Abstract

Employee performance is one of the important factors for the success of an organization or company. On this basis, the purpose of this research is to find out (1) the effect of compensation on employee performance, and (2) the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at UD Industri Krupuk Andalas in Malang District. The population in this study were employees of UD Industry Krupuk Andalas in Malang District. Sampling in this study used a saturated sampling technique of 40 employees of marketers at UD Industri Krupuk Andalas in Malang District. The type of data used in this research is primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. This research uses data analysis technique Patrial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate (1) Compensation can contribute to the performance of the employees of UD Industri Krupuk Andalas in Malang District. It is identified that the provision of fair and good compensation will have an increasing impact on employee performance, and (2) Job satisfaction can contribute to the performance of UD Industri Krupuk Andalas employees in Malang District. This identifies if the level of high employee job satisfaction will have an increasing impact on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style, application of discipline, and additional income on employee performance at the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports of Takalar Regency. The type of research used is quantitative, which is a method used to answer research problems related to data in the form of numbers and statistical programs. The research was conducted from April to July 2021. The results showed that leadership style had a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance, discipline had a partially positive and significant effect on employee performance, and additional income had a partially positive and significant effect on employee performance because t count for the three independent variables is greater than t table. As for the F table value generated in this study is 2.859, while the calculated F value in the simultaneous test is 44, 633 which means the calculated F value > F table. In the next measurement it is known that the resulting significance value is 0.000 < 0.05. So, based on the results of testing and decision making in simultaneous testing, it can be concluded that the independent variables consisting of leadership style, discipline, and additional income simultaneously or together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

The goal of this study was to see how independence affected internal audit quality, how competence affected internal audit quality, and how audit complexity affected internal audit quality. The population of this study is all internal auditors, particularly those working at PT PLN (Persero) SPI Audit Region X, and the sample size is 40 respondents. This research technique, The sample in this research are primary data in the questionnaire form that included respondents' analyses of the audit's independence, competence, and complexity on the quality of internal audit. According to the findings of this study, independence has a significant impact Competence has a significant effect on the quality of internal audit, while audit complexity has no effect on the quality of internal audit. This study is expected to aid in the production of high-quality internal audit reports by improving and changing attitudes, as well as improving auditor performance in a positive direction in order to produce good financial results

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of job satisfaction, work motivation, and organizational commitment to employee kineja in the Girisubo District Office. Researchers have tested empirically in survey data to 30 respondents.The method used by the census method. The results showed that job satisfaction, work motivation, and organizational commitment had a simultaneous and significant effect on the performance of Girisubo District office employees of Gunung kidul Regency.

Abstract

The existence of an Accounting Information System (SIA) in a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) is useful for compiling reports needed by MSMEs to produce efficient and valid reports. Seeing this phenomenon, in this article the researcher intends to find out more about how to implement an Accounting Information System (AIS) in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 in MSMEs. The method used in this research is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) which examines previous studies. The data analysis used in this study was in the form of 20 selected articles from 2017-2022 in the Google Scholar and Elsevier databases. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there are five important roles of accounting information systems in digital form that play a role in improving the performance of MSMEs, including (1) organizational performance, (2) customer service, (3) reporting on buying and selling transaction activities, (4) improvement financial reporting, and (5) Performance improvement related to decision making for all parties with authority. The limitations in this study are the lack of international articles that discuss related topics and the limited international articles that make SMEs the object of research.

Abstract

Interest in investing is a desire to find out about the type of investment starting from the advantages, disadvantages, investment performance and so on. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial literacy, investment knowledge, risk perception on investment interest in the capital market in Management students of the Faculty of Economics and Business UPN "Veteran" East Java. The population in this study were active students of the management study program, the sample was taken using the Slovin formula method which was calculated from the total target population so that a sample of 94 respondents was obtained, the questionnaire method was used for data collection in this study. This study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) as a data analysis technique.The results of this study indicate that financial literacy has a contribution to student investment interest in the capital market, investment knowledge has a contribution to student investment interest in the capital market, risk perception has a contribution to student investment interest in the capital market.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test and know the effect of brand awareness, promotion, and perceived ease of use on the usage decisions of e-wallet LinkAja. The research method used in this study is the quantitative method. Respondents in this study were management collestudentsent of UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur that used LinkAja. In this study, the number of samples taken as many as 94 respondents. The sampling method used non-probability sampling with the pusposive sampling technique. The data collection technics used in this study is the primary data in the form of a questionnaire which was analyzed using the Likert scale and secondary data in the form of literature. The data analysis technique used SEM-PLS. The results of this study showed that brand awareness, promotion, and perceived ease of use have a significant (positive) impact on usage decisions e-wallet LinkAja

Abstract

The research is airned to find out that have the Credit distribution and the interest rate influence to Bank Sulselbar at Jeneponto. The data collecting used the secondary data and the population is the bank financial statements including balance sheet and profit and loss statement from 2017 until 2019. The sample of loss statements from banking sector within 3 years of period. Hypothesis testing used linear regression tehnique analysis by SPSS 24 version. The result of the research  showed that the influence of credit distribution and the interest rate have no influence to the Bank Sulselbar at Jeneponto.

Abstract

In the digital era, laptops are a technology needed by everyone, both in the world of education and the world of work. In the rapidly developing technology industry, there is a lot of competition among laptop manufacturers. With so much competition for laptop products on the market, the market share of Acer's laptop products will decline in 2020 and 2021. Therefore, researchers formulate the problem of whether brand image and product quality affect purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze the effect of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions for Acer laptop products in the Surabaya area. The sample in this study is people who live in the Surabaya area and users of Acer laptop products, as many as 72 respondents. The sampling method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The mechanism used is Non Probability Sampling using the sample purposive sampling method. This research shows that Brand Image and Product Quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Acer laptop products in the Surabaya area.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the potential for developing halal tourism in improving the welfare of the people in the Selayar Islands Regency is. The type of research used in this research is field research that produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral data of people (informants) and observed behavior. While the data research techniques used in this study were interviews, observations (observations), and documentation. The results obtained from this study are how the potential for developing halal tourism in improving the welfare of the people in the Selayar Islands Regency is because currently there is no halal tourism object developed by the Selayar Islands Regency Tourism Office. Based on the results of observations and interviews in the Sunari coastal tourism area, it is still relatively new and the Selayar Islands Regency Tourism Office will continue to communicate with the village government for the development of the Sunari beach tourism area, Selayar Islands Regency. Although the tourism office has not taken any steps to get there, the local tourism office supports the development of halal tourism in the Sunari beach tourism area, Selayar Islands Regency. For visitor responses regarding the potential for developing halal tourism in improving the welfare of the community in Bulukumba Regency, around 99% of visitors to Sunari Beach tourism in Selayar Islands Regency said they agreed because they saw the majority of the community were Muslim, especially in Selayar Islands Regency there was no halal tourism
