Abstract

Ilmu nahwu merupakan salah satu pelajaran yang wajib di pondok pesantren, baik pondok pesantren salaf (terdahulu) maupun pondok pesantren modern, pembelajaran ilmu nahwu sangat penting karena sebagai ilmu alat untuk membaca atau memahami kitab-kitab gundul atau lebih familiar dengan sebutan kitab kuning, ilmu nahwu dikenal dengan salah satu cabang ilmu yang sangat sulit yang membutuhkan ketekunan serta motivasi tinggi dalam mempelajarinya. Beberapa tahun terakhir muncul sebuah metode yakni metode Al-Miftah Lil Ulum sebagai jawaban atas kegelisahan santri dalam mengatasi kesulitan memahami ilmu nahwu yang sangat sulit. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengalisis secara kuantitatif deskriptif tingkat motivasi belajar santri di Ponpes Nujumul Huda dalam pembelajaran ilmu nahwu menggunakan metode Al-Miftah Lil Ulum. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriftif untuk menganalisis tingkat motivasi belajar santri dan menggambarkan fenomena dalam penelitian. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa bahwa motivasi belajar santri dalam pembelajaran ilmu nahwu dengan metode Al-Miftah Lil Ulum di Ponpes Nujumul Huda berada pada tingkat kategori “tinggi”, salah satu yang menjadi faktor tingginya motivasi santri dalam mempelajari ilmu nahwu dengan metode Al-Miftah tersebut ialah adanya lagu pada setiap nadzom, sehingga kegiatan pembelajaran menjadi sangat menyenangkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan model kepemimpinan kolektif kolegial di SD Negeri 03 Kecamatan Pontianak Kota untuk membangun moderasi beragama di lingkungan sekolah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif untuk memahami secara mendalam bagaimana kepemimpinan kolektif diterapkan dan berkontribusi pada moderasi beragama. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen, dengan subjek penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, guru, dan staf. Fokus utama dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kepemimpinan kolektif kolegial dapat memfasilitasi pelaksanaan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama dalam pendidikan, serta tantangan dan keberhasilan yang dihadapi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model kepemimpinan kolektif kolegial mampu menciptakan lingkungan yang inklusif dan partisipatif, mendukung integrasi nilai-nilai moderasi beragama melalui kegiatan pembelajaran dan ekstrakurikuler. Kegiatan lintas agama, pendekatan inklusif dalam pembelajaran agama, serta pengajaran nilai-nilai toleransi dan kerja sama turut memperkuat moderasi beragama di sekolah. Tantangan utama dalam penerapan moderasi beragama adalah perbedaan pandangan antara guru dan orang tua siswa mengenai isu agama. Namun, pendekatan dialog terbuka dan komunikasi efektif mampu mengatasi perbedaan tersebut. Dampak positif dari model kepemimpinan ini terlihat dari meningkatnya keterbukaan siswa terhadap perbedaan serta pemahaman mereka tentang pentingnya hidup berdampingan secara damai.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the application of School-Based Management on the quality of education. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively using thematic analysis techniques. The results of the study showed (1) The process of managing School-Based Management begins with planning. This is part of the process of planning actions to be taken to achieve the goals of the school program. (2) To improve the quality of education, all parts of society and government must work together. (3) To find out how effective and successful the school program is, the school-based management evaluation process is very important. The results of the evaluation are used by schools to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the program for improvement in the following year.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran menggunakan model konstruktivisme yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam konsep energi siswa kelas IV UPT SDN 59 Kabupaten Pinrang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV UPT SDN 59 Kabupaten Pinrang tahun ajaran 2023/2024 yang berjumlah 20 siswa. Desain penelitian ini meliputi (1) tahapan perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan, (3) pengamatan dan (4) refleksi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) tes, (2) observasi dan (3) dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi dan tes. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model konstruktivisme dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA konsep energi pada siswa kelas IV UPT SDN 59 Kabupaten Pinrang. Rata-rata hasil belajar pra siklus sebesar 54,52 dan sedikit mengalami peningkatan pada siswa secara keseluruhan pada siklus I sebesar 63,3, setelah dilakukan perbaikan dengan membagi kelompok sesuai hasil belajar siklus I, membagi tugas pada setiap anggota kelompok, memberikan waktu kepada siswa untuk melakukan proses pemahaman konsep energi menggunakan model konstruktivisme dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA pada siswa menjadi 75,24 pada siklus II.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the analysis of the use of school operational assistance funds. This research uses a descriptive approach, descriptive research is research that is intended to investigate the conditions, circumstances or other things that have been mentioned, the results of which are presented in the form of a research report. The preparation of this research uses a qualitative descriptive method which is carried out by collecting data, digesting information and formulating information, then analyzing and concluding to determine the suitability of the management of School Operational Assistance. The research results show that (1) The system and procedures for the use of School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds carried out at SMP Negeri 19 Takengon have met good procedures. (2) The person responsible for all activities using School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds is the principal. Where the use is carried out by the school treasurer who must be attached in accordance with accounting principles. (3) Overall control of the implementation of operational activities has been in accordance with the regulations and procedures set by the Ministry of Education, where the implementation of the use of School Operational Assistance (BOS) activities has achieved the target and is effective, timely and free from deviations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SMP Negeri 4 Muaro Jambi. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, motivasi siswa, dan iklim sekolah secara keseluruhan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah, guru, siswa, dan staf sekolah. Selain itu, observasi dan studi dokumentasi juga dilakukan untuk mendapatkan data yang komprehensif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang efektif sangat berperan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Kepala sekolah yang memiliki visi yang jelas dan komitmen yang tinggi terhadap pendidikan mampu memotivasi guru dan siswa untuk mencapai prestasi yang lebih baik. Selain itu, kepala sekolah yang mampu menciptakan sekolah yang kondusif dan mendukung pembelajaran juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Dalam konteks ini, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah mencakup kemampuan dalam mengelola sumber daya manusia, mengembangkan program pembelajaran yang inovatif, dan membangun hubungan yang baik dengan semua stakeholder sekolah. Selain itu, kepala sekolah juga harus mampu menghadapi tantangan dalam dunia pendidikan dan merumuskan strategi yang efektif untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi kepala sekolah, guru, dan pihak terkait dalam mengembangkan kepemimpinan yang efektif dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya pelatihan dan pengembangan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah serta pentingnya dukungan dari pihak terkait dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang lebih baik

