Abstract

This study aims to analyze the types of Islamic contracts (akad) that are relevant to affiliate marketing practices on the TikTok platform and to examine their compliance with the principles of Islamic commercial jurisprudence (muamalah). Affiliate marketing represents a digital marketing strategy that involves collaboration between content creators (affiliators), product owners, and consumers through social media platforms. From the perspective of Islamic law, this practice can be examined through three primary types of contracts: samsarah (intermediation), ju‘ālah (reward-based contract), and wakālah bil ujrah (agency with compensation). Each of these contracts possesses a legitimate legal basis and aligns with sharia principles. This research adopts a qualitative method with a literature review approach, by analyzing various academic sources such as scholarly journals, books, and authoritative documents relevant to the topic. The findings indicate that the TikTok affiliate system can be implemented in accordance with sharia, provided it fulfills the essential elements and conditions of valid contracts and remains free from prohibited elements such as gharar (uncertainty), riba (usury), and dharar (harm). These results affirm that the integration of Islamic economic values within digital marketing practices enables the formation of fair, transparent, and ethically sound transactions. Furthermore, it demonstrates the relevance and adaptability of Islamic commercial law in addressing the challenges of the modern digital economy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the origins of noble morals and the origins of despicable morals. Who plays a role in the deviation of noble morals, and how the deviation of noble morals occurs. The type of research used by the researcher is qualitative with a literature study approach and a content analysis approach. The results of the study show that the origins of noble morals are high ideals of 'uluwwul himmah' and humility and khusyu/tawadhu'. Meanwhile, the origins of despicable morals are arrogance and low self-esteem. The devil plays a major role in the deviation of noble morals. Satan distorts a person's morals by encouraging someone to underestimate tafriith or become excessive ifraath.

Rabbani youth, with their understanding and commitment to Islamic values, have great potential to become agents of change in building a strong and sustainable Islamic economic ecosystem. This research will examine the crucial role of Rabbani youth in implementing the Islamic economic political values contained within it. Abstract

Ijarah contract is one of the important forms of muamalah in community life, which regulates the transfer of usufructuary rights (benefits) of goods or services for a certain period of time in return for rent or wages. An in-depth study of the principles and pillars of ijarah, including clarity of objects, benefits, and rental prices, is crucial to ensure the validity and fairness of transactions. In addition, an understanding of the various types of ijarah, such as ijarah for the benefits of goods (rent of houses, vehicles, etc.) and ijarah for work (labor wages), as well as the fundamental differences between the two, provides a solid foundation in the practice of sharia economics. This article aims to thoroughly examine the concept of ijarah, starting from the definition, legal basis in the Qur'an and Sunnah, pillars and valid conditions, to its implications and applications in the context of the modern economy, including its challenges and opportunities. By understanding the essence of ijarah comprehensively, it is hoped that transactions can be created that are transparent, fair, and in accordance with sharia principles.

Abstract

This research paper will explain the integration of science and religious knowledge, particularly Islamic knowledge. Integration of science and Islam is an effort to unite the values of revelation with rational-empirical knowledge so that science is not merely secular but also directed towards the welfare of humanity. The concept of Islamization of science emphasizes the importance of purifying science from paradigms that conflict with monotheism and restructuring it within the framework of Islamic values. Meanwhile, the integration-interconnection approach focuses on dialogue and cooperation between religious and general sciences to complement each other. This integration is not intended to forcibly blend disciplines, but rather to build a harmonious relationship so that science can address the challenges of the times without losing its spiritual orientation. Thus, the integration of science and Islam is an important foundation for creating a just, sustainable, and welfare-oriented civilization.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of e-money from the perspective of maqashid sharia fi al-muamalah, focusing on the types of contracts applied and their legal implications. The research employs a normative legal method with a qualitative approach through library research. The data are derived from primary legal materials, including statutory regulations and fatwas issued by the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Council of Ulama (DSN-MUI), as well as secondary legal materials such as books and scholarly journal articles related to Islamic economic law and maqashid sharia. The findings indicate that the use of e-money is generally permissible in Islam as long as it complies with sharia principles. The contracts applied in e-money transactions include wadiah or qardh between issuers and users, as well as ijarah, ju‘alah, or wakalah bi al-ujrah in transactions involving payment system service providers. From the perspective of maqashid sharia, e-money supports the objective of protecting wealth (hifz al-mal) and promotes public benefit in muamalah transactions. Nevertheless, the implementation of e-money must avoid elements of riba, gharar, and maisir to remain consistent with sharia objectives.

