Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk menganalisis efektivitas program perlindungan sosial dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan kelompok rentan. Data diperoleh dari literatur terkait, dan analisis dilakukan dengan mereduksi, menyajikan, dan menarik kesimpulan dari informasi yang dikumpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program perlindungan sosial memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan kelompok rentan, namun masih terdapat keterbatasan dalam mencapai tujuan. Faktor kerawanan meliputi kondisi wilayah, monopoli perdagangan, dan premanisme. Analisis efektivitas program mengacu pada lima “tepat” implementasi kebijakan, seperti kebijakan yang tepat, pelaksanaan, target, lingkungan, dan proses. Kesejahteraan keluarga, yang mencakup fungsi pencegahan, pemulihan, pengembangan, dan penunjang, menjadi fokus penelitian. Program perlindungan bantuan sosial diimplementasikan melalui berbagai inisiatif, termasuk sosial reguler dan temporer, serta program jaminan sosial seperti Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional dan Jaminan Ketenagakerjaan. Implikasi kebijakan dan rekomendasi disajikan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas program perlindungan sosial di Indonesia.

Abstract

Child welfare services are a form of empowerment to protect and improve the quality of life of children, especially through the Siti Fatimah Child Social Welfare Institution (LKSA) in Pandaan District, Pasuruan Regency. This institution serves neglected children, orphans, school dropouts, and children from troubled families. This study aims to determine the role and supporting factors of LKSA Siti Fatimah in providing social welfare services to children in Nogosari Village. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that LKSA has a role as a facilitator, motivator, mediator, and dynamator in empowerment programs covering the fields of education, social, skills, spirituality, and entrepreneurship. Supporting factors include the availability of infrastructure, community support, donors, and motivation from managers. The obstacles faced include children's personalities, low community awareness, and limited funding.

Abstract

Environmental issues have become a major concern in recent years. In fact, the impact that is always felt is the widespread pollution, the problem of waste that is increasingly accumulating until the closure of several landfills (TPA) in Indonesia. This paper tries to reopen our insight into environmental concerns in the concept of Seyyed Hossein Nasr. The research method used is qualitative based on library research with descriptive analysis. This paper also discusses how religion-society relations and environmental concerns become social actions that should be of common concern. It focuses on our understanding of environmental care as God's creatures who maintain stability between nature and life. Khalifah, as the basis of Seyyed Hossein Nasr's perspective, is a task that should be carried out by every human being. But in reality, attention to the environment is secondary in life, so that the impact felt today is extreme climate change and increased pollution.

Abstract

The tradition of Tebokan in Kaliputu Village, Kudus, is a local cultural heritage that strengthens community identity and plays an important role in economic development through the involvement of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This annual event, which coincides with the celebration of 1 Muharram, combines religious values and local culture with a procession of gunungan jenang that symbolizes prosperity. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The results showed that Tebokan Tradition is not only a cultural ritual, but also serves as a promotional strategy that supports the growth of jenang MSMEs. Government support and synergy between MSME players and the local community have increased the popularity of jenang as a local superior product, while strengthening the village economy. Despite facing obstacles, such as limited budget and community participation, this tradition still has great potential to grow through cross-sector collaboration. Through the preservation of the Tebokan Tradition, Kaliputu Village not only maintains its cultural heritage but also strengthens economic resilience and enriches the social life of the community.

Abstract

Sustainable development is a timeless topic. Behind it are a myriad of aspirations for current and future generations, both from the economic, social and environmental aspects. The concept that is promoted is development that promotes the fulfillment of the needs of the present without involving the ability of the next generation to achieve 17 goals, which are often referred to as sustainable development goals (SDGs) or Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). One of them is sustainable cities and communities. This should be realized in the village of Dupak Magersari RT 01 which is the study in this research. Researchers tried to explain the potential through participatory mapping by emphasizing the active involvement of many people such as communities and even stakeholders. The goal is to hold the community in maintaining and developing their village in a sustainable manner. The analysis is based on the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach, which is a technique to stimulate community participation in various activities, starting from the social analysis stage, planning, implementation, evaluation to program expansion. The result is an alignment between the concept of sustainable development and the mapping practices studied. The community can make sustainable planning through the findings of five basic capitals, including natural, human, financial, physical and social capital.