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' motivation and learning outcomes in Natural Science (IPA) subjects through the application of the Scramble learning model supported by puzzle media. The research was conducted in two cycles, each involving the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. In Cycle I, the average student motivation was recorded at a moderate level (3.25) and the average student test score was 72.83, indicating variations in student motivation and learning outcomes. Based on the observations, improvements were needed, so in Cycle II, the researcher introduced more group discussion activities and modified the puzzle to make it more challenging. The results from Cycle II showed significant improvement with the average student motivation rising to 4.8 and the average student test score increasing to 81.88. This increase shows that the Scramble learning model assisted by puzzle media is effective in increasing student motivation and learning outcomes. The well-designed puzzle media, as well as group discussion activities, contributed to increased student engagement and understanding of the subject matter. This study concludes that the implementation of strategies involving a variety of learning media and group collaboration can significantly improve students' motivation and learning outcomes. The findings provide a strong basis for further development in learning practices and emphasize the importance of evaluation and adjustment of learning methods to achieve optimal results.

Abstract

The Independent Curriculum Program was formed to explore the potential of teachers in teaching and educating their students, as well as increasing student independence in learning. Teachers are the most important part in implementing independent learning. Teachers are also agents of educational transformation for the better. (Makarim, 2020). The aim of this research is to explain the role of school principals and teachers in the independent learning program. The method used in this research is the library method. The research results show that the principal and 5 roles of the teacher in the independent learning program are: 1) the teacher acts as a trainer for other fellow teachers, 2) the teacher plays the role of training student-centered learning, 3) the teacher acts as an agent of change, 4) The teacher's role is to create a learning space as a medium for discussion and collaboration, 5) The teacher's role is to guide the learning process, 6) The teacher's role is as a motivator, 7) The principal's role is to guide and ensure that the independent learning program is implemented according to applicable regulations.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the reading comprehension of the eighth-grade students at SMP Al-Washliyah Hamparan Perak by using Annotating Strategy. The research adopts a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design, which conducted in two cycles. Each cycle is consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The study subjects included 33 students who exhibited challenges in comprehending narrative texts, particularly in identifying main ideas and supporting details. The data of this study were collected through observation sheets, interviews, documentation, and reading comprehension tests. The analysis involved both qualitative and quantitative methods, which focused on the observation of classroom activities and the evaluation of students' performance through pre-test and post-test assessments. The results indicated a significant improvement in students' reading comprehension, with a noticeable increase in their ability to grasp narrative text content followed by the implementation of Annotating Strategy. The study recommends the wider adoption of this strategy in teaching reading comprehension, as it actively engages students in the reading process, thereby enhancing their understanding and retention of information.

Abstract

The optimization of students' learning outcomes in Indonesian language through the Cooperative Integrated Reading Composition (CIRC) model among fourth-grade students at SDN 237 Pinrang was investigated with the aim of enhancing their comprehension and writing skills. The study was conducted over three cycles using methods that encompassed planning, implementation, observation, and continuous reflection on the learning process. Results indicated significant improvement in student achievement: from 60% not yet proficient and 40% proficient in Cycle 1, to 50% proficient and 50% not yet proficient in Cycle 2, and reaching 90% proficiency with only 10% of students not yet proficient in Cycle 3. Data analysis involved ongoing formative evaluation to monitor individual and group progress. In conclusion, the CIRC model proved effective in enhancing Indonesian language learning outcomes among fourth-grade students at SDN 237 Pinrang, consistently supporting students' abilities in comprehending and expressing texts in writing.
