Abstract

Lebak Regency as one of the districts that is still lagging behind in Banten Province, does not rule out the possibility of having the potential to be developed so that it can compete with other districts / cities in Banten Province. PKWp is the center of activities that are promoted later to be designated as Regional Activity Centers. There are two sub-districts included in the PKWp in Lebak Regency, namely Maja and Bayah. The problem that occurs is that it still relies on the agricultural sector so that it needs to be developed in the non-agricultural sector, limited supervision of spatial utilization, not yet supporting infrastructure facilities in the development of PKWp, and regional disparities between districts in Lebak Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the development of PKWp in Lebak Regency and analyze the driving or inhibiting factors in developing PKWp in Lebak Regency. This study used qualitative research methods. The results of this study the driving factors in regional development, namely physical (education, health, economy and infrastructure) and investment, while inhibiting factors in regional development, namely social, productive population migration, government policies, trade patterns and trade activities.

Abstract

Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : (1) mendeskripsikan peranan Bank NTT dalam pembangunan di NTT, (2) secara parsial menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasional terhadap kualitas pelayanan Bank NTT, (3) secara parsial menganalisis pengaruh perilaku kepemimpinan terhadap kualitas pelayanan Bank NTT, (3) secara bersama-sama menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasional dan perilaku kepemimpinan terhadap kualitas pelayanan Bank NTT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bank NTT merupakan lembaga keuangan yang memiliki peranan penting dalam pembangunan di NTT yaitu menerima, menyimpan, dan menyalurkan dana kepada masyarakat dengan berbagai layanan produk dan jasa seperti giro, tabungan, kredit dan menjalankan tanggungjawab sosial perusahaan, serta layanan jasa perbankan antara lain ATM, mobile banking dan sms banking. Di samping itu, Bank NTT juga menyerap tenaga kerja sebanyak 1.228 orang tahun 2014, dengan jumlah nasabah 824.260 orang tahun 2014, serta memiliki 126 unit kantor tersebut di seluruh kabupaten/kota di NTT. Berdasarkan analisis diperoleh hasil bahwa secara parsial variabel kualitas pelayanan Bank NTT secara signifikan dipengaruhi komitmen organisasional (X1) yaitu sebesar sebesar 0,563 (56,30%), berarti 43,70% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Selanjutnya, hasil analisis parsial menunjukkan bahwa perilaku kepemimpinan (X2) memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan Bank NTT ialah sebesar 0,656 (65,6%), dan sisanya sebesar 34,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimodelkan dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Komitmen, Organisasional, perilaku kepemimpinan, kualitas pelayanan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan tingkat kepatuhan hukum berlalu lintas pengemudi angkutan kota/angkutan umum antar kota pada terminal bayangan di kota Makasar. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif, dengan fokus penelitian yaitu mengkaji  tingkat kepatuhan hukum pengemudi angkutan kota. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah keseluruhan bahan-bahan hukum yang terdiri dari perundang-undangan, majalah dan jurnal hukum, buku-buku hukum, serta berbagai sumber data yang memiliki karakteristik tertentu yang terkait dengan fokus dan kajian penelitian. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling yakni dengan memilih bahan-bahan hukum yang membahas tentang pengemudi angkutan kota/angkutan umum antar kota pada terminal bayangan,Undang-Undang lalu lintas, buku hukum tentang kepatuhan hukum serta lalu lintas dan angkutan Jalan. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu teknik dokumen dengan mengumpul berbagai dokumen-dokumen hukum. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif yaitu menganalisis dokumen-dokumen hukum yang terkait bidang lalu lintas dan angkutan Jalan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tingkat kepatuhan hukum berlalu lintas pengemudi angkutan umum antar kota, berada pada tingkat kepatuhan hukum yang masih rendah, dengan  indikator bahwa, pengemudi mengetahui bahwa kegiatan menaikkan dan menurunkan penumpang sesungguhnya adalah terminal yang sudah di tentukan oleh pemerintah daerah, bukan terminal bayangan, sebagaimana yang dilakukan oleh sebagian besar sopir angkutan umum antar kota. Kata Kunci : Kepatuhan, Lalu Lintas, Pengemudi Angkutan Umum