Abstract

This article examines the legal provisions concerning ṭalāq (divorce) and ʿiddah (waiting period) from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence, with particular emphasis on the legal distinctions between free women and female slaves in the early period of Islam, as well as their relevance in contemporary contexts. This study employs a qualitative research method with a normative-juridical approach, analyzing evidence from the Qur’an, the Prophetic traditions (ḥadīth), and the opinions of classical jurists, especially those of the Shāfiʿī school of law. The findings indicate that differences in the rulings on ṭalāq and ʿiddah were not intended as forms of discrimination, but rather were based on considerations of ḥikmah sharʿiyyah (legal wisdom), such as differences in responsibility, financial maintenance, and social conditions at the time. ʿIddah serves fundamental functions in safeguarding lineage clarity, preserving the dignity of marriage, and maintaining social stability, while ʿiddah due to death is accompanied by the obligation of iḥdād as a form of respect for the marital bond. The study further affirms that marriage contracts and proposals conducted during the ʿiddah period are legally invalid according to explicit textual evidence (naṣṣ) and scholarly consensus (ijmāʿ). In a contemporary context, the provisions of ʿiddah for female slaves are no longer applicable due to the abolition of the institution of slavery, demonstrating the flexibility of Islamic law in its application without compromising its normative principles.

Abstract

The level of understanding and religiosity of students in the UNIA Intensive program regarding their interest in saving in Islamic banks. In this context, although Islamic banks have principles that align with religious teachings, a lack of a good understanding of Islamic financial principles and a high level of religiosity can play a significant role in influencing students' decisions to choose an Islamic bank as a savings account. Initial research conducted by students in the Intensive program at Al-Amien Prenduan University found that 13% of the total number of students in the UNIA Intensive program chose to use Islamic banking products. This is due to their belief in banking principles that align with Islamic teachings, such as the prohibition of usury (interest) and the principle of fair profit-sharing. Based on these reasons, it can be concluded that these 13% of students have a high level of religiosity in terms of their understanding of Islamic banking principles. The problem to be discussed in this study is the influence of the level of understanding and religiosity on the interest in saving in Islamic banks and which variables have a significant influence on the interest in saving in Islamic banks. The problem formulation is as follows: 1. Does the level of understanding of UNIA Intensive program students affect the interest in saving in Islamic banks? 2. Does the level of religiosity of UNIA Intensive program students affect the interest in saving in Islamic banks? 3. Does the level of understanding and religiosity of UNIA Intensive program students affect the interest in saving in Islamic banks?. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach, with a population of 110 UNIA Intensive program students. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data presentation, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, coefficient and determination tests, simultaneous and partial tests, and finally, drawing conclusions. From the results of data analysis using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 25 The level of student understanding has no significant influence between understanding and interest in saving in Islamic banks with a value of Tcount < Ttable, namely 3.506 < 1.98217. While religiosity has a significant influence on interest in saving in Islamic banks with a value of Tcount> Ttable, namely 9.301> 1.98217. The level of understanding and religiosity have a significant influence on interest in saving in Islamic banks with a value of Fcount> Ftable, namely 212.949> 3.08. The magnitude of the influence of understanding and religiosity on interest in saving in Islamic banks is 79.5% while the remaining 21.5% is influenced by other factors outside this study.

Abstract

Ontology is a branch of philosophy that studies the nature of being or existence. In Islamic philosophy, ontology plays a crucial role as it is closely related to the concepts of God, human beings, and the universe. This study aims to examine ontology in Islamic philosophy with a focus on the nature of existence and the thoughts of Muslim philosophers. The method used is a library research approach with descriptive-analytical analysis based on relevant academic sources. The results show that in Islamic philosophy, existence is divided into two categories: necessary being (wajib al-wujud) and possible being (mumkin al-wujud). Necessary being refers to God as the absolute and independent existence, while possible being refers to created beings whose existence depends on causes. Furthermore, the thoughts of Ibn Sina, Al-Farabi, and Ibn Arabi contribute significantly to understanding reality both rationally and spiritually. Islamic ontology is also characterized as theocentric, integrative, and hierarchical. Therefore, ontology not only explains reality theoretically but also provides practical implications for human life, particularly in faith, knowledge, and ethics.
