Abstract

The impact of accrual-based accounting and corruption prevention on the global accomplishment of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is examined in this study. Using secondary data from 151 nations spanning the years 2020–2024, a quantitative research approach produced a total of 755 observations. The World Bank, the Sustainable Development Report, Transparency International, and the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) were among the international databases from which the data were gathered. Purposive sampling was used to choose the research sample based on information about the implementation of accrual accounting, the Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI), SDG scores, and GDP per capita. The Random Effect Model (REM) was used for panel data regression analysis, with LNGDP included as a control variable and institutional and stakeholder theories acting as the theoretical underpinnings. The results show that accrual-based accounting has a positive and significant impact on achieving the SDGs globally. This result indicates that greater transparency and accountability in public financial reporting contribute to better resource management and more effective development decision-making. In addition, corruption control is found to positively affect SDG achievement, suggesting that sound governance enhances budget efficiency and supports the implementation of sustainable development programs. Additionally, the control variable, LNGDP, shows a positive effect, suggesting that a nation's economic potential contributes to better SDG accomplishment. Overall, this study emphasises that the implementation of accrual-based accounting, more robust anti-corruption policies, and improved institutional quality are crucial components in advancing the realisation of sustainable development globally.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a strategic priority for organizations seeking to enhance operational efficiency and accelerate business processes in an increasingly competitive environment. However, the effectiveness of digital transformation initiatives is influenced by various organizational and technological factors. This study aims to examine the effects of Digitalization Factors, Strategic Alignment, and Organizational Readiness on Digitalization Efficiency and Process Speed at PT XYZ, with Digitalization Efficiency serving as an intervening variable. A quantitative research approach was employed using a survey questionnaire distributed to employees involved in digitalization processes. The collected data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0. The findings indicate that Digitalization Factors (β = 0.418; p < 0.001) and Strategic Alignment (β = 0.435; p < 0.001) have positive and significant effects on Digitalization Efficiency, whereas Organizational Readiness does not significantly influence Digitalization Efficiency (β = 0.071; p = 0.484). Regarding Process Speed, Strategic Alignment has a positive and significant effect (β = 0.321; p = 0.001), while Organizational Readiness exhibits a significant negative effect (β = -0.223; p = 0.002). Digitalization Efficiency significantly mediates the effects of Digitalization Factors and Strategic Alignment on Process Speed but does not mediate the effect of Organizational Readiness. The model demonstrates strong predictive capability, with R² values of 0.688 for Digitalization Efficiency and 0.837 for Process Speed. These findings highlight the critical role of strategic alignment and digitalization efficiency in accelerating business processes and supporting successful digital transformation initiatives.

Abstract

Exchange rate volatility constitutes one of the most pervasive sources of financial uncertainty for non financial corporations engaged in international trade, foreign currency borrowing, and cross border investment. While prior research has examined exchange rate exposure, corporate hedging, liquidity management, and capital structure individually, no systematic synthesis has integrated these elements under the unifying lens of exchange rate resilience the firm level capacity to withstand and adapt to currency shocks while preserving strategic and financial continuity. This study presents a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) following the PRISMA 2020 framework, drawing on Scopus indexed Q1 and Q2 publications from 2016 to 2026. From an initial pool of 601 records identified through 11 targeted keyword combinations via the Watase Uake platform, 46 studies met all inclusion criteria after rigorous multi stage screening. The review synthesizes evidence on three mediating mechanisms  operational flexibility, hedging activity, and firm liquidity  through which exchange rate resilience influences capital expenditure (CapEx) and capital structure decisions. Findings reveal that hedging consistently reduces cash flow volatility, lowers financing costs, and supports investment continuity; firm liquidity functions as an absorptive buffer; and operational flexibility provides adaptive capacity. This study contributes a testable conceptual model and structured future research agenda for resilience oriented corporate finance.

