Abstract

Employees performance at company needs been noticed because it can affect to the company's performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and compensation on employee’s performances by means of job satisfaction as mediation variable. The object of this study are all employees of CV. General Design totaling 40 people. The data are collected by using a questionnaire with five Likert scale and using Partial Least Square (PLS) as a data analyze. The results of this study indicated that transformational leadership had a positive and insignificant results on employee’s performances, but it had a positive and significantly effect to job satisfaction. Then compensation had a positive effect and significant to the job satisfaction and the employee’s performances. While job satisfaction affects positively and had no significant effect to the employee’s performances. In addition, job satisfaction is not a mediation of transformational leadership and compensation effect on the employee’s performances. For the further researchers are expected to add alternative constructs that affect to the employee’s performances besides transformational leadership, compensation, and job satisfaction. In addition, for the next researches, it should add more references related to research and hope this result can be used for reference to study on similar companies.

Abstract

Baturiti Waterfall in the Parigi Moutong tourist area, Central Sulawesi offers tourism packaging that prioritizes pristine and natural potential so that it becomes the center of attention of tourists to visit, besides that support from tourism stakeholders for the development of Baturiti Waterfall Ecotourism Attraction is very important to develop the potential that exists in Baturiti Waterfall. This study aims to examine the development strategy of attraction of Baturiti waterfall ecotourism in Parigi Moutong, Central Sulawesi. Data analysis used is SWOT Analysis and Cartesian Diagram Analysis. Based on the results of the research, it shows that by involving local communities in Baturiti Waterfall Ecotourism activities, they can develop sustainable tourism. By developing a good promotion system, it will be able to minimize existing threats and be able to increase the number of tourist visits. Facilities at Baturiti Waterfall also still need to be developed for the convenience of visitors.

Abstract

In the midst of very tight similar business competition, a business is expected to be able to meet market desires. When opening a new business, of course, an entrepreneur needs careful calculations and proper market analysis. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and projection of financial analysis as a solution for the continuity of home industry activities. The method used in analyzing the data is the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Net Present Value (NPV). The result of this study showed that with the Business Model Canvas (BMC) analysis, Freshy Salad Bali can find out how a business model in developing strategies in achieving company goals. There are 9 elements of the Business Model Canvas described below. The business feasibility proposal based on the projected financial analysis in this study obtained positive NPV results of Rp. 91,505,796 and a value and IRR greater than WACC, namely with a value of 64% which can be concluded that the Freshy Salad Bali business is feasible to run. The company hopes that this "Freshy Salad Bali" business can raise the spirit of entrepreneurship for the Indonesian people, especially the younger generation of Indonesia, because if a country has many entrepreneurs, the country's economy will undoubtedly grow rapidly.

Abstract

In today's business, there are many things that can affect employee performance in achieving goals within the organization, either caused by internal company factors or internal factors themselves or from the company's external environment such as government regulations and government policies, even more so today. The Covid-19 outbreak has affected all aspects of the economy directly. Today's technology and information cannot be denied a considerable influence in influencing employee performance. Employee performance plays an important role in determining the achievement of company goals. This study aims to examine the effect of work from home and employee morale on employee performance. The data used in this study is primary data derived from questionnaires distributed to employees in companies that implement work from home during the covid-19 pandemic. The analytical technique used in this research is PLS analysis (SEM). The results of this study will be able to give preference to the management about the factors that affect employee performance in business continuity.

Abstract

This conceptual paper aims to provide a solution in reducing the agency problem through the implementation of religious values in Bhagavad Gita. The solution offered in this paper is cultivating religious values in the Bhagavad Gita, which includes: carrying out obligations by eliminating lust for the reward obtained, facing sorrow and joy with unanimous determination and eliminating ego. Implementation of these values will minimize the agency costs that may arise. Applying the religious values of the Bhagavad Gita can be a powerful step in reducing the agency problem. Furthermore, when one organization is able to implement it properly, it will become a role model for other organizations especially non-profit organizations. As far as the authors are concerned, there has been no published papers discussing how to reduce agency problem through religious values in Bhagavad Gita.

