Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of regional original income (PAD) and investment on economic growth in East Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The data processed is secondary data from Regional Original Income, Investment and Economic Growth in East Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi Province in 2011-2020. The results of the study show that simultaneously Regional Original Income and Investment have a significant effect on Economic Growth in East Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi Province, this is evidenced by the significance value is smaller than the probability (0.010 < 0.05). Partially Local Original Income (PAD) has a significant effect on economic growth in East Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi Province, as evidenced by the significance value is smaller than the significance probability value (0.027 < 0.05) and partially Investment has a significant effect on economic growth in East Luwu Regency, Province South Sulawesi, as evidenced by the significance value is smaller than the significance probability value (0.030 < 0.05).

Abstract

Innovative developments in various countries are based on the triple helix mode. The triple helix model can play an important role in solving small and medium enterprise development problems. This model can also reveal the potential benefits and benefits for creative SMEs in developing countries. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of knowledge transfer by academia, industry and government on SME innovation. This type of research is quantitative research with a total sample of 67 tofu and ikat weaving craftsmen in Kediri City. The results of this study are that there is a positive influence of knowledge transfer by industry on SME innovation, there is a positive influence of knowledge transfer by the government on SME innovation and there is no effect of knowledge transfer by academics on SME innovation.

Abstract

Covid-19 is a disease that spreads across continents across countries and even Indonesia. The Covid-19 pandemic has become a challenge for the business world, including banks such as Conventional BNI (BNIK) and Sharia BNI (BNIS). In its implementation, financial performance is an important measure of whether in the company there is an increase in the company's finances or vice versa. This study aims to compare the financial performance of profitability ratios, namely ROA, ROE, and BOPO Conventional BNI (BNIK) and Sharia BNI (BNIS) before and during covid-19. This research is included in quantitative research with comparative nature. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the official website of the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The statistical tool used is SPSS Version 21 using the Mann-Whitney test. Research result Shows that before Covid-19 there were differences in the financial performance of the two banks, namely Conventional BNI (BNIK) and Sharia BNI (BNIS) and it appears that financial performance from the ROA, ROE, and BOPO aspects of Conventional BNI (BNIK) is still better than Sharia BNI (BNIS) before covid-19. Then during covid-19, there was no difference in the financial performance of the two banks, namely Conventional BNI (BNIK) and Sharia BNI (BNIS) and it was seen that the Covid-19 pandemic certainly had an impact on financial performance in terms of ROA, ROE, and BOPO aspects, both conventional and sharia bank.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and influence sosioemosi and moral development of the students' learning achievement in information management Amik Lamappapoleonro. The study was ex-post facto nature of causality. Subjects in this study were students information management Amik Lamappapoleonro year 2019/2020 were taken using the Proportional stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics and path analysis (path anlysis). Research results show that: (1) Most of the students of information management in Amik Lamappapoleonro have: self-concept and category of being, self-esteem with the high category, with the category of high moral, cognitive learning achievement with low category, and affective with high category, (2) Moral students information management category is very high, (3) The cognitive learning achievement of information management students are in the medium category.

Abstract

This study is aimed at knowing the effect of job training, compensation, and work experience on employee performance. The population taken in this study is 88 employees of PT. Konvergensi Mitra Solusi Yogyakarta. In the samples taken non-sampling is conducted by a sampling used as an inducive sampling. Data was collected using a prepared questionnaire using multiple linear regression analysis. Research results on employment training variables and work experience suggest that there is a significant impact on employee performance. While research on the compensation variables suggests that there is no significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Domestic investment (DCI), and labor on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in East Kalimantan Province in 2009-2018. This study uses the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The results showed that the variable FDI had no significant effect on the GRDP of East Kalimantan Province with a coefficient value of 0.864 because the probability value was > 0.05%. When FDI has increased, the  GRDP in East Kalimantan Province will experience a decline. While the DCI variable has no significant effect on the GRDP of East Kalimantan Province with a coefficient value of 0.395 because the probability value was > 0.05%. When DCI has increased, the  GRDP in East Kalimantan Province will experience a decline. In addition, the labor variable has a significant influence on the GRDP of East Kalimantan Province with a coefficient value of 0.022 because the probability value was < 0.05%. When labor has increased, the  GRDP in East Kalimantan Province will experience an increase.

Abstract

This research aims to find out, analyze, and explain the effect of profitability, leverage, and growth opportunity on the firm value of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2019. In this research, the authors utilize ROA, DER, and growth total assets as proxies of each variable profitability, leverage, and growth opportunity, as well as PBV as proxies of the firm value. The research sample of 20 companies was obtained from a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques are performed with the help of the SPSS 25 program consisting of descriptive statistics analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, as well as hypothesis testing as verificative analysis. Based on hypothetical test results, partial profitability and leverage have a significant positive effect on the firm value, while the growth opportunity has no significant effect on the firm value. Simultaneously profitability, leverage, and growth opportunity had a significant positive effect on the firm value with an influence of 44.40% and 55.60% influenced by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine, explain and analyze the influence of mudharabah and Masyarakat profit-sharing revenue on profitability (ROA). The object of this research is Islamic banks in Indonesia in 2015-2019, mudharabah, musharaka, and profitability registered in the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in 2015-2019. The sample used was 4 banks from 14 listed Islamic commercial banks using the purposive sampling method, the data analysis method used was a descriptive analysis test, a classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and a hypothesis. The following conclusions are obtained: (1) Mudharabah partially has a significant positive effect on the profitability (ROA) of Islamic commercial banks (2) Musyarakah has a negative and significant effect simultaneously on profitability (ROA) of Islamic commercial banks.

Abstract

Profitability and Solvency of Company Value partially and simultaneously at the Food & Beverage Company, the period used for 4 (four), namely 2015-2018. The data consists of financial statements on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in Indonesia in 2015-2018. The data source used is secondary data, the population used in this study Food & Beverage Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2018 period. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression, classic assumption test, descriptive statistics, determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis of profitability data against company value. The obtained count value of 2,860 then when compared with a table of 2.032. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the existence of PT. Esaputlii Prakarsa Utama in improving the economy of the community in Mallusetasi District, Barru Regency. This type of research used in this research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The research location was carried out in the area around the PT. Esaputlii Prakarsa Utama in Mallusetasi District, Barru Regency. The data source used is primary, namely data obtained directly from the field through informants. While the data collection techniques used in-depth interviews, observation, and document study. For data analysis techniques by performing data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that with the establishment of PT. Esaputlii Prakarsa Utama in Mallusetasi District can provide benefits and changes to the community's economy. Because it will open up and increase the number of employment opportunities, such as the absorption of labor, and can increase business opportunities for the surrounding community so that the income of the majority of the community increases and is able to meet their needs.
