Abstract

Berpikir tingkat tinggi atau Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTs) merupakan keterampilan penting dalam pembelajaran abad 21 yang mencakup kemampuan berpikir kritis, kreatif, kolaboratif, dan komunikatif. Soal model HOTs diperlukan untuk mendorong peserta didik melakukan penalaran mendalam, tidak sekadar menghafal tanpa memahami konsep. Dengan membiasakan mahasiswa mengerjakan soal menantang, potensi diri mereka dapat berkembang secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui penyebab sulitnya pembuatan soal HOTs pada mata pelajaran fisika serta menemukan solusi tepat untuk mengatasinya. Metode penelitian dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu wawancara dengan guru, meminta guru menyusun contoh soal HOTs, serta wawancara mendalam terkait proses penyusunan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesulitan utama guru adalah mencari stimulus soal yang mampu mendorong siswa menganalisis, mengevaluasi, dan mengkreasi jawaban. Selain itu, guru dituntut kreatif agar soal berbeda dari yang sudah ada. Kesimpulannya, guru fisika menghadapi banyak tantangan dalam pembuatan soal HOTs. Untuk mengatasinya, guru harus mampu membedakan level soal pemahaman, aplikasi, maupun penalaran sehingga soal dapat mengungkap kemampuan siswa secara lebih komprehensif.

Abstract

This study examines the role of the community in the development of Bangsri Tourism Village, which is an example of a successful community-based tourism village. The study focuses on two main aspects, namely the process of establishing a tourism village involving forms and stages of participation, as well as the level and impact of community involvement in the development of the tourism village. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, with key informants selected based on their knowledge and experience related to the phenomenon being studied. The results of the study show that community leaders play a central role in mobilizing community involvement. Collaboration, openness, and coordination among parties are important factors in the success of the development of Bangsri Tourism Village. The community is actively involved in the decision-making process, the provision of resources, and the contribution of skills and ideas, reflecting the level of partnership participation according to Arnstein's ladder of participation theory. The impact of this participation is evident in social aspects, such as increased social cohesion and a sense of belonging to the village, as well as economic aspects, such as increased community income. This study emphasizes the importance of community involvement as the core of sustainable tourism development.

Abstract

This study examines how Russian state-controlled digital media construct national identity through interlinked discursive strategies in the digital sphere. Using Critical Discourse Analysis and a multimodal approach, the research analyzes 2022–2024 content from RT, TASS, and RIA Novosti, focusing on cultural narratives embedded in news articles, features, and multimedia. Findings reveal three dominant narrative frames: (1) historical and civilizational continuity, particularly the mobilization of Great Patriotic War memory and Soviet legacy to legitimize current policies; (2) external threat framing, portraying the West as an adversarial force to reinforce in-group solidarity; and (3) cultural diplomacy, projecting Russia as a resilient, sovereign civilization through heritage preservation, international festivals, and non-Western partnerships. These strategies operate consistently across platforms, suggesting centralized coordination in aligning state identity objectives with mediated public perception. The study contributes to theoretical debates on digital authoritarianism, memory politics, and soft power by demonstrating how multimodal discourse integrates history, security, and culture into a cohesive national narrative. While limited to three major platforms, the methodological framework offers applicability for comparative studies in other national contexts. The findings underscore the role of digital media as a strategic site of identity engineering in contemporary statecraft.

Abstract

This study evaluates the implementation of formal education rights fulfillment and character development programs for juveniles in conflict with the law at the Class II Juvenile Correctional Facility (LPKA) in Bandar Lampung, while identifying key challenges and optimization strategies. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The findings reveal that administrative constraints (incomplete identity documents), an insufficient educator-to-student ratio, limited facilities, and minimal family support significantly hinder access to and the quality of formal education, as reflected in low participation rates and graduation outcomes below the national average. Character development initiatives encompassing religious, physical, and vocational training positively contribute to moral strengthening, reduction in disciplinary violations, and enhanced readiness for social reintegration, although full participation remains limited. Recommendations include accelerating the issuance of administrative identity documents, increasing the capacity and number of educational personnel, providing technology-based learning facilities, fostering external partnerships, and strengthening family involvement. An integrated strategy is expected to enhance the effectiveness of rehabilitation efforts and reduce the risk of juvenile recidivism.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tantangan kompleks dalam pengelolaan organisasi sektor publik, terutama terkait keterbatasan sumber daya dan meningkatnya tuntutan masyarakat terhadap efisiensi serta akuntabilitas pelayanan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penerapan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi seperti efisiensi alokasi sumber daya, analisis biaya-manfaat, dan penganggaran berbasis kinerja dalam kebijakan dan manajemen sektor publik. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik studi pustaka, yang memungkinkan peneliti menggali secara mendalam literatur, data statistik, dan kebijakan yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan mendasar antara pendekatan ekonomi sektor publik dan swasta, serta pentingnya alokasi sumber daya yang tepat sasaran untuk menciptakan tata kelola yang adaptif dan berdaya guna. Data investasi infrastruktur, pengeluaran APBN, dan belanja publik daerah memperlihatkan kecenderungan alokasi yang masih dominan pada pengeluaran rutin, dengan porsi investasi produktif yang relatif rendah. Integrasi prinsip ekonomi melalui digitalisasi, reformasi fiskal, dan penguatan kapasitas birokrasi menjadi sangat penting untuk menciptakan pemerintahan yang lebih responsif, efisien, dan berorientasi pada kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk dan dinamika resiliensi pedagang Pantai Tirang dalam menghadapi ketidakpastian ekonomi serta tantangan lingkungan yang terus berkembang di kawasan pesisir. Fokus kajian diarahkan pada kemampuan pedagang untuk beradaptasi melalui strategi ekonomi, sosial, dan ekologis yang mencerminkan ketahanan jangka panjang dalam mempertahankan keberlangsungan usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, sehingga memungkinkan peneliti memahami pengalaman, strategi bertahan, serta pola adaptasi pedagang berdasarkan kondisi aktual di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa resiliensi pedagang terbentuk melalui diversifikasi usaha, pengelolaan keuangan sederhana, pemanfaatan modal sosial, serta peningkatan kapasitas layanan berbasis kebutuhan wisatawan. Selain itu, tantangan lingkungan seperti abrasi, cuaca ekstrem, dan fluktuasi jumlah pengunjung mendorong pedagang untuk mengembangkan strategi adaptasi ekologis yang berkelanjutan. Kesimpulannya, resiliensi pedagang Pantai Tirang merupakan proses multidimensional yang memadukan ketahanan ekonomi, kapasitas sosial, dan kesadaran lingkungan secara konsisten.

