Methodology: The study used multiple regression analysis with data obtained from annual financial reports. A purposive sampling technique selected 15 automotive companies as the sample. Results: The results show that capital structure has a significantly positive effect on financial performance, while investment and liquidity do not significantly affect financial performance. Conclusions: This study concludes that capital structure significantly improves financial performance, while investment growth and liquidity do not have a significant effect on automotive companies’ performance. Effective capital management is essential for enhancing financial outcomes. The proposed programs include alumni forums, knowledge-sharing platforms, and continuous mentoring programs to enhance long-term impactand customer engagement. Conclusion: The study concludes that a value proposition design approach helps align training and consulting services with customer needs by creating customized, sustainable, and impact-oriented programs for Islamic banking institutions. Limitation: This study focuses on CV. Akselerasi Indonesia Juara as a training and consulting service provider and examines its value proposition development within the Islamic banking sector in Lampung Province. Abstract

Purpose: This study examines whether Core Problem Solving (CPS) integrated with the Kepner-Tregoe approach can improve quality performance at PT UTC Aerospace System Bandung (UTAS Bandung), an aerospace parts supplier, by reducing the percentage of scrap, rework, and reject (%SRR) from 0.73% in2022 toward the company's five-year target of 0.5% by 2027. Methodology: A single case study was conducted using Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) in data Processing quality-notification data. The CPS approach, comprising the Define, Investigate, Verify, and Ensure (DIVE) stages, was integrated with Pareto charts, Ishikawa (fishbone) diagrams, and Five Whys analysis to identify the primary source of the Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) and evaluate corrective actions through a before-after comparison. Results: The prismatic cell accounted for 61% (approximately USD 154,000) of the USD 254,300 total CoPQ in 2022. Rootcause analysis linked recurring drill-tool failures on part number 340902-110 to low tool rigidity and the absence of a coolant channel. Replacing the finishing tool reduced failure costs from USD 12,000 to USD 3,200 (73%), saving USD 8,800 annually, while total CoPQ decreased by USD 37,223 to USD 217,077 in 2023. Conclusions: CPS combined with Kepner-Tregoe problem analysis provides an effective and replicable approach for reducing CoPQ and achieving the targeted %SRR through data-driven root-cause analysis. Limitations: The study is limited to 2022 SAP records from one site and excludes customer returns and supplier-caused rejects. Contributions:The study provides a practical framework for integrating CPS and Kepner-Tregoe analysis in aerospace manufacturing.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aimed to describe the level of need for, determine the design of, and analyze the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of an Intellectual, Emotional, and Spiritual Intelligence (IES) based parenting module for strengthening student character in a boarding school. Methodology: The study used a Research and Development (R&D) design following the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation), with data gathered through documentation studies, literature review, questionnaires, and interviews with boarding teachers and students at Insan Cendekia Madani Serpong Senior High School. Results: The module was developed based on the documented needs of boarding teachers and students and includes key components of the learning model and student care. Expert validation yielded a very good average score of 4.55. Practicality scores were 4.33 (usefulness), 4.24 (ease of use), and 4.29 (evaluation relevance). Effectiveness testing showed a significant improvement in student character scores from 85.82 to 86.82 (p=0.000), with a learning completion rate of 87.09%. Conclusions: The IES-based parenting module is valid, practical, and effective for strengthening student character in a boarding school setting. Limitations: The module was trialed with a single tenth-grade cohort at one boarding school, so the results should be read as evidence of feasibility rather than as a generalizable effect size. Contributions: The study contributes a documented, validated instrument that boarding teachers and schools can adopt or adapt for daily student care and character formation.
