Abstract

Finding out how employee work discipline is applied at PT. Enrichment Grup (EG) is the goal of this study. Examine the reasons behind employee indiscipline issues and suggest solutions for the company's disciplinary issues. Qualitative approaches are the approach taken in this study. Interviews and observations were used as data collecting strategies. Purposive sampling was used to select five staff representatives who were thought to be qualified to answer questions about the research topic as research informants. The research findings, after the analytical procedure, indicate that EG personnel have a poor degree of discipline, necessitating additional improvement. This company's disciplinary issues include workers who show up late for work, significant absenteeism rates without warning, and delays in completing tasks. In order for employees to better comply with company regulations, leaders must be more assertive with them, put new regulations in writing, and ensure that employees are aware of the importance of respecting time even in the event that the company implements new regulations. Because labor will yield the best results when a disciplined attitude is maintained.

Abstract

One of the earliest mobile e-commerce sites in Southeast Asia, including Indonesia, was Tokopedia. Digital marketing on the Tokopedia platform is utilised as a tactic to draw in new customers in the face of E-commerce rivalry. Thus, the purpose of this study was to ascertain how digital marketing via electronic word-of-mouth affected the Tokopedia platform. With a sample of 87 respondents, this study employs quantitative and descriptive research approaches. Non-probability sampling utilising the path analysis method is the sample strategy employed. SPSS version 25 was used for data processing. According to the study's findings, purchasing decisions are significantly influenced by digital marketing.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Businesses are critical to the economic development of a nation. MSMEs in the Bunaken Manado District have seen a number of difficulties and adjustments in recent years. One such issue is the poor level of financial literacy among these businesses, which results in a lack of knowledge of fundamental financial concepts like long-term planning, investing, and budgeting. having trouble implementing information technology because of access issues and a lack of knowledge about its advantages for improved operational and marketing effectiveness. The inefficiency of MSME financial management, especially the challenge of consistently producing accurate financial reports, prevents appropriate analysis and decision-making. Accounting information system use is crucial for enhancing MSMEs' performance since it facilitates the effective collection, management, and analysis of financial data. Quantitative approaches were used in this study. 324 MSMEs in Manado's Bunaken District made up the research sample; they were chosen through the use of a purposive sampling technique. Research data is tested with structural equation models using SmartPLS software. The study's findings indicate that, with a P value of 0.000, the use of accounting information systems and information systems has a positive and significant impact on MSMEs' performance, but financial literacy has no discernible impact at all (P = 0.103).

Abstract

This study seeks to examine the impact of advertising viewpoint on the attractiveness of Makassar advertising. This study employs the quantitative PLS approach. The results show that the variable advertising views has a significant influence on advertising credibility, advertising attractiveness has a significant influence on advertising credibility, purchasing interest, advertising attractiveness has a significant influence on purchasing interest, and simultaneously advertising views and advertising attractiveness. The findings reveal that managers must leverage other advertising stars from diverse circles such as businesspeople, sportsmen, and community leaders to capture visitors' attention

Abstract

One of a company's objectives is to maximize the value of its shares by raising their price. This research looks at how leverage, financial performance, and tax evasion affect company value in manufacturing businesses listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2021 to 2023. In this study, purposive sampling was utilized. The requirements were satisfied by a total of 218 firms as observation units. Multiple linear regression analysis is used. The study's findings demonstrate that financial success has an impact on firm value. Meanwhile, tax evasion and leverage do not influence the firm value

Abstract

The number of patient visits to hospitals decreased as a result of the Covid 19 pandemic a few years ago. As a result, the hospital had to innovate to enable people, particularly those with certain conditions, to conveniently check their health without visiting the hospital. The digitization of telemedicine health services, which allow patients and physicians to have in-person consultations via communication technology like hospital video calls and conference calls, is one way that health services are innovating today in hospitals. The aim of this study is to ascertain the following: 1) how e-service quality affects customer satisfaction; 2) how e-service quality affects E-Trust; and 3) which E-Trust at RS X Tangerang mediates the effect of e-service quality on customer satisfaction. Through the use of questionnaires, outpatients at RS X Tangerang provided data for this descriptive quantitative study design. 120 patients made up the study's sample. The analysis's findings indicate that: (1) the E-service Quality (ES) variable influences the Customer satisfaction (CS) variable; (2) the E-service Quality (ES) variable greatly and favorably affects the E-Trust (ET) variable; and (3) the E-Trust (ET) variable greatly and favorably affects the Customer satisfaction (CS) variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to look at the impact of job satisfaction, workload, and organizational commitment on turnover intention, which is mediated by emotional tiredness in PT staff. XYZ is in Bekasi. This study's data was gathered using an online survey of PT XYZ workers using Google Forms. There will be 137 respondents in this study, which employs a correlational quantitative technique and is processed using the PLS version 4 software. The study's findings show that work satisfaction has no substantial influence on turnover intentions. Other results prove that workload has no significant effect on turnover intention, organizational commitment has no significant effect on turnover intention, emotional exhaustion has a significant positive effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on turnover intention that is mediated by emotional exhaustion, workload has a significant positive effect on turnover intention that is mediated by emotional exhaustion, organizational Theoretically, the implications of this research are to provide benefits in the form of knowledge to academics, practitioners, and regulators, whereas managerially, management must encourage open communication between employees and management so that employees can communicate the problems they face in the workplace more comfortably.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to examine the Takalar Regency Fisheries Service's strategies for empowering fishermen through the fishermen group program, in the hope that the welfare and independence of fishermen will improve, thereby influencing regional economic growth. A descriptive qualitative research methodology was adopted. Informants are selected using purposive sampling. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews with informants including the Head of the Department, the Head of the relevant Division at the Department of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, Fisheries Extension Officers, and fishermen leaders. In addition, observations and a literature review were done. The SWOT technique was used to analyze the data. The results demonstrated that the Fisheries Service's plan followed the correct flow and adhered to the appropriate SOPs. Internal and external elements are equally influential in the implementation of the fisherman group program, where external factors have a good chance, but must also be balanced with the ability to manage and protect the sea's potential from irresponsible parties. Internal variables have a negative impact on the program if the service apparatus fails to carry out a decent work ethic in accordance with their individual obligations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of workload, work discipline, and work motivation on the performance of PT Sumisho Global Logistic's sales department personnel in Karawang City, including sales manager supervisors, sales supervisors, managers, and sales officers. In this study, saturated sampling is employed. 101 participants in the study completed the questionnaire, making up the sample. This study used quantitative methods. Descriptive statistical tests, including the validity and reliability test, the influence test (specifically, the multiple linear regression test and the coefficient of determination test), the hypotheses (specifically, the t test and f test), and classic assumptions (such as normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity) are used in PT Sumisho Global Logistics to analyse data quality.