Abstract

This study explores the resilience of members of Majelis Bahasa (MASA) in balancing academic pressure and organizational responsibilities simultaneously, emphasizing how their adaptive strategies support sustained performance. Using a qualitative approach, the research captures members’ experiences in managing overlapping demands, emotional tension, and fluctuating workloads through reflective coping, flexible scheduling, and collaborative support. The findings reveal that resilience among MASA members emerges as a dynamic developmental process rather than a static trait, shaped by continuous negotiation between personal capacity and contextual challenges. Participants consistently reported that peer guidance, shared responsibility, and structured communication played crucial roles in strengthening their endurance during high-pressure periods. Academic obligations often intersected with organizational duties, yet members demonstrated an ability to recalibrate priorities, reinterpret difficulties, and derive motivation from collective identity. These dynamics highlight that resilience in student organizations is built through accumulated experience, supportive networks, and meaningful engagement in literacy-driven initiatives. The study contributes to a deeper understanding of how student-led environments cultivate sustainable resilience in complex academic ecosystems.

Abstract

This study explores the lived experiences of Jazwa community members to understand how their sense of belonging is formed and sustained through dynamic interpersonal and spiritual processes. Using a phenomenological approach, the research investigates four core dimensions membership, influence, integration, and shared emotional connection as conceptualized in classic community psychology theory. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and participant observations, allowing the voices of members to reveal how social recognition, collaborative engagement, and collective spiritual activities shape their emotional attachment to the community. Findings show that belonging emerges not merely from formal organizational structures but from the accumulation of meaningful interactions that foster emotional security, mutual trust, and continuity of relationships. Members describe feeling valued, needed, and emotionally connected through shared challenges and rituals, which strengthen their commitment to ongoing involvement. This study highlights the role of spiritual-based communities in providing psychosocial support and identity affirmation, offering insight into how contemporary youth communities construct resilient emotional bonds that contribute to long-term social well-being.

Abstract

This study analyzes the semiotic structure of the song lyrics “Miracle” by TXT through a qualitative approach using Saussurean and Barthesian frameworks. The analysis reveals that the lyrics construct symbolic meanings centered on hope, emotional struggle, and self-transformation, expressed through metaphors such as light, darkness, and movement. These linguistic signs illustrate an inner journey that reflects the psychological tension often experienced by adolescents, particularly when facing uncertainty and the need for self-affirmation. The denotative and connotative layers in the lyrics demonstrate how symbolic expressions generate emotional resonance, enabling listeners to relate to the narrative of searching for strength and clarity. The findings also show that the metaphor of light operates as the dominant signifier representing optimism and the belief in positive change. Overall, the song presents a cohesive symbolic narrative that portrays personal growth as a gradual and non-linear process. This study highlights how popular music serves not only as entertainment but also as a meaningful medium for expressing emotional realities and psychological development in contemporary youth.

Abstract

The phenomenon of transitioning from roleplay to sexplay in virtual spaces indicates a hidden form of Online Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (OCSEA). This study aims to identify forms of OCSEA, victims' coping strategies, and the relationship between OCSEA and child sexual addiction. An exploratory sequential design with mixed methods was used to explore the phenomenon and develop the Digital Roleplay Sexual Addiction Scale (SAS-RD) for quantitative measurement. The qualitative stage was conducted through semi-structured interviews with children aged 15–17 years, followed by a quantitative stage using the Digital Roleplay Sexual Addiction Scale (SAS-RD) with 405 respondents using purposive sampling based on the Lemeshow formula. Correlation tests showed a significant relationship between OCSEA and sexual addiction (Spearman = 0.837) and a positive influence on digital sexual addiction (R2 = 0.814). These findings confirm that virtual roleplay can reinforce children's sexual addiction, thus requiring intervention strategies as a preventive measure.
