The scope of Balance: Journal of Economics covers Economics and Development, Economic Behavior, Islamic Economic System, International Economy as well as applied sciences of Statistical Economics, Macro and Micro. Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of perceived convenience, perceived usefulness and perceived risk on interest in using shopeepay e-wallet. In this study, primary data was used in the form of questionnaires which were distributed to students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University of Malang. Quantitative research was applied with a Likert scale of 1-5 and the respondents were 120 respondents. As for the use of analysis in the study, namely the use of the SEM-PLS method and processed with SmartPLS 3.0 software to determine the relationship between variabels, then there is also a classical assumption test analysis and descriptive analysis in the study. This study intends to see how students' perceptions are related to the use of digital money or electronic money considering the current covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The results of this study are that the perception of convenience has no effect on the interest in using the shopeepay e-wallet, while the perception of usefulness and the perception of risk has an influence on the interest in using the shopeepay e-wallet

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the management of village fund allocation in Bontoala Village Pallangga District Gowa Regency. Data collection techniques in this study by observation interviews and documentation. The result of the researchfrom the analysis of village fund allocation management (ADD) in village development efforts in Bontoala Village, Pallagga District, Gowa Regency show that: 1). The Village Fund Allocation (ADD) palnning stage in bontoala village has implemented the principle of transparancy. 2). At the implamentation stage of the ADD, Bontoala Village carried out-self management because the village government also nedeed to improve the welfare of the community. 3). The accountability stage for village fund allocation (ADD) in bontoala village, both technically and administratively, is good, but still requires guidance from the sub-district government.

Abstract

This study aims to further examine the impact of the influence of viral marketing on purchasing decisions in the market place in Indonesia. The sample of this study used the slovin technique with a sample of 400 in the millennial generation in Indonesia. In this study, the resulting data was processed using the SPSS version 24 statistical tool with the Individual Parametric test (T test) on the basis of a significance level of 5%. The results of the study show that there is an impact of the influence of viral marketing on purchasing decisions in the market place in Indonesia. This happens because individuals as consumers in making purchasing decisions are obtained and influenced by the knowledge and clarity of the viral marketing content of the products that are created. In addition, with current digitalization very quickly, product content becomes viral, it can make an individual tend to be interested and curious about endemic product trends so that consumers are interested in buying products and thus serve as the basis for making decisions in purchasing in the Indonesian market place. The main and most important factor very important in the development of information through viral marketing is that it will increase trust for customers in making purchasing decisions in the market place.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the level of quality of local government financial performance as measured by the ratio analysis of the efficiency of regional spending and the effectiveness of regional income on the realization of the Surabaya City Budget. This research uses descriptive quantitative research. The data used in this realization research is secondary data in the form of 2017-2020 regional budget income and expenditure reports obtained from Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Aset Daerah Kota Surabaya, using the financial ratio analysis method of regional expenditure efficiency and the effectiveness of local revenue. The results show that the financial performance of the Surabaya City Government at the level of regional expenditure efficiency during the 2017-2020 fiscal year period with criteria is quite efficient, because the management of the regional budget does not exceed 100%.The financial performance of the Surabaya City Government at the level of effectiveness of local revenue during the 2017-2020 fiscal year period with very effective criteria, where the percentage of the effectiveness ratio is above 100% on average

Abstract

This study entitled “Analysis of Women's Participation in Improving the Family Economy (Case Study of Traders in Panciro Market, Gowa Regency)”. This study aims to determine women's participation in improving the family economy in Panciro Market, Gowa Regency. This type of research is a qualitative research method. The processed data is the result of interviews with Anwar Malolo, the Head of Panciro Village and 20 women who work as traders in Panciro Market, Gowa Regency. Data collection methods used in this research are observation, interview and document study where the author sees the situation directly in the field. The results showed that the participation of women in improving their family's economy was 47% of the total 20 informants based on income indicators. This means that on average the income from his business as a trader has helped to meet the needs of the family, which directly with their participation is able to improve the economic condition of his family

