The aim of this research is to find out and describe the picture of the quality of the Nur Masitha Sampang Playgroup in terms of the seven principles of ISO 9001:2015. Qualitative research methods with a case study approach. Data collection techniques: interviews with 1 principal, 2 teachers, 2 students, and 2 parents; observation and documentation. Data processing: reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Data validity with technique and source triangulation. The results of the research show: (1) leadership principles: democratic leadership. (2) the principle of customer focus: learning and playing, books, educational game tools, and parenting. (3) the principle of engagement of people: principals, teachers, and parents. (4) process approach principles: learning schedules, weekly and daily program implementation plans, SOPs for arrival and return of students. (5) the principle of improvement: innovation of indoor and outdoor learning processes. (6) principles of evidence-based decision making: improving learning through meetings at the end and beginning of the semester. (7) the principle of relation management: cooperation with the Sampang Himpaudi group and parents.

The research aims to explain and describe financial management in education to meet the needs of Private Elementary School 2 Muhammadiyah Kotabaru. The study employs a qualitative method through a case study approach. Data collection techniques include interviews with the school principal, teachers, and administrative staff. Data processing involves reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity is ensured through credibility and confirmability. The research findings include: (1) financial planning by creating a school budget work plan at the beginning of the academic year, (2) financial organization by categorizing fund usage to meet process standards, management, and educational needs, (3) fund utilization for office supplies, learning media, school cleanliness, teacher and educational staff honorariums, and others, (4) financial control by comparing financial plans with expenditures. In conclusion, financial management has been implemented effectively, as evidenced by the appropriate utilization of school funds in accordance with the school budget plan, up to periodic and continuous financial control.

The aim of this research was to determine the influence of culture and school climate, either partially or simultaneously, on the effectiveness of State Elementary Schools in the Sukawangi District, Bekasi Regency. The research was conducted quantitatively with a correlational design. Data collection techniques involved questionnaires administered to a population and sample of 146 teachers. Data analysis included descriptive, linearity, and multicollinearity analyses. Hypothesis testing was conducted using F and t tests. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant influence of school culture on school effectiveness, followed by a significant influence of school climate on school effectiveness, and there is also a significant combined influence of school culture and climate on school performance effectiveness. Conclusion: effective schools are influenced by many aspects, one of which is the culture and climate of the school, which significantly affect school performance effectiveness.

The research aims to explain and describe the role of training programs (diklat) in enhancing teachers' competencies. The research methodology employed is a qualitative literature review. Data collection involves documentation, and data processing includes reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results indicate that pedagogical competence training encompasses teachers' skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and evaluating student learning outcomes, with the goal of enabling teachers to gain a deep understanding of effective teaching strategies. Professional competence training involves teachers' understanding of curriculum development, educational innovation, and profound knowledge of the subjects they teach. Personal competence training for teachers, encompassing emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills, can create a conducive learning environment. Meanwhile, social competence training establishes a positive classroom climate and supports the development of students' character.

Online media shapes the religious hybridity of Gen-Z, influencing attitudes towards pluralism, spirituality, and challenging conservative religious traditions. This study aims to explore the new culture and its implications for Gen-Z’s religious practices in the context of contemporary society. The research uses a qualitative literature study, with data collected through content analysis of articles. The findings show that Gen-Z is influenced by technological advancements and globalization, which provide them with broad access to information through the internet and social media. They tend to be more inclusive and open to various religious traditions, often combining elements from different religions or creating personal spirituality. Technology also allows them to build digital identities and engage in social activism. Social media plays a significant role in shaping their religious views and practices, though it also presents challenges, such as dilemmas between traditional religious values and modern cultural pressures. Gen-Z requires support to navigate these conflicts and challenges. Conclusion: Gen-Z is influenced by technology and globalization, creating an inclusive and personal religious culture by combining elements of religion and spirituality, accessed through social media.

The development of information and technology makes it easier for Indonesian people to get information and insight about products and goods needed in everyday life. One of the developments in technology and information is the internet media. Online buying and selling sites (e-commerce) are increasingly widespread today so that consumers are required to be careful in every online transaction. With legal guarantees and laws for consumers, it is hoped that there will be a legal basis in providing protection to consumers who transact e-commerce. This writing aims to find out whether legal rights as consumers, in the sense of legal protection for consumers, have been carried out properly and correctly, according to applicable laws. This research is a normative legal research. Where is the research on the principles and rules of law that guide the attitudes and behavior of the community. This research was conducted on the application of legal principles in legal protection for consumers related to the inclusion of problems that often occur in online buying and selling transactions between business actors and consumers. From the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that the UUPK and UU ITE have been able to provide adequate legal protection for consumers in buying and selling movable goods through e-commerce. regarding the use of consumer personal data, the legal requirements of an e-commerce transaction, the use of CA (Certification Authority), the issue of standard clauses and regulating actions that are prohibited for business actors in marketing and producing goods and services that can be used as a reference for objects in e-transactions. commerce.

