Pemanfaatan teknologi dan informasi kini merambah ke seluruh lini aspek kehidupan dan pekerjaan begitu pula dengan lembaga yang menaunginya di bidang perpustakan. Namun, tidak semua masyarakat mengerti dan memahami akan penggunaan aplikasi perpustakaan berbasis digital. Maka dari itu dilakukan pengenalan aplikasi perpustakaan berbasis digital yang bernama iPusnas kepada pelajar SMPN 1 Serangpanjang Desa Ponggang Kabupaten Subang. Metode yang digunakan terdapat 2 tahapan yaitu; ceramah dan praktek aplikasi iPusnas diikuti oleh para siswa siswi SMPN 1 Serangpanjang yang terdiri dari kelas 8 dan 9 dengan jumlah 350 peserta. Hasinya para peserta cukup antusias terhadap aplikasi iPusnas dan dapat menggunakan aplikasi tersebut secara mandiri. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi kesadaran pentingya penggunaan teknologi digital dan kemampuan akses literasi secara digital.

Pulau Panjang di Kabupaten Bangka Selatan memiliki potensi perikanan berupa hasil samping tangkapan nelayan. Ikan tangkapan samping ini minim pemanfaatan dan bahkan dibuang. Ikan yang bernilai ekonomis rendah ini dapat ditingkatkan harganya dengan dijadikan produk baby fish crispy. Himakuatik dengan Program Bina desa berupaya untuk mensosialisasikan dan mendemonstrasikan pemanfaatan ikan tangkapan samping menjadi produk diversifikasi berupa baby fish crispy. Produk diolah dari ikan tangkapan nelayan local. Produk dikemas dengan plastic pouch. Himakuatik juga bekerjasama dengan toko oleh-oleh khas Bangka untuk pemasaran produknya. Kehadiran baby fish crispy dapat melengkapi produk olahan ikan lainnya menjadi sumber kesejahteraan masyarakat Pulau Panjang.

The Covid-19 Pandemic affects all sectors in every side of the world. The education side is also becoming one of the most affected areas due to this situation. Indonesia"™s government made a regulation for conducting distance learning almost in the past two years. By creating this regulation, they also made a module for the teachers and students with the aim of facilitating the education field so it could achieve the materials planned in the general syllabus of Indonesia"™s curriculum even though they have to do distance learning. The cultural content is usually found in the English module or textbooks. Culture as one of the national identities should be taught to the students as young as they are. There are three categories of cultural content as follows: source culture, target culture, and international target culture. The descriptive qualitative method will be used in this study since it is aimed to classify and evaluate the cultural content found in the English module used by the 9th grade students in Indonesia and discuss the most appropriate culture that should be taught to junior high school students when it comes to the education in the digital age. The findings of this study show that most cultural categories occurred is from the target culture that is the US and UK culture followed by the source culture. Then, the most cultural elements found in the English module are in a form of product, person, and practice in a line. There is no perspective element found in this study. Since the aim of learning by using this module is for mastering the target language (English), it is acceptable when the target culture is easier to find compared to the source or international target culture. The need of module evaluation here hopefully can help the teachers to select the appropriate sources for the teaching and learning materials in the English classroom, especially in junior high school.

Empowerment of Women Farmers Group (KWT) must be done so that local potential can be utilized and agricultural products can be processed into high-value economic products. One of the local potentials that can be developed is Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA). Besides being beneficial for health, TOGA also has high economic value when sold as raw materials for traditional medicine and instant herbal drinks. The empowerment effort carried out is counseling on making the innovative herbal drink GoldenBlend Tonic, a combination of high-quality spices. Community Service activities were carried out at the Gelam Village Hall, Candi District, Sidoarjo, attended by 25 people from the Gelam Village KWT. This activity aims to empower the local women farmers by providing knowledge and skills in processing agricultural products into high-value economic products. The method used is counseling involving presentations, discussions, and direct practice. The result of this activity is an increased understanding and skills of the KWT regarding innovative herbal drink products. In the future, it is expected that the Gelam Village KWT can develop new products, increase productivity, and strengthen the economy of their families and communities.

