Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine the methodology for developing healthy eating habits among preschool-aged children by integrating scientific and pedagogical approaches. The research seeks to identify effective educational strategies that enhance children’s understanding of nutrition, promote rational dietary behavior, and prevent micronutrient deficiencies during early childhood development. Research methodology: A descriptive and analytical research design was employed, combining literature review, observation, and pedagogical experimentation in preschool institutions for children aged 3–7. The study draws on global best practices and recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and UNICEF, emphasizing interactive learning methods such as games, group discussions, and storytelling to promote positive eating behaviors. Results: Findings demonstrate that the use of play-based and participatory learning activities significantly improves children’s awareness of healthy food choices and fosters long-term behavioral changes. Collaboration between teachers, parents, and healthcare professionals enhances the effectiveness of nutritional education programs and supports the holistic development of preschoolers. Conclusions: Developing healthy eating habits in early childhood requires an interdisciplinary approach that combines pedagogy, health education, and family involvement. Implementing structured nutrition education programs within preschool settings can contribute to children’s physical growth, cognitive development, and overall well-being. Limitations: The study was limited to selected preschool institutions and did not include longitudinal assessment of behavioral outcomes. Contribution: This research provides practical insights into the integration of health education and pedagogy to form sustainable healthy lifestyle habits among young children.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the organization of green financing mechanisms within the green economy framework, with particular emphasis on the criteria and requirements for selecting and funding green projects. The research also explores how green finance contributes to sustainable development, guided by national strategies such as the “Development Strategy of New Uzbekistan for 2022–2026.” Research Methodology: The study employs a qualitative descriptive approach, integrating document analysis and comparative review of international practices in green economy financing. It examines regulatory frameworks, the role of international financial institutions, and Uzbekistan’s strategic policies on environmental and economic sustainability. Results: Findings reveal that effective green financing depends on well-defined project selection criteria, financial incentives, and institutional collaboration. Uzbekistan’s policy initiatives align with global sustainability goals and emphasize capitalizing ecological activities to achieve economic benefits. International experiences—particularly those of the UN and global financial institutions—highlight the effectiveness of green bonds, carbon credits, and green investment funds in promoting sustainable development. Conclusions: The study concludes that integrating ecological priorities into financial systems enhances both environmental protection and economic resilience. A national green finance strategy is crucial for ensuring long-term growth and compliance with global sustainable development goals. Limitations: The research focuses primarily on policy and institutional perspectives, with limited empirical analysis of local implementation outcomes. Contribution: This study contributes to understanding how green financing frameworks can be adapted in developing countries to balance economic progress with environmental sustainability.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to evaluate how the integration of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and Risk-Based Costing (RBC) can improve both operational and resource efficiency in manufacturing. The research focuses on the General Company for Automotive and Equipment Manufacturing – Battery Factory, specifically on the 90 Ampere dry battery production process in 2024. Research methodology: The study adopts a mixed-method approach combining quantitative and descriptive analyses in an applied research design. The BPR method was used to identify inefficiencies and process waste within the main production line, while the RBC approach was employed to map and quantify risks influencing product cost in key manufacturing operations. Results: Findings revealed that the joint application of BPR and RBC significantly reduced production cycle times, material waste, and operational costs. The integrated approach also improved risk-adjusted resource allocation, demonstrating superior performance compared to implementing either method independently. Conclusions: The combination of BPR and RBC enhances efficiency, cost control, and risk management in manufacturing operations. The study recommends the adoption of this integrated approach across the company’s product lines and the enhancement of accounting and management information systems to ensure sustainability. Limitations: The research is limited to one factory and a single product type, which may restrict generalizability to other industries or products. Contribution: This study contributes to the development of integrated efficiency frameworks in industrial management, highlighting the synergistic potential of BPR and RBC in optimizing production and resource utilization.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to explore the translational challenges of robotics terminology between English and Uzbek from a functional-semantic perspective, focusing on the structural, conceptual, and contextual factors influencing accuracy and clarity. As robotics terminology expands globally, the absence of direct Uzbek equivalents often causes inconsistencies and ambiguity in translation. Research methodology: A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, combining linguistic comparison, corpus-based analysis of robotics texts, and expert interviews with translators and engineers. The study analyzed key robotics terms such as robot, sensor, actuator, and artificial intelligence to identify patterns of borrowing, calquing, and descriptive translation, and to evaluate their semantic and functional adequacy. Results: Findings reveal that borrowing is the most frequently used strategy due to the absence of native equivalents, but it often leads to semantic opacity for general audiences. Calquing and descriptive translation provide conceptual clarity but may distort the technical precision of original terms. The study highlights the inconsistency in current usage and the need for terminological harmonization in academic and technical contexts. Conclusions: Developing a standardized terminology framework through collaboration between linguists and robotics experts is essential to ensure linguistic accuracy, conceptual consistency, and educational effectiveness in the Uzbek language. Limitations: The research focuses on a limited set of high-frequency terms and does not include quantitative corpus statistics or cross-regional lexical variations. Contribution: This study contributes to applied linguistics and technical translation studies by offering a model for analyzing and standardizing specialized terminology in emerging scientific fields.
