Abstract

The present study is conducted to scrutinize the degree to which consumer satisfaction and brand image serve as antecedents of repurchase intention, while positioning customer loyalty as an intervening variable within the purchasing behavioral context of Celcius Parepare Branch consumers. A quantitative associative framework was applied as the methodological backbone of this investigation, wherein data were systematically drawn from 140 participants determined through purposive sampling. All collected data were subsequently processed and evaluated through the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analytical technique, operated via SmartPLS 4 software. Empirical results demonstrate that both consumer satisfaction and brand image yield constructive and statistically meaningful direct effects on consumers repurchase intention. Furthermore, consumer satisfaction proves to be a robust predictor of customer loyalty, whereas brand image contributes only marginally to loyalty development. Customer loyalty itself emerges as a consequential driver of repurchase intention, reinforcing its structural relevance within the model. The mediation assessment further discloses that customer loyalty operates as a significant conduit through which consumer satisfaction indirectly shapes repurchase intention, yet this intermediary function is rendered statistically negligible when brand image is positioned as the antecedent variable. Taken together, these outcomes highlight that cultivating consumer satisfaction stands as the most impactful strategic imperative for concurrently reinforcing loyalty and strengthening repurchase intention, while brand image predominantly channels its effect through a direct route rather than through loyalty as a mediating pathway.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of PSAK 72 concerning Revenue from Contracts with Customers at Hotel Graha Kardopa and to examine its implications for financial transparency in relation to SDG 16. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with five key informants involved in the hotel’s financial and operational processes, as well as documentation analysis of financial reports and related records. Data validity was ensured through source triangulation and document verification. The analysis focused on the implementation of the five-step revenue recognition model under PSAK 72 and transparency indicators, including accuracy, consistency, traceability, and accessibility of financial information. The findings reveal that Hotel Graha Kardopa has implemented the five-step PSAK 72 model through the integration of the cloud-based Yanolja Accounting Information System. Revenue is recognized when performance obligations are fulfilled during the guest check-out process, while revenue measurement is based on transaction prices automatically recorded in the system. The integrated system facilitates data synchronization across departments and improves the reliability of financial records. These findings suggest that the implementation of PSAK 72 contributes to enhancing financial transparency and accountability practices, which are aligned with the principles promoted under SDG 16 regarding effective, accountable, and transparent institutions.

Abstract

The rapid adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in digital marketing has changed how consumers interact with brands, particularly through personalized recommendations, chatbot services, and dynamic pricing. However, although these AI-based features are widely used on digital platforms, consumers may still question their reliability, fairness, and transparency. This study aims to examine the effects of AI-driven personalization, AI-enabled chatbot interaction, and AI-based dynamic pricing on consumer purchase decisions through trust in AI systems. This research employed a quantitative approach using a cross-sectional survey of consumers who had experience using AI-based features on digital platforms in Indonesia. Data was analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results show that AI-driven personalization and chatbot interaction positively influence purchase decisions, while dynamic pricing has no direct effect. Trust in AI systems significantly mediates the relationship between AI-based marketing features and purchase decisions. This study concludes that consumer trust is essential in converting AI-driven marketing strategies into purchase behavior.

Abstract

Along with the rapid technological developments in the current digital era, more companies are integrating artificial intelligence (AI) technology into IT operations services. This technological development also leads to increasingly sophisticated technology being used and an increasing amount of data received, the complexity and risk that can impact IT services in companies. Artificial intelligence technology for IT operations services (AIOps) addresses this challenge by integrating AI features comprehensively into all solutions available in IT operations services. AIOps changes the approach to handling incidents from a reactive to a proactive one by identifying potential problems before they occur. The purpose of this study is to define the factors influencing the adoption of AIOps technology in IT services in companies and analyze its impact on productivity and service stability. The Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) method is used in this study because it has been widely applied in various adoption studies of various IT innovations ranging from e-commerce, ERP, Cloud Computing to the most recent adoption of AIOps technology. The TOE research method can accommodate various indicators of technology adoption that are tested by considering internal (organizational), technological and external (external environment) aspects to provide a comprehensive picture of the readiness and level of technology adoption within the company.