The Cempedik fish, which is popular on Belitung Island, is often studied for its gonadal maturity during the rainy season. This seasonal focus aligns with the peak fishing period for the species. However, no studies have yet been conducted on this species during the dry season. This research aims to analyze the gonadal maturity level of Cempedik fish (Osteochilus spilurus) during the dry season. Fish samples were collected from the Bumang River in Kemuja Village, Bangka Regency. A total of 30 fish were randomly sampled using traditional bamboo traps. Sampling was conducted at the peak of the dry season in July 2024. The majority of the fish showed gonadal maturity levels ranging from stages 3 to 4 in both males and females. The findings indicate that Cempedik fish, previously known to reach gonadal maturity during the rainy season, also exhibit high maturation levels in the dry season. This suggests that the species may reproduce throughout the year, during both the dry and rainy seasons.

Disaster potentials that must be watched out for in Magelang Regency include Mount Merapi Eruptions, Flash Floods and Rain Lava, Landslides, Forest and Land Fires, and Strong Winds. Therefore, in reducing the impact and providing services, the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Magelang Regency has the function of coordinator, command and implementer in disaster management from the pre-disaster, emergency response, and post-disaster stages. This study aims to describe how BPBD Magelang Regency deals with disasters, especially strong winds. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach by collecting data through interviews and observations with informants from affected residents and the BPBD. The results of this study are that the BPBD of Magelang Regency carries out disaster management activities starting from the pre- disaster, emergency response and post-disaster stages in strong wind disasters. Then to make it easier for the public to access information about disasters, BPBD Magelang Regency has created an application called Sistem Informasi Kebencanaan Kabupaten Magelang (SIKK).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis laporan keuangan dalam mengukur kinerja keuangan perusahaan pada salah satu perusahaan konstruksi milik BUMN yaitu PT PP (Persero) Tbk. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purpose sampling terhadap 1 perusahaan dengan 5 periode laporan keuangan tahunan. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis vertical dengan teknik rasio serta perbandingan terhadap rata-rata rasio industry serupa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kinerja keuangan PT PP (Persero) Tbk periode 2015-2019 menunjukan hasil yang tinggi yaitu: dengan nilai 45% unutk rasio yang berada diatas rata-rata rasio industri, nilai 8% untuk rasio yang berada sesuai dengan rata-rata industri dan nilai 35% untuk rasio yang berada dibawah rata-rata rasio industri. Dengan hasil penelitian tersebut setelah dihitung dan dijumlah total 11 analisis rasio PT PP (Persero) Tbk periode 2015-2019 berada pada angka 8 yang berarti kinerja keuangan perusahaan tersebut berada pada tingkat sangat memuaskan.Kata kunci : Analisis Laporan Keuangan, Kinerja Keuangan.

This community service activity was carried out in response to the low level of student literacy and the limited implementation of innovative learning models at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Pondok Pesantren Modern Islam (PPMI) Assalaam. MTs PPMI Assalaam is a boarding Islamic educational institution that integrates the national and pesantren curricula to develop graduates who are religious, academically competent, and of strong character. Through a collaborative-participatory approach, this training and mentoring program was designed to enhance teachers’ pedagogical competencies, particularly in applying literacy-based learning models within the TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) framework. The program was conducted in three stages (preparation, implementation, and evaluation), and involved 59 teachers as participants. The results showed a significant improvement in content mastery, particularly regarding deep learning principles, digital literacy, partnership focus, and critical reasoning (p<0.05). Final evaluations indicated that the training was well-received, with high participant satisfaction and effective methods for strengthening both competence and innovative teaching practices. This program has proven effective in addressing 21st-century literacy challenges within the modern pesantren context, while fostering an adaptive, collaborative, and Islamically-rooted learning ecosystem

Cayenne pepper is a leading horticultural commodity in InÂdonesia. However, the productivity and quality produced have not met market expectations. One of the contributing factors is the low quality of the soil. For this reason, switching from inorganic fertilizers to orÂganic fertilizers, such as Black Soldier Fly Frass (BSFF), is necessary because it can provide several nutrients crucial in improving the soil's physical, chemical, and biological properties. In this study, the formuÂlation of BSFF was tested for its impact on cayenne pepper's growth response and yield. The research was arranged in a completely ranÂdomized design consisting of three treatments with three repetitions, namely P1 (100 grams of BSFF biofertilizer), P2 (250 grams of BSFF biofertilizer), and P3 (500 grams of BSFF biofertilizer). The results showed an interaction between doses of BSFF biofertilizer on plant height, physical conditions (color and size), number, and wet weight of cayenne pepper; which P3 gave the most optimal growth response and yield. In contrast to these results, all treatments reduced vitamin C to the high level of N nutrients in BSFF biofertilizer. Therefore, furÂther research is needed to find the right dosage (below 100 grams/500 grams of media) so that cayenne pepper has a high vitamin C.
