Abstract

Prior studies have demonstrated the impact of celebrity endorsement on consumer buying behaviour. That being said, there is frequently little conversation about the process that links the two variables. The purpose of this study is to investigate brand love as a mediating factor between celebrity endorsements and purchasing decisions. The information was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 153 respondents who were familiar with the brand and understood homogeneous characters, using a purposeful sampling technique. Methods of data analysis with partial least squares (PLS). The findings demonstrated that Brand Love had a mediating role in the noteworthy impact of celebrity endorsements on buying decisions

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and examine how work motivation influences employee performance in relation to workload. An associative strategy is used in this study, which is a type of research where the relationship or influence between independent and dependent variables is investigated. The 57 employees in this study comprised both the population and the sample. A questionnaire was the method of data collecting employed in this investigation. Partial Least Square-Structural Enquiry (PLS-SEM) is the data analysis method that is employed. Software called Partial Least Square (PLS) is used in this study's data processing. The study's findings show that work motivation can minimise the impact of workload on employee performance and that workload has a major impact on employee performance

Abstract

Descriptive statistics are used in this quantitative research investigation. A probability sampling strategy was employed in this study to select a sample of 37 participants. Inspiration Culture of the Organization An element of research is discipline. Using the SPSS 26 software, multiple linear analysis and basic mediation analysis were used to analysis the data. The study's findings demonstrated that while motivation and organizational culture had no effect on service quality, discipline and motivation in leadership did. Organizational culture indirectly affects service quality, but leadership discipline has a major impact

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze influence Thin Capitalization and Inventory Intensity against aggressiveness tax. Study This including type study quantitative with use data secondary report finance. The population of this study was 30 companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange for period 2018-2022. The research sample used a purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 13 companies. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis. Abstract

This study seeks to offer an overview and analysis of the function of leadership at PT. Bogatama Marinusa. This study's research technique is qualitative, utilizing a descriptive approach. Primary data was gathered via interviews with eight firm workers who served as research informants. The study's findings show that leadership plays an important role in improving employee performance at PT. Bogatama Marinusa, with the leader performing interpersonal roles such as the figurehead role, which represents the company, the leader role, which provides motivation, and the liaison role, which maintains communication with employees. The information role comprises of the monitoring function, which is obtaining information from different sources; the disseminator's duty is to constantly update the most recent information; and the spokesperson's role is to transmit information to third parties. Decision making comprises of the entrepreneurial function, which is to provide ideas for employment renewal, the role of managing disruptions as a dispute mediator, the role of distributing resources by channeling money openly, and the role of negotiator by engaging in talks. The study findings indicate that the leadership position has a major impact on staff performance

Abstract

Tokopedia was one of the earliest e-commerce mobile platforms in Southeast Asia, including Indonesia. With e-commerce rivalry, social media marketing on the Instagram platform is being utilized to attract new customers. As a result, this study was done to investigate the impact of social media marketing via electronic word of mouth on Tokopedia purchase choices using the Instagram platform. This study employs quantitative and descriptive research methodologies, with a sample size of 95 respondents. Non-probability sampling was employed, using the route analysis approach. Data was processed using SPSS version 25. The findings of this study indicate that social media marketing (X) has a large and influential impact on purchase choices

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the direct impact of brand experience on brand image, satisfaction, and brand image in the setting of shopping center visitors. The study's participants were 20-year-old or older visitors to shopping centers or malls. A purposive sampling strategy was used to choose 235 respondents for the study. PLS-SEM is used to examine the instrument's validity and reliability, as well as the study hypotheses. Hypothesis testing revealed that brand pleasure mediates the association between brand experience and brand image. In addition, brand trust mediates the link between brand experience and brand image. Theoretically, this study helps to our knowledge of how these components interact to shape brand image. Practically, the results of this study may be utilized to develop tactics for increasing visitor loyalty to retail centers or malls

Abstract

The goal of this study is to examine the impact of situational leadership style on employee job performance. Abstract

This study demonstrates that organizational commitment is influenced by PT. BPR Hasamitra Makassar's job placement qualities, with a t-test value of 0.000. The results of this study demonstrate a connection between employees' devotion and their workplace. Consequently, employees feel more at ease in their current workplace the more loyal they are to the organization. This study demonstrates that job placement affects employee performance at PT. BPR Hasamitra Makassar, with a sig value on the t-test of 0.000. Accordingly, research on organizational commitment and employee performance at PT. BPR Hasamitra Makassar indicates that a significant t test value of less than 0.04 or 0.000 indicates that employees perform better when they feel at ease in their workplace. This study demonstrates the link between raising corporate commitment and enhancing employee performance. Employees will therefore perform better if they are happy working for the company. As per the Sobel test, the employee performance and job placement are mediated by the organizational commitment variable, as evidenced by the t-calculated value of 5.404, which is more than the t-table value of 1.558. While examining indirect variables yielded a value of 0.324, the direct influence of job placement variables on performance is found to be 0.346
