Abstract

The recent dynamics of global economic development provide clues about the importance of increasing competitiveness. As a member of the international community, Indonesia always collaborates with other countries. The research method used in this research is qualitative research. Regional and multilateral cooperation, especially through ASEAN, the UN and the WTO, have a major influence on Indonesia's economic policies and also play a role in increasing the country's economic competitiveness. By actively participating in international forums, Indonesia can influence the formation of trade rules and support them. Sustainable building and enhancing reputation as a reliable trading partner. The application of information technology and digital transformation through regional and multilateral cooperation plays an important role in increasing Indonesia's economic competitiveness and responding to the challenges of the industrial revolution 4.0 in the global market. This collaboration opens up opportunities for knowledge exchange, access to global resources, and strengthens the innovation ecosystem that maintains sustainable economic growth. Abstract

This study aims to explore how gender equality can enhance human resource (HR) productivity and support inclusive economic growth. Using a qualitative method based on literature review, this research analyzes relevant academic literature to identify the relationship between gender equality, HR productivity, and economic growth. The findings reveal that gender equality plays a significant role in improving HR productivity by fostering more innovative and collaborative work teams. Increased access for women to education and training leads to substantial contributions in formal sectors, which in turn supports economic diversification and innovation. However, the study also highlights challenges in implementing gender equality, such as structural injustice, gender stereotypes, and insufficient support for women balancing dual roles as workers and caregivers. As recommendations, governments and companies should adopt gender-responsive policies, including equal pay, flexible work arrangements, and childcare facilities. Additionally, public awareness campaigns are needed to shift social norms that restrict women's roles. With strategic measures, gender equality can significantly contribute to sustainable economic development.

Abstract

Farming is a life support for farming communities, which manage various agricultural products, both in the food sector and smallholder plantation crops. One of the important commodities in this sector is rubber plants, which are found in many areas, including Lampung Province, which is one of the largest rubber producing areas in Indonesia. This research is a field research. Lampung Province is one of the regions in Indonesia where the majority of the population depends on rubber plantations for their living. This rubber plant is the main source of income that they rely on to meet their daily needs and pay their bills. In the current era of globalization, the rubber produced is not just natural rubber, but the result of the use of ever-increasing pressure. This affects the amount of elastic plastic produced. Many rubber plantations were established by local residents. For those who do not have their own plantations, they usually work to harvest rubber sap in gardens belonging to other people who have larger land. Rubber farmers are now experiencing an increase in the use of the resources they have to strengthen their economy. The significant increase in rubber prices in recent times also helps them to meet their family's basic daily needs.

Abstract

Non-Bank Sharia financial institutions themselves have the obligation to have a Sharia Supervisory Board as mentioned in article 32 of the general provisions of the Decree of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Number 91 of 2004 concerning KJKS which states legally and clearly that the existence of DPS has its own position to report the results of its supervision. to the government, in this case the Ministry of Cooperatives. The author's methodology is to use two problem approaches, namely an empirical juridical approach and a normative juridical approach. The role of the sharia supervisory board in supervising sharia aspects at (Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil) BMT L Risma is to carry out periodic supervision of the BMT L Risma financial institution, submit proposals for the development of sharia financial institutions to the relevant BMT L Risma leadership and to the DSN, report BMT L Risma's development of sharia finance products and operations which he supervises with DSN at least twice in one fiscal year, formulates problems that require discussion with DSN, to carry out this supervision, DPS members must have integral scientific qualifications, namely the science of muamalah fiqh and modern Islamic financial economics

Abstract

Employee work productivity, as previously explained, can be measured through the results of their work performance assessment. This assessment not only provides an overview of performance, but can also encourage high levels of satisfaction among employees. The results of the analysis show a value of r = 0.9597, which shows that there is a strong and positive relationship between job performance assessments and work productivity. Apart from that, calculations also reveal that the contribution of performance appraisal to employee productivity reaches 92%, while the remaining 8% is influenced by other factors outside of the appraisal. The implementation of the work performance assessment at the Trikora Modern Cooperative aims to evaluate whether the work standards and targets set have been achieved. This also functions as input in decision making in the field of personnel as well as in various other aspects of the Trikora Modern Cooperative

Abstract

Sharia cooperatives focus more on collecting and distributing non-profit funds, such as zakat, infaq, alms. This type of research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Abstract

The aim of this research is to explore the influence of TATO, ROA and EPS ratios on company share prices, as well as to explore the moderating effect of earnings management. This research focuses on companies in the property and real estate sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2021 to 2024. Through moderated regression analysis, it was found that the EPS ratio has a significant impact on company share prices, this influence is even stronger when moderated. by earnings management. Meanwhile, other variables do not show the same influence. This finding enriches our understanding that investors tend to prioritize potential investment returns, rather than just operational efficiency

Abstract

The Al Ishlah Foundation, which is located in Sribasuki Village, Batanghari, East Lampung, plays a very important role in instilling moral values in children in the surrounding environment. This institution develops Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPA) education as part of Islamic education. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to explore the financial management of the Al Ishlah Foundation. The foundation's funding sources come from single donors and non-permanent donors. In managing its finances, the foundation prepares an Income and Expenditure Budget Plan (RAPB) which includes a revenue budget from donors as well as an expenditure budget for routine and non-routine needs. Financial management activities carried out include receiving funds from donors and disbursing funds to fund various activities. In addition, financial reports are prepared every month. The reporting process includes financial recording carried out by the foundation treasurer, collecting revenue and expenditure data into the Foundation Activity Report format. This report is then submitted every month to the chairman of the board of the Al Ishlah Foundation in Sribasuki Village, Batanghari, East Lampung.

Abstract

Buying and selling used goods online is permitted in Islam as long as you adhere to the principles and rules of buying and selling. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method in data collection which involves searching for references using library materials. If a law in Islam conflicts with government law, then the law is considered haram, in accordance with government restrictions prohibiting savings on illegally supplied imports. However, when used products have been used by someone whose health is unknown and may or may not be experiencing a serious illness, there will definitely be a lot of bacteria or viruses on the clothes. Therefore, it is best to clean it thoroughly before use. Used goods are no longer associated with poor quality, thanks to the increasing popularity of buying and selling used goods online among young people. Therefore, thrifting is more than just a hobby it is an art form, with shoppers taking pride in their choice of quality branded goods. Apart from that, the frugal culture also has an impact on company growth, especially in the fashion industry in Indonesia.

Abstract

In analyzing employee performance service levels on customer satisfaction in Indomaret Yos Sudarso Metro Pusat. using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The aim of this research is to evaluate effectiveness of services provided by employees and understanding customer satisfaction obtained from the store atmosphere aspect. Data was collected through distributed questionnaires to Indomaret Yos Sudarso Metro Pusat customers and analyzed quantitatively. Results analysis shows that store atmosphere elements such as interior displays, store layout, general interior and store exterior have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Several indicators that fall into the top priority category require improvement performance, while indicators in the maintain achievement category show good performance adequate and needs to be maintained. This study provides recommendations for management Indomaret to focus on improving the quality of elements deemed important by customers to increase overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
