Abstract

The implementation of public services in the management of electronic identity cards at the Tanah Karo Civil Registry Office has problems in the management of electronic identity cards (E-KTP) due to the many public complaints such as the slow processing of KTPs, delayed recording due to network disturbances when recording E-KTPs. This study aims to find out how the process of implementing public services issued by the government is expected to be able to provide good quality and quality services as expected by the community. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Effect of Presentation of Village Financial Statements, Internal Controls and Individual Morality on Fraud Prevention That Occurs in the Management of Village Fund Allocations (Case Study of Desa Aman Damai, Kec. Sirapit, Kab. Langkat). This research is a quantitative research, namely by presenting the research results in the form of numbers which are then explained and interpreted in a description in order to test the hypothesis. The population in this study were all village officials and the Village Consultative Body totaling 40 people and the sampling method used the method probability sampling where all the population is selected as a sample. The data used in this study is primary data obtained from respondents who filled out the questionnaire

Abstract

This research applied a descriptive qualitative method. The study was applied to describe how the teenager use self-reference in different contexts or situations and to find out whether or not gender influences the use of self-reference and  also the reasons. The data was taken from  the utterances of the teenager in their daily conversation. In this research the source of the data was the teenagers that included six males and six females with an age range of 14-18 years old.  Based on the empirical data, there are three kinds of Self- References the reseacher found in this study. They are proper name (such as Zati, Iki, Bella, Agri), kinship term (uni means kakak and uda means abang) and formality term (saya, awak and aku). Then, the data also showed that female more prefer addressed their self in form of proper name eventhough the situation formal or informal. While male more prefer addressed their self in form of awak or aku even it formal or infomal.  The following figure showed the number of the form of self-reference used by the teenagers.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the report on the realization of the village income and expenditure budget in 2018-2020 in Aman Damai Village, Sirapit District, Langkat Regency. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach with interviews with related village officials. The results of the study indicate that the sources of income for Aman Damai Village are village original income and transfer income and expenditures issued by Aman Damai Village, namely the field of development implementation, the field of village administration, the field of community development and the field of community empowerment. The analysis of the realization of the village income and expenditure budget reports has been realized well, although some of the budgets have not been realized in their entirety.

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze how accounting recognition of income and expenses on PT. Property Group Imperium Medan. This research uses descriptive method, namely the method of analyzing the problem by collecting data and grouping it in a sequence to describe each process, as well as the behavior of the object under study at PT. Property Group Imperium Medan so that it can provide objective information and information. The results of this study indicate that accounting for revenue recognition on PT. Property Group Imperium Medan was declared to be still incompatible with clear reporting transactions and in the principles and methods of sales in the calculation

Abstract

Leaders have an important role in companies achieving optimal profits with the help of employees. Leadership style is one of the factors that drives employee performance and employee loyalty in the company. This study was conducted to analyze the extent to which leadership style influences Customer Performance and Loyalty at PT Siantar Top, Tbk. The population in this study was 128 employees and this study used a random sampling method in sampling. The sampling method used the slovin formula and the sample taken was 35 people. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The results of the data tabulation will be processed using SPSS version 24. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership style and performance, and has a positive and significant influence between leadership style and employee loyalty

Abstract

Financial Technology (FinTech) is one of the most widely used financial applications by the public to fulfil all their needs. In addition, this online loan process is very easy and fast so that it really helps people who are pressed by economic needs, but because of the increasing use of online loans throughout the community without exception, there are problems and unrest in the community in replacing money that has been borrowed in online applications and of course has an impact on unethical billing and also various threats received by customers. Another problem is that financial problems are one of the factors that influence people's mindset to be able to survive in overcoming all basic human needs. In this situation, some people end up using online loans to overcome financial problems. This research uses a qualitative approach by using people's experiences as research data and using references from research results that provide an assessment of online loan applications as a basis for analysing the performance of financial technology services

Abstract

Democracy in Indonesia is experiencing very rapid changes, namely the influence of increasingly modern information technology, Bawaslu as an important institution in monitoring and preventing election violations with the aim of producing good leaders in accordance with the choices of the Indonesian people. Bawaslu Southeast Aceh district has made efforts to optimize overall capabilities in making the 2024 elections a success. And social media is an important instrument in current developments, almost 65 percent of the people of Southeast Aceh District have used social media networks. Southeast Aceh Regency Bawaslu uses social media as a work tool to publish information and existing activities. Of course, Bawaslu cannot work alone without being actively supported by the community, but the participation of the people of Southeast Aceh Regency is still lacking in helping to make monitoring and preventing election violations a success. Through existing technological opportunities, namely work networks, the community is actively involved in monitoring and preventing election violations, therefore it is necessary to have social trust in Bawaslu and guarantee

Abstract

This study aims to determine the crime factors of electricity theft at PT PLN ULP Kabanjahe, Karo Regency, and to find out what efforts and countermeasures are made by PLN against electricity theft. This research was conducted at PT PLN ULP Kabanjahe.The resources obtained were from visits to the Kabanjahe PLN research site. Data collection techniques used are interviews and to the field used to analyze research results.The results obtained / obtained from this study include that, the factor of the crime of theft of electricity at PT. PLN ULP Kabanjahe is caused by several factors, namely environmental factors and economic factors where the influence of weak economic pressure encourages the perpetrator to commit the crime of theft of electric current, factors of public ignorance of sanctions and fines imposed on the thief of electric current. The efforts made by PLN in preventing and overcoming the crime of theft of electricity flow are conducting checks once a month with strict supervision by P2TL, as well as providing direction to the community and giving large sanctions / fines to violators.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the report on the realization This research aims to determine the influence of accounting information systems and internal control on the quality of financial reports at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional 1. This research uses primary data. Primary data is obtained from answers to a series of statements in the form of a questionnaire to PT employees. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional 1, totaling 60 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used the Saturated Sampling Technique, where all the population in this study was sampled. In this study, the population and samples taken were all employees of PTPN IV in the finance department, totaling 60 people. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of partial testing of the Accounting Information System on the Quality of Financial Reports, the calculated t value was 6.023 > 1.672 and had a significant number of 0.011 < 0.05. Based on the results of partial testing of the Internal Control variable on the Quality of Financial Reports, the calculated t value was 2.699 > 1.672 and had a significant number of 0.000 < 0.05. When compared with the Ftable value, Fcount > Ftable, or 16.520 > 3.092, thus it can be concluded that all independent variables (X1 and X2) simultaneously influence the dependent variable (Y).