Abstract

The development of information technology forces all sectors to develop and adapt. It is the same with the tourism sector in Bali which is starting to experience a fairly rapid development of technology adoption. This research aims to (1) explore the role of social media and online travel applications in current Bali tourism and (2) predict the number of foreign tourist visits to Bali Province. This study uses a quantitative approach using the province of Bali as the research location, considering that Bali is one of the leading tourism destinations in Indonesia. The results of the analysis show that the use of information technology, especially social media, makes it easier for tourists to access information related to tourist destinations. with existing developments, it is predicted that there will continue to be an increase in the number of tourist visits every year. This must be followed by the development of the tourism supporting sector and the improvement of all related facilities. In addition, health and safety issues must be a top priority.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of organizational commitment in mediating the effect of job satisfaction and compensation on employee performance at the Ongan & Kimi Sushi. The sample in this research is the entire population of 30 people. This research uses a Likert scale to measure variables when testing the validity and reliability of variables. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews, and surveys. This research uses Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results of the research indicate (1) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, (2) compensation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, (3) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (4) compensation has a positive effect and significant effect on employee performance, (5) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (6) organizational commitment does not mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance, and (7) organizational commitment partially mediates the relationship between compensation and performance employee.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze education and training and motivation on employee work result which is mediated by job satisfaction at the Livestock Service Office of Tabanan Regency with the 2022 research year involving 64 respondents. This study was conducted by using data collection methods with observation, interviews, documentation, surveys. This study used a saturated sample because the population is less than 100, the results use Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on analysis, the results of this study showed that there is the increase of motivation on job satisfaction, education and training increased on job satisfaction, job satisfaction increased on employee work result. Motivation has a positive but not significant effect on employee work result, education and training has a positive but not significant effect on employee work result, job satisfaction is the perfect mediation, the relationship between education and training on employee work result is not significant, while there is an indirect relationship between education and training and performance employee through significant job satisfaction, perfect job satisfaction mediates the relationship between motivation and employee work result is not significant, while the indirect connection between motivation and employee work result through satisfaction does not increase. The implications of this research for related parties to improve employee work result are affected by training and motivation mediated by job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to identify and analyze the role of Brand Image in mediating Product Quality and Electronic Word of Mouth on Purchase Decisions at Taman Prakerti Bhuana consumers. The research population is consumers of Taman Prakerti Bhuana whose number is unknown. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with 102 respondents. The research instruments used were questionnaires, observation, interviews and literature and analysis methods used were descriptive analysis and inferential analysis with Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis. The results of the research show that product quality, eWOM and brand image have a positive and significant effect on purchase decision, product quality and eWOM have a positive and significant effect on brand image, brand image can positively and significantly mediate the effect of product quality and eWOM on purchase decision. The implication of the research is for Prakerti Bhuana Park to provide the best service as much as possible so that product quality and eWOM are still perceived very well by consumers so that it will have implications for increasing purchase decisions at Prakerti Bhuana Park. Researchers suggest to Prakerti Bhuana Park to be able to evaluate and innovate in efforts to increase product quality and eWOM so that it has implications for increasing consumer purchase decisions.

Abstract

Non-cash money or electronic money (e-money) is a means of payment that has the characteristics of being issued on the basis of the value of money deposited first by the holder to the issuer, the value of money stored electronically in a medium such as a server or chip, used as a means of payment to merchants who are not the issuer of the electronic money and the value of electronic money deposited by the holder and managed by the issuer is not a deposit as referred to in the laws governing banking. This study aims to examine the intention to reuse e-money in generation Z in Denpasar City in terms of the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and perceived risk and to find out the influence of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and perceived risk on the intention to reuse e-money and to find out which of these three variables has the greatest influence on the intention to reuse e-money. The subjects were e-money users, with a sample of 110 people. The sample was determined using a non-probability sampling method, namely purposive sampling. This study uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques with data collection through interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The results of the data analysis showed that simultaneously and partially, the perceived usefulness, the perceived ease of use and the perceived risk influence to the intention of reusing e-money.