Abstract

This research aims to know the Political Recruitment of Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) in Takalar Election 2017. The research method used qualitative method by descriptive analysis. Data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Informant of the research, namely the Management and Sympathizers of PKS Takalar and Nasdem Party Takalar, the couple of Syamsari Kitta - Achmad Dg. Se're, Regional Election Commission of Takalar Regency.The results showed that the recruitment of PKS in Takalar Election 2017 were: first, the couple of Syamsari Kitta - Achmad Dg Se're was promoted by the PKS 4 seats coalition with the National Democratic Party (Nasdem) 2 seats in the regional election. The coalition happened because both parties agreed that the couple is able to bring thoughts or ideas of change in the process of elections battle period of 2017-2022 in Takalar Regency. Secondly, the PKS chose Syamsari Kitta because of his strong ability and strong support-bases in Takalar as well as positive electability with the community. While Ahmad Daeng Sere chose as a candidate for vice regent because he can raise the electability to fight the duet of incumbent. Both have in common with the idea of change to make Takalar much better. Third, the recruitment of Syamsari Kitta as a candidate for regional head / regent because he is a PKS cadre who has experience and capability in politics, his personality is known as an easy person to associate and communicate with the community. The quality of Syamsari Kitta as PKS cadres got positive electoral and militancy support from PKS cadres and other winning teamresearch aims to know the Political Recruitment of Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) in Takalar Election 2017. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan Akuntabilitas  pelaksanaan  pelayanan  fakir miskin dilihat dari segi kesederhanaan, kejelasan dan akses informasi serta itikad dan inisiatif pada  Dinas Sosial Kota Makassar. Berdasarkan jenis penelitiannya yang dimana menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, penelitian ini menyelidiki suatu fenomena sosial dan masalah manusia, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus, Sumber data dalam penelitian ini meliputi: Sumber Data Primer dan Sumber Data Sekunder. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akuntabilitas  pelaksanaan pelayanan fakir miskin dilihat dari segi kesederhanaan, kejelasan dan akses informasi serta itikad dan inisiatif pada Dinas Sosial Kota Makassar. Pelaksanaan pelayanan fakir miskin yang dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah melalui dinas yang ditunjuk yakni dinas sosial  telah dilaksanakan sesuai Standard Operational Procedur (SOP), namun dalam pelaksanaanya masih terdapat banyak kendala, pelayanan pengentasan kemiskinan belum menyentuh akar persoalan, selama ini pemerintah masih lebih terfokus pada upaya menekan laju kemiskinan sementara akar persoalan belum ditangani secara integrated (totalitas) sehingga dari tahun ketahun kemiskinan akan tetap tumbuh.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether the behavioral intervention, i.e., by sending tax reminder letters to the corporate taxpayers (WP) in Indonesia improves compliance in the filing of tax returns (SPT). It uses probit estimation on the panel data of Corporate Taxpayer’s filing of SPT at Medium Tax Office throughout Indonesia within 2010-2016. The estimation results indicate that reminder letters have more positive impacts to increase the probability of tax return filing for WP with the status of Taxable Entrepreneurs (PKP) than non-PKP. Based on the domicile of WP, tax reminder letters to WP in Jakarta show lower effects than if they were given to WP in Sumatra, while a more positive influence is shown by letters to WP in Java other than Jakarta, Bali Nusa Tenggara, Kalimantan, and Sulawesi Maluku Papua. Regarding business category, only WP of the Construction category demonstrate different impact, which is significantly less effective than the letters issued to WP in the Agriculture category. Overall, tax reminder letters containing the message of the imposition of sanctions effectively encourage the change of WP's behavior to be more compliant in filing SPT for WP status as PKP, located outside Jakarta, and in the categories other than Construction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian asosiatif kausalitas yang bersifat ex-post facto dengan menggunakan teknik analisis jalur (path analysis). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Donri-Donri dengan jumlah populasi terbatas berjumlah 558 ibu rumah tangga yang berusia 22 sampai 55 tahun, menetap dan non wirausaha. Selanjutnya teknik pengambilan sampel dilaksanakan dengan cara proportional random sampling, sehingga diperoleh sampel 233 responden. Dalam penelitian ini, kuesioner yang digunakan merujuk pada skala likert. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, observasi, wawancara (interview)  dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) locus of control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha ibu rumah tangga di Kecamatan Donri-Donri, 2) locus of control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kreativitas ibu rumah tangga di Kecamatan Donri-Donri, 3) sikap berwirausaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha ibu rumah tangga di Kecamatan Donri-Donri, 4) Sikap berwirausaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kreativitas ibu rumah tangga di Kecamatan Donri-Donri, 5) kreativitas tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha ibu rumah tangga di Kecamatan Donri-Donri. Dalam penelitian ini, variasi locus of control, sikap berwirausaha, dan kreativitas mampu menjelaskan variasi intensi berwirausaha sebesar 78,4% dan selebihnya 21,6% dijelaskan oleh variabel diluar model penelitian. Kata Kunci:  Locus of Control, Sikap Berwirausaha, Kreativitas Intensi Berwirausaha, Wanita Wirausaha

Abstract

This research explains the organizational network in Mamminasata urban area,  South Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. The area was formally managed by the Mamminasata Metropolitan Development Agency (BKSPMM) since its establishment. The research used descriptive research method with qualitative approach through interviews and observation on the parties involved in  managing the development of Maminasata urban area. Furthermore, the data: strengthened by secondary data review of previous research results. Analyses also  combined with  data from relevant agencies. The results indicate that there is a fragmented organization network in terms of cooperation, coordination and communication amongs involved local governments in the development Mamminasata urban area, We would argue that the tendencies of respected local governments to express their own interests occurred due to the absence of cooperation and coordination mechanisms. Furthermore, ineffective communication amongs local governments led to the inconsistency of local development planning documents.

Globalisasi merupakan era dimana setiap perguruan tinggi memiliki daya saing yang tinggi. Salah satu aspek yang mampu memberikan konstribusi dalam era tersebut, dalam perguruan tinggi adalah ketika lulusannya memiliki kompetesi yang berkualitas serta mampu bersaing dalam menghadapi tantangan yang semakin ketat. Oleh karena itu, setiap perguruan tinggi harus memiliki kreativitas dan inovasi yang saling mendukung. Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan menjelaskan implementasi pelayanan publik dewasa ini dari perspektif/paradigma humanistis. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, yaitu menggambarkan beberapa kajian, kebijakan pelayanan publik dari berbagai literatur. Hasil kajian literatur menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter dan penanaman nilai-nilai humanisme kepada para pelaksana pemberi layanan (elit pemerintahan/politik, aparatur birokrasi) sangat penting dan harus dilakukan agar proses pelayanan publik dapat lebih berkualitas dan memberi kepuasan optimal bagi para penerima layanan. Kata Kunci: Paradigma, humanis, pelayanan publik.
