Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the influence of Total Service Quality Management (TSQM) to the customers satisfaction (the customers meant in this research were the business class train passengers of Tugu Railway Station Yogyakarta) by using 5 dimensions of TSQM (Said, 2004) i.e: physical quality dimension, supporting physical quality, company/institution quality, technical quality dimension, and interactive quality dimension. The method used for data collecting was survey method by giving quetionaires to the respondents. The technique used to take the samples of the research was purposive sampling. Out of 100 samples collected, only 94 samples were eligible to be prossed further. In this research validity and reliability tests were conducted to ensure the validity and reliability of the research instruments. Data analysed used in the research were multiple linear regression, t test, and F test. The result of the research shows that there is an influence of TSQM to the customers satisfaction on the dimentions of physical quality dimension, supporting physical quality, company/institution quality, technical quality dimension, and interactive quality dimension forward the business class train passengers, both partially and simultaneously of all dimension. The most influential dimensions to the customers satisfaction is the physical quality dimension.

Abstract

Determination of market segmentation within a company can not be saparated from the information and data that go through a variety of ways. The management company should have its own compartment undeer departement R & D as a special unit to follow up of various complaints and suggestions relating to improvement of the underlying strategy to the saisfacion of consumer behavior. Intrnet facility with devices supporting the technology enables the development of management information systems. Marketing startegies adopted should be trailored to the company's internal and external conditions, in this case, consumers and other outsiders. This article will discuss about: "Determination of the supporting Segmentation Marketing Strategy For Business Transactions on the Internet".

Abstract

This research analysed the influence of service as a factor affecting people satisfaction. According to Kepmen PAN No. 25 in 2004 on the Public Satisfaction Index (IKM), there are 14 matters relating to the performance and services carried out by employees of service, including service procedures, compliance requirements, clarity of employees, employee discipline, employee responsibilities, capabilitiers of staff, speed of service, justice services, staff courtesy, fairness of costs, certainty of cost, schedule certainly, comfort environments, and security services. This research was conducted to analyze the value of these variables, and effect on community satisfaction. Through IKM counting, could be learnt the value of the index was 3.180 and the IKM value after being converted of 79.6. Was based on this IKM value, could be concluded by the quality of the Badan Pelayanan Perijinan Terpadu (BPPT) of Semarang city entered the good criterion. Through factor analysis, 14 indicators of service has been reduced to 8 indicators are then grouped into two factors, namely the quality factors and services procedures factor. Through the analysis of regression, could be known that the quality factor of the service and the influential factor of the service procedure significant towards the people's satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) leaadership and Work-Family Conflict (WFC), Role Overload, Job Setress, with gender as a moderating variable. Variables in this research were measured via a survey of 132 couples employee and have child in the Yogyakarta. Hierarchical Regression Analysis were used to examine the effect of OCB on WFC, Role Overload, and Job Setress. Results showed that higher levels of OCB are associated with levels of emplyee role overload, job setress, and WFC. The findings also suggest that the relationship between OCB and WFC is moderated by gender, such that the relationship is stronger among woman than among man. Finally, the results have an important implication to managers in designing job.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to investigate what are independention, professional experted,a udith job implementation, job experience, audith job scope and management audith influence to intern control effecttivitas. Respondent of this study are top manager hotel with respondent are 38 and samples collected are 19 samples with users teknik sensus. Hipotesis test as users t test and F test. This result support that audith job implementation variable, professional expert, job experiences, job scope and management audith not influence to intern control effecttivitas. The simultantion service quality internal auditor to influences of intern control effecttivitas.

Abstract

The aims of this research is to examine the influence of adversity quotient to resistance of organizational change. The object of this research is PT Citra Nusantara Energi (PT CNE) with 63 employee of the population. The instrument that used is liner regression sample analysis. The result of analysis showed that adversity quotient give negative influence to resistance of organizational change.

Abstract

The relationship between Management performance system (SMK), management career system (SPK) to oorganizational comitment and performance has been attracting researcher’s attention. This study examine the relation between SMK-SPK in organization with comitment organizational to employee performance. This study with a population of bank employees in Magelang to sample as many 145 people, to test hypothesis using SEM. This result support The Use of SMK and SPK will increase employee performance and comitment organizational, but interaction between SPK-SMK with organizational comitment will reduce employee performance.

Abstract

Internet Banking is one of the bank services that enable customers to obtain information, communicate and banking transactions with online system. This research aims to determine the factors that influence the intention to use internet banking by users using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The method used for collected data is purposive sampling method which classified as users of Internet Banking BCA in Semarang and the number of samples collected are 100 samples. The analytical technique in this research used multiple regression techniques. This research proved that the factors that influence the intention to use the Internet Banking is perception of usefulness and perceived ease of use. Taken together, the usefulness (U) and ease of use. Taken together, the usefulness (U) and ease of use (EOU) significantly affect on positive attitude of use (ATT). Te value of Adjusted R is 56.2%, it means that the attitude of internet banking users are explained by the variable usefulness (U) and ease of use (EOU) of 56.2%. While the rest of 43.8% explained by other variables.

Abstract

This research aimed to test influence between service quality, customers satisfaction also interaction between service quality and customers satisfaction in the building of customers trust of Supermarket. This research efforted in Pamella supermarket in Yogyakarta. Sample categorized with sampling convenience method and purposive sampling. Data collection effored by giving list of question to the respondent that is contains about service quality, customer satisfaction and customer’s trust. This research use Moderator Regression Analysis. In the other side, T test and F tests are used to test asked hypothesis. The result of partially regression coefficient test with T test shows taht service quality, custoemer satisfaction also interaction betwee them influence significantly to customer’s trust. In the other side coefficient regression test’s result shows taht variables of service quality, customer’s satisfaction also interaction between them both influence to customer’s trust. Variables of service quality and customer’s satisfaction are able to explain customer’s trust variable up to 98,6% and the rest is 1,4% caused by another variable taht is not included in the research model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to investigate : whatare money circulation, deposit interest, inflation and exchange rate simultaneously influence to the Jakarta Composite Index, what are money circulation, deposit interest, inflation and exchange rate partially influence to the Jakarta Composite Index and which of the money circulation, deposit interest, iflation and exhange rate dominantly influence to the Jakarta Composite Index. This study using Partial Adjustment Models (PAM) as analysis tools. This study fouds : money circulation, deposit interest, infltion and exchange rate simutaneously influence significantly to the composite stock index but deposit interest and inflation not significant influence to the Jakarta Composie Index and money circulation dominantly influence to the Jakarta Composite Index.
