison of the level of efficiency of market management at the UPTD Dinas Perdagangan. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data obtained from the UPTD and Dinas Perdagangan Salatiga City. The method used in this study was a quantitative research method with the tools used is the Data Envelopment Analysis model of the Charnes, Cooper, dan Rhodes (CCR) dan Banker, Charnes, dan Cooper (BCC). The variable that is regulated in the research is the efficiency value of the UPTD Class A and B Dinas Perdagangan. The independent variables in the study included 2 variables, namely the input and output variables. Based on the analysis, the results of this study reveal that the two UPTDs have a balanced efficiency in their management and both UPTD Class A and Class B still make the development of traditional markets become in harmony with each other. In addition, market revitalization managed by UPTD for Class A and ClassB has been developing. The research suggestion is to maintain the results that have been achieved by the two UPTD Dinas Perdagangan. Both UPTDs have had innovations in managing traditional markets that have included the appropriate target market environment.

Abstract

In industrial relations, the role of workers is represented by the union as a forum to voice and accommodate aspirations in the rights and obligations of workers. Meanwhile, the owners of capital are represented by human resource management (HRM), which acts as the manager of the company's assets in order to achieve ideal industrial relations. The purpose of this study is to explore the role of human resource management in fostering industrial relations. This is motivated by a violation of high work discipline, which has an impact on industrial relations involving management and trade unions. This study used a qualitative method. The data of this study consists of primary data and secondary data. The primary data are obtained from the direct interviews with related parties at PT PAL Indonesia (Persero) and the secondary data are obtained from various written sources. The results of this study showed that the management is already at the stage of cooperation, where trade unions and management work together in fostering industrial relations. This is done through the handling and resolution of employee complaints.