At present the advancement of data innovation is endlessly quick, remembering for Indonesia itself. Information technology in the world, even in Indonesia has been widely used as a tool for human life activities in various aspects of life, including business activities. The current e-commerce phenomenon is increasingly causing the rise of various online stores in Indonesia. One of the providers of online business digital platforms is Bukalapak. This study was conducted to determine whether there is a significant effect given by the variabel Shopping Lifestyle and Hedonic Shopping Motivation as an independent variable on the Impulse Buying variable as the dependent variable (Study on Bukalapak Consumers in Bandar Lampung). The data used in this study is primary data, which was obtained from the results of respondents answers which were collected with the help of a questionnaire. The number of samples in this study were 108 respondents. The sampling method uses a non-probability sampling technique, which is a technique to determine the sample with certain considerations. The analytical method used in this research is validity test, reliability test, analysis multiple liniear regression, and hypothesis testing, namely t test and coefficient of determnination (R2), with the help of the IBM SPSS 26 application program for windows. The results of this study indicate that the Shopping Lifestyle variable has a significant effect on the Impulse Buying variable as evidenced by the t-count values of 3.009 > from the t-table value of 1.98304 with a significance level of 0,003 < 0,05. The the Hedonic Shopping Motivation variable also has a significant effect on the Impulse Buying variable as evidenced by the t-count value of 2.684 > from the t-table value of 1.98304 with a significance level of 0,008 < 0.05. Meanwhile, in this study, the independent variable was able to explain the dependent variable by 47,3% while the rest was influenced by other variables outside the variable of this study.

The recent dynamics of global economic development provide clues about the importance of increasing competitiveness. As a member of the international community, Indonesia always collaborates with other countries. The research method used in this research is qualitative research. Regional and multilateral cooperation, especially through ASEAN, the UN and the WTO, have a major influence on Indonesia's economic policies and also play a role in increasing the country's economic competitiveness. By actively participating in international forums, Indonesia can influence the formation of trade rules and support them. Sustainable building and enhancing reputation as a reliable trading partner. The application of information technology and digital transformation through regional and multilateral cooperation plays an important role in increasing Indonesia's economic competitiveness and responding to the challenges of the industrial revolution 4.0 in the global market. Tingkat peradaban suatu masyarakat dapat dipengaruhi oleh sistem pendidikannya. Telah terbukti bahwa suatu negara dengan tingkat pendidikan yang tinggi juga memiliki tingkat peradaban, ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, sosial ekonomi, dan perkembangan budaya yang lebih tinggi. Menyesuaikan dan memperbaiki konten program pendidikan merupakan tantangan tersendiri, karena harus mengikuti kebutuhan tenaga kerja yang terus berkembang dan kehidupan individu yang akan bekerja di dalamnya. Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) berusaha untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan pendidikan dengan memberikan sekolah kebebasan yang lebih besar untuk membuat keputusan sendiri dengan meningkatkan kemungkinan bahwa hal itu akan menghasilkan hasil yang terukur berkat struktur manajemen yang lebih ramping. Sekolah lebih mampu memenuhi kebutuhan individu murid mereka ketika mereka diizinkan otonomi yang luas atas anggaran mereka, kebijakan perekrutan, dan metodologi pengajaran. Dengan menjalankan kebebasan dan fleksibilitas dalam mengelola sumber daya yang tersedia, manajemen berbasis sekolah berupaya meningkatkan efektivitas pendidikan. Pengelolaan kurikulum dan program pengajaran, pengelolaan staf pengajar, pengelolaan siswa, pengelolaan keuangan dan pembiayaan, pengelolaan prasarana dan sarana yang digunakan dalam pendidikan, pengelolaan hubungan masyarakat, dan pengelolaan layanan khusus adalah semua aspek sekolah berbasis manajemen. Adapun faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah diantaranya : Pertama, meningkatnya keinginan untuk cara hidup yang lebih demokratis sepanjang era reformasi merupakan faktor utama dalam keberhasilan manajemen berbasis sekolah. Kedua, penerapan Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah yang mengutamakan kedaulatan daerah. Ketiga, kelompok yang berupaya melaksanakan Program Bersama Jaring Pengaman Sosial (JPS) hadir di banyak sekolah. Keempat, pemerintah bertujuan untuk meningkatkan tugas dan kewajiban Badan Bantuan Penyelenggara Pendidikan (BP3) agar lebih banyak lagi masyarakat yang berpartisipasi di sekolah anaknya.