Abstract

The global shift toward a sustainable economy and finance is essential to address climate change and 21st century uncertainties. While existing studies extensively cover green growth in developed economies, there remains a critical gap in understanding how integrated sustainable finance frameworks specifically catalyze economic transformation in emerging markets like Indonesia, particularly within the context of its 2045 vision. This research addresses this gap by assessing the role of green economy implementation and sustainable finance policies as key pillars in strengthening Indonesia’s economic resilience. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach grounded in a comprehensive review of policy reports, international comparative studies, and recent scientific literature, this study offers a novel synthesis of energy transition, digital transformation, and sustainable financial systems. The research contributes by identifying a strategic roadmap that bridges government policy, private sector participation, and technological innovation to achieve long-term resilience. The findings indicate that green investment, renewable energy, and ESG based financial systems are not merely environmental goals but are fundamental drivers of economic stability and national competitiveness. Furthermore, this study demonstrates how sustainable funding tools, such as green bonds and climate finance, can accelerate socio-economically inclusive growth while reducing carbon intensity. The study concludes that the synergy between institutional frameworks and innovative human capital development is the primary determinant of Indonesia’s capacity to achieve sustainable prosperity and reach developed nation status by 2045.

Abstract

The primary objective of this research is to evaluate how the openness and responsibility inherent in regional financial disclosures contribute to reaching SDG 4 targets across Indonesia. By examining these governance factors, the study clarifies their role in supporting national educational progress. The study used panel data from 34 provinces for the 2021–2024 period, with a total of 136 observations. Data were obtained from the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK), the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), BAPPENAS, and official local government websites. The analysis was conducted using the Generalized Least Squares (GLS) method with a Random Effect Model (REM) approach. The results show that accountability has a positive and significant effect on the achievement of SDG 4. These findings indicate that the quality of local government financial accountability can improve the effectiveness of education budget management. Transparency also has a positive and significant effect, with a more dominant effect than accountability. Openness of financial information encourages public oversight, increases the efficiency of budget use, and strengthens the implementation of education policies. Simultaneously, accountability and transparency have been proven to support the achievement of SDG 4. The research findings strengthen the perspective of good governance and agency theory in the context of regional financial governance.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the instant food Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector in Indonesia has increased the importance of understanding consumer impulse buying behavior in this market. This study aims to examine the influence of external stimuli on impulsive buying urge and impulse buying behavior using the Stimulus–Organism–Response (S-O-R) framework. A quantitative approach was employed by collecting data from 221 consumers in the Greater Jakarta area through a structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0. The findings indicate that marketing and promotional stimuli, product characteristic stimuli, and shopping environment and social stimuli significantly influence impulsive buying urge, with marketing and promotional stimuli emerging as the strongest predictor. In addition, impulsive buying urge has a significant positive effect on impulse buying behavior. The results further reveal that the direct effects of external stimuli on impulse buying behavior are insignificant, whereas their indirect effects through impulsive buying urge are significant, indicating a full mediation mechanism. These findings confirm that impulsive buying urge serves as the primary psychological mechanism linking external stimuli to actual purchasing behavior. The study contributes to the extension of the S-O-R framework in the context of MSME instant food products and provides practical insights for developing marketing strategies that effectively stimulate impulse purchases through urgency-oriented promotional activities.

Abstract

This study explores the determinants of customer loyalty in the over-the-counter (OTC) pharmaceutical industry by examining the roles of brand image, price perception, and product quality, with customer trust as a mediating variable. The research focuses on customers of PT Phapros Tbk operating in the Banten region, where competition in the OTC market is intense and consumer trust is critical due to the health-related nature of the products. A quantitative approach was employed using survey data collected from pharmacy and drugstore owners, which were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results reveal that brand image, price perception, and product quality have significant positive effects on customer trust and customer loyalty. Furthermore, customer trust is found to significantly influence customer loyalty and to mediate the relationships between brand image, price perception, product quality, and customer loyalty. These findings indicate that customer loyalty in the OTC pharmaceutical sector is shaped not only by functional and economic considerations but also by trust-based evaluations developed through consistent and credible firm behavior. This study contributes to the literature by reinforcing trust-based loyalty models in the pharmaceutical context and offers practical implications for pharmaceutical firms seeking to strengthen long-term customer relationships through trust-oriented strategies.