Abstract

Disaster potentials that must be watched out for in Magelang Regency include Mount Merapi Eruptions, Flash Floods and Rain Lava, Landslides, Forest and Land Fires, and Strong Winds. Therefore, in reducing the impact and providing services, the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Magelang Regency has the function of coordinator, command and implementer in disaster management from the pre-disaster, emergency response, and post-disaster stages. This study aims to describe how BPBD Magelang Regency deals with disasters, especially strong winds. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach by collecting data through interviews and observations with informants from affected residents and the BPBD. The results of this study are that the BPBD of Magelang Regency carries out disaster management activities starting from the pre- disaster, emergency response and post-disaster stages in strong wind disasters. Then to make it easier for the public to access information about disasters, BPBD Magelang Regency has created an application called Sistem Informasi Kebencanaan Kabupaten Magelang (SIKK).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development model of Yutaka Farm Agrotourism in Pasucen Village, Trangkil District, Pati Regency. This agrotourism site has successfully integrated environmental conservation, education, and local community empowerment through a sustainable tourism approach. Initially established as a plant nursery in 2017, Yutaka Farm has evolved into an agricultural-based tourist destination with a Japanese-themed concept, encompassing nature tourism, culinary experiences, and environmental education. Using a qualitative descriptive research method, this study found that Yutaka Farm's development through the stages of mapping, social planning, and social action has improved the local economy, community participation, and human resources quality. The implications of this model include enhancing the local community's quality of life, as well as preserving local culture and the environment. The success of Yutaka Farm demonstrates that a local wisdom-based agrotourism model can significantly impact economic and social development in rural areas.

Abstract

The community health empowerment model is an approach that aims to improve community welfare in the health sector. Community empowerment can be carried out by various parties, one of which is through school-based organizations, namely Taman Gizi of HISMAWATI, Mathali'ul Falah Islamic School, Kajen Margoyoso Pati. This organization focuses on community health empowerment through its programs. This research aims to determine the model of community health empowerment carried out by Taman Gizi of HISMAWATI. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with the type of field research, data collection techniques using interviews and documentation, while data analysis techniques use the theory of Miles and Huberman which consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the model of community health empowerment implemented by Taman Gizi of HISMAWATI is school-based participatory empowerment. Based on Jim Ife's empowerment theory used in this research, the concept of community health empowerment carried out by Taman Gizi of HISMAWATI is providing resources, opportunities, knowledge and skills in the form of facilitating the Kajen Village community and PIM female students through its programs. In this model, the objectives of empowerment include four improvements, namely institutional improvement, business improvement, environmental improvement and life improvement. The empowerment strategy used include the empowerment level, namely the micro level and the empowerment approach which including five approaches, namely the enabling, strengthening, protection, support and maintenance. Meanwhile, the empowerment principles used include four principles, namely the principle of equality, the principle of participation, the principle of independence and the principle of sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of collaborative governance in the empowerment of persons with disabilities in Pati Regency. Using a qualitative descriptive approach and field research methods, the study explores how the collaboration between local government, the Indonesian Disability Association (PPDI), and the local community contributes to improving the quality of life and welfare of persons with disabilities. The results show that this collaboration significantly enhances accessibility, productivity, and participation of persons with disabilities in various empowerment programs. However, the involvement of the private sector in collaborative forums remains a challenge that must be addressed to create broader synergy. In conclusion, collaborative governance is an effective approach for creating inclusive policies and empowering persons with disabilities, but more support from the private sector is needed.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) No. 48 Tahun 2014 tentang Perubahan atas PP No. 47 Tahun 2004 mengenai Tarif atas Jenis Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak (PNBP) di lingkungan Kementerian Agama dilaksanakan, dengan penekanan khusus pada pengurangan biaya pernikahan di Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Kecamatan Tengaran, Kabupaten Semarang pada tahun 2024. Peraturan ini mengatur bahwa pasangan yang melangsungkan pernikahan di Kantor Urusan Agama Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan PP No. 48 Tahun 2014 di KUA Kecamatan Tengaran telah berjalan dengan baik, meskipun masih ada beberapa masalah, seperti kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang undang-undang tersebut dan keterbatasan sumber daya di KUA. Namun, kebijakan ini telah meringankan biaya pernikahan bagi orang-orang berpenghasilan rendah, tetapi diperlukan upaya sosialisasi yang lebih besar untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang undang-undang tersebut dan memastikan bahwa KUA.
