Abstract

This research discusses the role of social media in increasing consumer preferences for Mie Samyu in the Pakuniran area, Probolinggo Regency. With advances in digital technology, marketing via social media such as Instagram and Facebook has become an important strategy for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to interact with customers and build brand awareness. In this context, this research uses the literature review method to analyze three journals that discuss the influence of social media on consumer behavior. The results show that the credibility of influencers on Instagram, interactive features on social media platforms, and content quality greatly influence consumer purchasing decisions. Mie Samyu, which is known for its distinctive taste, has succeeded in utilizing social media to expand market reach and increase customer loyalty. These findings emphasize the importance of adaptive and creative marketing strategies for MSMEs in facing competition in the digital era.

Abstract

In order to increase MSMEs' competitiveness in Probolinggo in the digital age, this study attempts to identify and develop efficient digital innovation techniques. Leveraging the use of technology like social networking, e-commerce, and business management apps in MSME operations is the main goal. Changes in customer behavior and worldwide competitiveness brought on by quick technical breakthroughs are the biggest obstacles MSMEs in Probolinggo face, necessitating innovation. To investigate the innovation tactics used, the research combines a case study methodology with a qualitative approach. The results show that in order to increase operational effectiveness and broaden their market reach, MSMEs must make use of digital technologies like social media and e-commerce platforms. Creating a distinctive brand by incorporating regional values has worked well for product differentiation. Additionally, MSMEs can create products that better suit consumer demands and market trends by using data analytics for market research. In light of the increasingly competitive digital era scenario, this study offers Probolinggo's MSMEs useful insights on how to maximize digital technologies and strategic innovations, boosting their competitiveness and broadening their market reach.

Abstract

The transition from the traditional era to the digital era has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including the transaction system. Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School, as one of the oldest Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia, has adopted technological innovations in the form of an electronic payment system known as E-Bekal. This study aims to analyze the benefits, influences, and challenges in the implementation of E-Provision on the lives of students in the pesantren. The research method used is a qualitative approach with literature study techniques. The results of the study show that E-Bekal makes a significant contribution to transaction efficiency, student financial management, and control of consumptive behavior, with an influence of 83.7% on students' buying interest. In addition, this system helps guardians of students in monitoring their children's finances more transparently. However, several obstacles were identified, such as the limitation of the use of cards outside the pesantren, dependence on internet access, and lack of understanding of technology among users. This research recommends the development of the E-Bekal system to be more flexible, improving technological infrastructure, and educating users to optimize its benefits. With these steps, E-Bekal is expected to be a sustainable innovative solution in supporting the modernization of Islamic boarding schools in the digital era.

Abstract

The study analyzes the role of the E-Bekal application in improving economic innovation of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) at the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School, Probolinggo. This study aims to explore how E-Bekal can improve transaction efficiency, speed up payments, and reduce errors in cash transactions, as well as empower students and MSME actors in facing economic challenges. The methods used in this study are qualitative methods and literature studies. The qualitative approach was carried out through interviews and observations of MSME actors and students. The conclusion of this study is that the E-Bekal system at the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School has a significant role in encouraging economic innovation, especially for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The implementation of E-Bekal has improved the efficiency of financial transactions, accelerated the payment process, and reduced errors in cash transactions.

Abstract

Technological developments are increasingly sophisticated. Likewise, sophistication is developing in vehicle parts. What were originally fuel-powered vehicles have now been modernized with electric vehicles that only rely on electricity as a charger. Therefore, researchers aim to find out the factors that influence the interest in buying electric bicycles among the people of Paiton. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this research is the Paiton community who own electric bicycles. In this research, the sampling method used is the simple random sampling method. The simple random sampling method (Simple Random Sampling) is a sampling technique that is completely based on providing equal opportunities to the entire population (Bambang Sugeng, 2022). This research uses the Lemeshow formula, because the sample population is unknown. This research used a sample of 96 respondents. In accordance with calculations using the Lemeshow formula. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software. The research results show that taste, price and income do not influence people's interest in buying electric bicycles.

Abstract

This study aims to Analyze the Influence of Competence on Performance through Employee Training at the Bengkalis Regency Trade and Industry Service. The research method used is quantitative research. all ASN employees of the Bengkalis Regency Trade and Industry Service totaling 58 people and sampling was carried out using census techniques. The data collection technique used was a structured questionnaire. The instrument testing technique in this study was the validity and reliability test using PLS (Partial Least Square) as its measurement. The results of this study indicate that Competence and training have a significant effect on employee performance. Competence also has a significant effect on employee training. In addition, Competence also has a positive effect on employee performance mediated by training.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Analysis of the Influence of Personal Value on Job Satisfaction of Employees of the Housing, Settlement and Land Service of Bengkalis Regency mediated by Interpersonal Communication The population in this study were all ASN employees of the Housing, Settlement and Land Service of Bengkalis Regency totaling 55 people where the sampling was carried out using the saturated sample method. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and distribution using a google form. The data analysis technique in this study was with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 3.0 as a data processing tool. The results of this study indicate that Personal Values ​​and personal communication have a positive effect on employee Job Satisfaction, Personal Values ​​have a positive effect on employee interpersonal communication, and Personal Values ​​have a positive effect on employee Job Satisfaction mediated by interpersonal communication

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Analysis of the Influence of Organizational Culture on Performance through Interpersonal Communication of Employees of the Bengkalis Regency Regional Revenue Agency. The population in this study were all ASN employees of the Bengkalis Regency Regional Revenue Agency where the sampling was carried out using the saturated sample method so that the number of samples obtained was 57 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and distribution using a google form. The data analysis technique in this study was with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 3.0 as a data processing tool. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture and interpersonal communication have a positive effect on employee performance, in addition, interpersonal communication is able to mediate the influence of organizational culture on the performance of Bengkalis Regency Regional Revenue Agency Employees.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of discounts and free shipping on purchasing decisions. The population used in this research is undergraduate management and tourism undergraduate majors, economics and business faculty, Dharma Andalas University. This research used 109 respondents, using the Roasoft formula as a sampling technique. Hypothesis testing in this research uses statistical analysis consisting of validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, t test, F test (hypothesis test) and multiple determination coefficient (R2) using SPSS (Statistics Product and Service Solution) software version 25. Research data comes from primary data and is taken by distributing questionnaires. The results of this research show that discounts have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, while free shipping has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, all variables, namely Discounts and Free Shipping, have a significant influence on Student Purchasing Decisions (S1 Management and S1 Tourism Studies, Faculty of Economics and Business, Dharma Andalas University).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of social media, price and lifestyle on purchasing decisions for fast fashion products, a case study of students majoring in management at Dharma Andalas University. The population in this study was students majoring in management at Dharma Andalas University, totaling 518 people by collecting samples using the sample size calculator feature via the website www.raosoft.com so that the sample was 110 people. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires and then processed and tested using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) v21. From the research conducted, it is known that based on the results of hypothesis testing, it shows 1). Media has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, 2). Price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, 3). Lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, 4). Social media, price and lifestyle have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, the purchasing decision variable (Y) is influenced by social media, price and lifestyle at 68.5%, while the remaining 31.5% is influenced by other variables that are not in this research.
