With expanding numbers of children attending pre-school provision there is an increased prevalence of children whom staff perceive as presenting ,hard to manage’ behavior. Handling hard-to-manage behaviours in early childhood is very important for every preschool provision. Result showed that aggression, inability to share and refusal were perceived as the most prevalent and worrying (Foot, et al, 2004). Exclusion, explanation and distraction were the most frequently used strategies for handling such behaviours. There are six behavior management strategies that good to used by teacher, consistency and flexibility of management these strategies, and parental communication and involvement.

BK program evaluation in schools is an attempt to get various information on a regular basis, continuous and thorough about the process and outcome of the development of attitudes and behavior, or developmental tasks the students through a program of activities that have been implemented. Assessment activities in school guidance and counseling was intended to determine the degree of quality improvement activities related to implementation of guidance programs in schools with reference to the criteria or standards specified in accordance with the guidance program implemented.Criteria or benchmarks used to assess the success of program implementation guidance and counseling services in schools is referring to are met or not met the needs of students and the parties involved either directly or indirectly contribute to help students gain and behavior change toward more personal good.

This research aimed to verify the influence of self-regulated learning training in enhance students independence in learning. This research was use one group pre test- post test design.subject of the research choosen by purposive sampling, they are 12 students of VII B of State junior highschool 4 Magelang who had low and average independence in learning . The reseacher use independence learning scale to collect the data, to analize the data the reseacher use non parametic Wiloxon Match Pairs Test. The result showed that self-regulated learning has positif influence in enhance students independence in learning. It proof on post-test score improvement from eksperiment group. The average improvement deviation was 14%. The improvement of students independence in learning also can be found at the changed of indicator in independence learning aspect of students who got the training and not. The students felt it help to find out their own way in learning.

The purposes of this research is to determine the child’s vocabulary enhancement through storytelling with pictures in kindergarten Mardisiwi Seborokrapyak Banyuurip District of Purworejo. The methods of the research was conducted by Action Research (PTK), which was implemented to enhance the child’s vocabulary through storytelling with pictures. The research was conducted on children in kindergartens Mardisiwi Seborokrapyak Banyuurip District of Purworejo to 12 research subjects consisting of 5 boys and 7 girls. In this research tells the story with pictures included in the activities. This research uses three variables: input variables, process variables, output variables. The use of performance data collection is by using and coordinating research data obtained by the research criteria and indicators of success set at 75%.The conclusion of this research is the vocabulary skills of kindergarten children Mardisiwi Seborokrapyak Banyuurip District of Purworejo can be increased after learning storytelling with pictures. This is proven by the results of the changes in each cycle, while the average initial capability child’s vocabulary originally 49.5%, after the first cycle measures the average vocabulary skills of children increased to 61.5%, and after the second cycle of vocabulary skills children increased to 91.1%. Hypothesis storytelling with images effectively improve vocabulary at kindergarten children Mardisiwi Seborokrapyak Banyuurip District of Purworejo proven true.

Purpose of this study was to determine the increase in student behavior through primary school extracurricular Candisari scout in Magelang District School. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Research subjects are students who take extrascouts in SD Negeri Candisari Magelang regency. As for the object of his research is the behavior of the fourth grade students. Through extracurricular student behavior scout translated into 11 indicators and 25 items were measured using interviews, questionnaires, and field observations. The resulting data were then categorized and studied the theory to be true whether the conclusions drawn in accordance with the hypothesis or not. Hypothesis in this study is an increase in student behavior throughextracurricular scout. Data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive analysis.This study has shown that an increase in student behavior through primary school extracurricular Candisari scout in Magelang regency. This can be proved from the research that students’ behavior can be increased from 68% to 91%. Increase positive student behavior through extracurricular scout also for their support, organization and development patterns in extracurricular scout in the school. So that students’ behavior will decrease if the absence or lack of extracurricular scout in SD Negeri Candisari Magelang regency.

This study aims to improve students’ vocabulary mastery of grade IV SDN Kemirirejo 3 Magelang through strategic keyword method. This type of research is the Classroom Action Research. The subjects were teachers and students of Elementary School fourth grade totaling Kemirirejo 3 31siswa. This study uses a vocabulary test data collecting and using data analysis techniques such as qualitative descriptions. Criteria for success of the action in the research are the success criteria seen from the development process of vocabularylearning process. Product success criteria based on student success in improving vocabulary reflecting their understanding of vocabulary. The validity of the data in this study include the validity of democracy which researchers actually collaborate with peers, teachers, and students and receive input from various parties to strive to increase the vocabulary in the learning process, the validity of dialogue that the research was conducted by means of dialogue with peers and collaborator to seek criticism and constructive suggestions.The results showed an increase in vocabulary can be seen from the increasing number of students who value belonging to the category of qualified and not qualified . In the first cycle of students who graduated reached 14 children from a total of 31 children , then the second cycle students who graduated reached 29 children . With the passing rate in the first cycle is 45.16 % with an average grade 66.97 and the second cycle increased to 93.55 % with an average grade 76.13 . Scores of efficiency inthe first cycle and the second cycle is 54.84 which is 0.06 . Thus, the overall value of students’ skills in vocabulary in the first cycle and the second cycle increased. It can be concluded that the learning strategy can improve the Keyword Method pengguasaan vocabulary Elementary School fourth grade students Kemirirejo 3.