Abstract

Digital transformation is a strategic agenda that cannot be avoided by modern organizations, but the failure rate of its implementation remains high due to insufficient human resource technology literacy. This research aims to: (1) synthesize empirical evidence on the role of technology literacy as an enabler of digital transformation; (2) analyze the determinants of success in digital CRM implementation; and (3) develop an integrated conceptual model that connects the three constructs. The method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with PRISMA 2020 guidelines. Searches were conducted on Google Scholar using Boolean strings with filters for 2019–2024, yielding 2,467 articles. After a rigorous selection process, 18 final articles were analyzed using thematic synthesis. The results of the study identified five main themes: (1) technology literacy as an enabler of DT; (2) the digital capabilities of the organization; (3) digital CRM as a DT outcome; (4) the trilateral relationship of the third construct; and (5) the Indonesian and Southeast Asian contexts. This study proposes a three-level conceptual model: Technology literacy Foundation, Organizational Digital Transformation Capacity, Digital CRM Implementation Success. These findings provide theoretical contributions in the form of an integration framework for the three constructs that have been studied separately, as well as practical implications for HR managers and CIOs in designing CRM-based digital transformation strategies.

Abstract

The implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a complex organizational transformation process and requires effective change management to minimize the risk of failure. Although the relationship between change management and ERP implementation has been widely discussed, studies that integrate the two in the context of business process automation are still limited. This study aims to analyze the role of change management in ERP implementation and its contribution to business process automation through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with the PRISMA protocol on 19 articles obtained from Scopus and Google Scholar for the 2019–2026 period. The results show that change management plays an important role in increasing organizational readiness, supporting ERP adoption, and strengthening the success of business process automation. ERP implementation allows for cross-functional process integration, workflow standardization, and increased operational efficiency through the use of digital technology. This research proposes an integrative conceptual framework that connects change management, ERP implementation, and business process automation as a digital transformation strategy that supports the improvement of organizational performance and competitiveness.

Abstract

This study presents a systematic literature review (SLR) on the evolution of marketing mix strategies over the past decade, with a focus on how traditional frameworks have been adapted in response to digital transformation, sustainability demands, and shifting consumer behavior. The review follows PRISMA guidelines and analyzes 54 peer-reviewed articles published between 2015 and 2025, sourced from Scopus and other reputable academic databases. The analysis employs the TCCM (Theory, Context, Characteristics, Methodology) framework to classify findings across theoretical foundations, research contexts, thematic focus, and methodological approaches. The results indicate that classical marketing mix models, particularly the 4Ps and 7Ps, remain dominant in both academic research and practical application, especially in emerging economies such as China, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Iran. Quantitative methodologies, particularly structural equation modeling, are still widely used; however, there is a growing shift toward mixed-method and qualitative approaches that provide richer contextual insights. Emerging themes include green marketing, digital marketing, artificial intelligence applications, and sustainability-oriented strategies, reflecting an expanding research agenda beyond traditional marketing boundaries.Despite these developments, several gaps remain evident, including limited theoretical integration, insufficient longitudinal research designs, and underrepresentation of specific sectors such as agriculture and cultural industries. This review synthesizes fragmented literature and proposes future research directions emphasizing theoretical pluralism, integration of Service-Dominant Logic and Dynamic Capabilities, and methodological innovation through big data analytics and experimental designs. Overall, this study provides a comprehensive synthesis that contributes to both academic development and managerial practice in evolving marketing environments.

Abstract

The increasing pollution caused by plastic waste, along with the rise of the green consumerism trend, has encouraged businesses to develop more environmentally friendly products by targeting the Generation Z consumer segment. However, the high awareness of environmental issues is not necessarily reflected in consistent green product purchasing behavior among consumers. This research set out to assess how far green perceived value, environmental concern, and green trust shape the green purchase intention of Generation Z consumers of Eiger tumbler products in Surabaya. A quantitative survey design was used, drawing on a purposive sample of 160 participants, with data gathered via an online questionnaire and processed through PLS-SEM in SmartPLS. Results show that both green perceived value and environmental concern exert a positive and meaningful effect on green trust as well as on green purchase intention. By contrast, green trust did not significantly affect purchase intention and was unable to mediate the relationship between the two predictor variables and purchase intention. These outcomes suggest that Generation Z places greater weight on a product's tangible benefits and their own environmental commitment than on confidence in a brand's sustainability claims. The study further contributes to the body of knowledge on green consumer behavior, particularly regarding locally produced reusable goods within developing country markets.