Abstract

Employee engagement is one of the key success factors that is always needed or strived for in almost every company. The work of employees in the company is very important. Achieving company goals requires high performance in all efforts to cooperate with employees. Employee performance can be achieved through 3 factors, namely (i) Intrinsic motivation is the motivation that makes someone perform well that comes from himself, (ii) Extrinsic motivation is the motivation of employees to complete their work. culture is an individual organization or company that can complete the work of employees, (iv) The purpose of this research is to identify and the importance of differences between intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance at the Yogyakarta Regional Disaster Management Agency office. The following research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this research is 45 employees. The sampling method was carried out using a non-probability method and the sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data analysis using IBM SPSS application. The results of the research variable Intrinsic Motivation (X1) have no significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) as indicated by the results of the t test and the calculated t value of 0.767 < the t table value of 2.021 and its significance. 0.449 which means more than 0.05. Then the Extrinsic Motivation variable (X2) has no significant effect on employee performance (Y) which is shown from the results of the t test, the t count value is 0.094 <t table value 2.021, which is 0.926, which means more. Do 0.05 Differences in organizational culture (X3) have a positive effect on employee performance (Y). This is evidenced by the results of the t test, with a significance value of t count 6.110 > t table value of 2.021. 0.001 which means 0.05 is smaller than 05

Abstract

The destitution rate in the East Nusa Tenggara District overall is still high, still over the public neediness level. This study means to analyze the factors that influence the System/City Destitution Level in the East Nusa Tenggara Locale in 2016-2020. Board information relapse examination is the examination utilized in this review. The free factors utilized in this study were the Human Advancement Record, Area The lowest pay permitted by law, Labor supply, Government Consumptions, and Training Level; while the reliant variable utilized is the Neediness Level. The information utilized is information from 22 rules/urban communities in East Nusa Tenggara Region in 2016-2020. The outcomes showed that the best evaluation model was the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The model exists, with a coefficient (R2) of 0.998260. Labor and Government Consumptions were found to adversely affect the Destitution Level in the Regime/City of East Nusa Tenggara Territory in 2016-2020, while the Human Improvement File, Locale The lowest pay permitted by law, and Training Level factors affected the Neediness Level.

Abstract

The aims of this research are to describe the influence of: (1) influence of independence on audit quality in public accountant firms Indonesia. (2) influence of due professional care on audit quality in public accountant firms Indonesia. (3) influence of intensity examination on audit quality in public accountant firms Indonesia. Types of data on this research is primary data in the form of a questionnaire. Population of the research is an auditor who worked the public accountant and work from home during pandemic covid-19. Convenience sampling methods used is obtained from 118 respondents. From 133 questionnaires that were collected, there are 15 data cannot be used. Test requirements analysis included tests for normality, linearity test multicolinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The result of the research show that: (1) There is no effect between independence on audit quality, it proved by tcount, smaller than ttable namely 1,248 < 1,98 and the value of significance of 0,215 > 0,05. (2) There is significant effect between due professional care on audit quality, it proved by tcount  larger than ttable namely 2,946 > 1,98 and the value of significance of 0.004 < 0,05. (3) There is significant effect between intensity examination on audit quality, it proved by tcount  larger than ttable namely 4,244 > 1,98 and the value of significance of 0.000 < 0,05.

Abstract

This study aimed to break down the impact of the Human Development Index, Foreign Investment, Domestic Investment and Population Projections on Monetary Development in Bali Area During the 2017-2021 Period. By involving an example of information in 9 locale in Bali. The data used is secondary and multiple linear regression analysis is the method used. Economic growth is the dependent variable, while the human development index, foreign investment, domestic investment and population projection are independent variables. The results of the study indicate that economic growth is influenced by the human development index variable, but economic growth is not influenced by the variables of foreign investment, domestic investment and population projections have no effect on.

Abstract

This study aims to prove whether there is an effect of audit opinion, reputation of public accountant firm, audit delay, company size, and financial distress on auditor switching in the infrastructure, utilities, and transportation also healthcare sectors listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2019. In this study, company size variable is measured using natural logarithms and financial distress is measured using the debt-to-equity ratio (DER). The data obtained are in the form of financial reports that can be downloaded through the company’s official website and IDX’s official website, www.idx.co.id. The sample selection process was carried out using purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 21 companies with a period of 4 years. Hypothesis in this research are tested by logistic regression analytical method and probit model. The result of this study indicate that audit delay has a positive effect on auditor switching, while audit opinion, reputation of public accountant firm, company size, and financial distress has no effect on the auditor switching
