Abstract

Red Corner, a restaurant in Makassar City, has drawn foodies with its distinctive Molecular Gastronomy-based cuisine and exclusive culinary concept. Even though they are successful in drawing patrons, restaurants nevertheless have a difficult time keeping up with demand because of space constraints and lengthy lines, which can negatively affect the dining experience. The purpose of this study is to analyze Red Corner's marketing strategy utilizing the SWOT method. This study investigates strategic prospects for optimization and determines the elements influencing consumer interest in Red Corner through observations based on customer evaluations and comments on the Beautiful Indonesia platform. Red Corner hopes to use the research findings to improve its marketing tactics, put more of an emphasis on client satisfaction, and reach a wider audience. In addition to helping Red Corner, this study project aims to shed light on restaurant marketing tactics and customer service from both a theoretical and practical standpoint

Abstract

This study is a descriptive quantitative study. This study used questionnaires and interviews as its technique of data gathering. MSMEs in Soppeng Regency make up the research population. The minimum sample size required for this study is equal to 12 times the total number of latent variables in the path model, or 12 times the total number of indicators. 114 MSME samples in all made up the study's sample. According to the study's findings, entrepreneurial orientation is positively and significantly impacted by social media marketing marketing capabilities, while entrepreneurial orientation is not impacted by social media marketing marketing assets. Regarding the indirect effects, MSME marketing performance is positively and significantly impacted by Social Media Marketing marketing capabilities through entrepreneurial orientation as an intervening variable, whereas marketing performance is not impacted by Social Media Marketing marketing assets through entrepreneurial orientation as an intervening variable

Abstract

Activities classified as business activities involve the pursuit of financial gain. Kopi Kenangan experienced the same thing. The goal of this study is to identify Kopi Kenangan's SWOT in order to maintain consumer demand for the beverage. This study used EFAS analysis, which includes a SWOT matrix to get data and identify the Kopi Kenangan quadrant's location. This study employed a descriptive qualitative methodology that made use of SWOT matrix analysis. The research subjects in this study were managers, Kopi Kenangan staff, and 35 customers in order to use Google forms to investigate current data. The data for this study was gathered through interviews and questionnaires. The study's findings indicate that Kopi Kenangan has competition from a wide range of similar businesses, but it can also benefit from its prime location in the heart of the city and its ability to provide low prices, both of which can help the company grow. It is necessary for managers to put into practice a diversification strategy, which calls on them to seize any possibilities and leverage any future advantages.

Abstract

Finding and examining the framework for customer relationship management that UKM Aminda Cake used throughout the epidemic is the goal of this study. MSMEs face a number of issues, including declining revenue, declining demand, shipping and logistics, scarce resources, and future uncertainty. In this study, surveys and observation were the methods employed. The findings of the study demonstrate that customer identification, interaction management, service personalisation, complaint management, customer data analysis, and SWOT analysis comprise the CRM framework that has been implemented in SMEs. The CRM architecture has a number of drawbacks, including high implementation costs, insufficient internal resources, and low employee adoption and involvement

Abstract

Value equity, brand equity, and relationship equity in local MSME products on the Tiktok application are the three aspects of customer equity drivers that this research will use to analyse the impact of social media marketing operations on customer loyalty. Purposive sampling was used with non-probability sampling. 282 users of the Tiktok app who have made local product purchases in Indonesia participated in this poll. In this study, SEM analysis was conducted using SmartPLS 3.0 software and descriptive analysis. The investigation's findings indicate that perceived social media marketing initiatives significantly improve value equity, brand equity, and relationship equity. Customer loyalty is greatly enhanced by value equity, brand equity, and relationship equity

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to ascertain the ways in which customer choices to purchase a range of items from Anna Collection on Anna Collection were impacted by online marketing and product quality. The population of this study, which included 138 participants using purposive and non-probability selection, consists of Anna Collection consumers who are residents of the collection. The partial least square is a technique for data analysis in this research, while the survey method is utilized to gather data. The results of research show that internet marketing has a major beneficial influence on purchase choices in addition to the quality of items having a big and positive effect. The study's conclusion is that although purchase choices are more worthwhile, internet marketing is getting more beneficial. Additionally, the quality of the Anna Collection objects improves with the choice to buy them

Abstract

The shift in views that happens in individuals who are becoming more oriented toward something quick is a chance to compete with entrepreneurs. This adjustment resulted in the immediate and beautiful presentation of a broad variety of commercial items. The drinking water business sector is now one of the most popular business sectors for micro and medium-sized enterprises, owing to the increasing demand for clean water and the decrease in the availability of clean water, so that packaging water is a solution that allows One of the companies named Balian Water to be the subject of this research. This study is quantitative in its technique, kind, and character. A frequency distribution table, line graph, bar graph, circle diagram, and histogram are common ways to depict data. Quality, pricing, and advertising all have a significant impact on purchasing decisions. Because the quality, pricing, and promotional efforts of a product influence people's purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of tax burden, currency rate, and tax planning on transfer pricing choices made by manufacturing businesses listed on the Indonesian Stock currency between 2019 and 2023. Purposive sampling was used to pick the sample, which was chosen by 12 firms. In this research, employ the double linear regression analysis approach for analysis. According to the findings of this research, tax burden has a favorable influence on transfer pricing, however exchange rate and tax planning have no effect on transfer pricing

Abstract

The study seeks to explain the research gap in the causal link between market orientation and business performance. To explain the discrepancy, the research focuses on the function of the corporate business environment's variable moderator, namely corporate competitive strategy and corporate entrepreneurship. The analytical unit for this research is a small business in West Java. In this research, 231 firms were identified, however only 111 answered to the survey. MRA analysis is used to investigate the role of corporate entrepreneurship in mediating the cultural causal link between market orientation and corporate performance. Corporate entrepreneurship strengthens the effect of a market-oriented culture on company performance. Market orientation has a bigger effect on business performance as corporate entrepreneurship increases. Subgroup analysis is used to investigate how a firm's competitive strategy modifies the link between orientation and company performance. The study's findings indicate that the impact of market oriented culture on firm performance varies depending on the competitive strategy.

Abstract

One of the company's human resources is its workforce. An key factor in accomplishing corporate objectives is employee performance in the organisation. Workers must be genuinely skilled in their professions and capable of providing the best possible service. An individual's ability to perform well can be impacted by their work environment, education, and training. This study is to examine the impact of education level on worker performance at PT. Fortune Maju Abadia, a business engaged in logistics and warehousing of goods. The population of this study consists of all 87 employees of PT. Fortune Maju Abadi in Makassar City, South Sulawesi. Using the Sloving approach, 75 respondents were included in the sampling. The validity test, reliability test, multiple linear analysis, coefficient of determination, classical assumption test, and hypothesis test are the data analytic techniques employed in this study.
