Abstract

Scheduling in projects involves determining the timeframe for project activities, including raw materials, labor, and time required for each task. Commonly used approaches include the Critical Path Method (CPM) and Project Evaluation Review Technique (PERT) to enhance Project planning and control quality. In utilizing the Critical Path Method (CPM) and Project Evaluation Review Technique (PERT) in the IFTK Ledalero Development and Rehabilitation Project, the process involves detailing the plan and sequence of work activities, calculating normal time (m), determining optimistic time (a), and pessimistic time (b) for each task. Additionally, Microsoft Excel 2007 application is utilized for data input, which includes time required for each task, labor requirements, labor wages, task sequences, and interdepencies. The critical path planning for the IFTK Ledalero Development and Rehabilitation Project identifies activities with a TF (Total Float) value of 0, resulting in a Project duration of 200 days. The acceleration efforts reduce the duration to 196 days with a 99.88% probability.

Abstract

Asphalt is a road-supporting component that is commonly found on every road. In pratice, the temperature of the hotmix asphalt is critical to pay attention to when spreading. Therefore, asphalt will melt if heated to a certain temperature and then freeze again at lower one. Distance and temperature are always inversely related; the separation between the Asphalt Mixing Plant (AMP) and the place of the spreading is what determines how much the temperature drops. This research aimed to determine the effect of distance and time on reducing the temperature of hotmixasphalt. The research method used the experimental method (direct measurement). Temperature measurements were taken when the asphalt had just been poured into the truck and when the asphalt arrived at the spreading location. The research result of the temperature reduction on hotmix asphalt at the Route 1 laying location were 130 c over a distance of 66 km and the results of temperature reduction on Route 2 were 100 c over a distance of 26 km. This density test aimed to determine and take samples of pavement in the field so that the thickness and characteristics of the pavement mixture can be identified. The density result for test object one was 98.46%, test object two was 100.26%, and object test three was 98.06% density.

Abstract

Penilaian kondisi kerusakan jalan berdasarkan pengaruh beban lalu lintas kendaraan sangat perlu dilakukan untuk monitoring seberapa tingkat kerusakan yang terjadi pada suatu ruas jalan. Hasil yang akan didapat akan sangat membantu dalam penyusunan program rehabilitasi dan penganggaran penanganan jalan. Dua metode yang bisa dipakai dalam rangka penilaian kondisi kerusakan perkerasan jalan yaitu metode Bina Marga dan metode PCI ( pavement condition index). Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan yaitu mengetahui jenis-jenis kerusakan, membandingkan nilai kondisi perkerasan jalan menggunakan kedua metode diatas dan memberikan alternatif penanganan sesuai kerusakan yang ada pada ruas jalan Jalan.Kureng, Jalan.Moang Siku Koru, Jalan.Asam. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara melakukan survei visual, pengukuran kerusakan permukaan perkerasan dan survei LHR ( lalulintas harian rata-rata ) selama tiga hari pada ruas jalan tersebut. Setelah didapat data-data dari lapangan maka selanjutnya, hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah Metode Bina Marga didapat nilai Urutan prioritas (UP) untuk jalan Kureng adalah 10, Jalan Asam 9, dan Jalan Moang Siku Koru 13 (dimasukan dalam program pemeliharaan rutin), sedangkan berdasarkan metode PCI diperoleh nilai tingkatan kerusakan sebesar untuk jalan Kureng adalah 45 masuk dalam kualitas perkerasan sedang (fair), sedangkan jalan Asam dan jalan Moang Siku Koru dengan nilai 93 dan 92 masuk dalam kualitas perkerasan sempurna (excellent). Hasil dari kedua metode ini mempunyai rekomendasi penanganan yaitu Composite pavement ( Lapisan Plat Beton dibawah dan Lapisan Aspal diatasnya) sehingga jika dilalui oleh kendaraan berat dengan beban berlebih, jalan bisa menahan beban kendaraan.

Abstract

Labour productivity in the construction process is crucial for completing work according to the planned schedule because it has a significant impact on cost and time. Low labour productivity can lead to project delays and an extended overall project duration, increasing the project's cost. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research on labour productivity in the New Classroom Addition Construction project at SMP Negeri Alok in this final project proposal. The data used for this rescarch were obtained through direct observation and field research. The analysis carried out is to find the value of actual labor productivity, plans and the Ministerial Regulation of PUPR08-2023 and its comparison. The results of this research obtained the actual productivity in the field for 1/2 brick wall work is 2.848493 m²/person for workers, 5.484205 m²/person for builders, and 9.917727 m²/person for the head builder and m. The planned productivity value is 3,333 m²/person for workers, 10 m²/person for handymen, 100 m²/person for handyman, and 66,667 m²/person for foremen. And the value of labor productivity according to the Minister of PUPR 08-2023 is 5 m²/person for workers, 10 m²/person for handymen, 100 m²/person for handymen, and 303,030 m²/person for foremen

Abstract

In public transportation systems, safety is an essential consideration for users, both for their safety and for the safety of others in their vicinity (Bolla et al., 2013). Traffic accidents encompass collisions and loss of vehicle control occurring on roads, resulting in injuries or fatalities to individuals as well as damage to property, involving at least one motor vehicle (Sugiyanto and Santi, 2015). The objectives of this study were to identify the factors contributing to traffic accidents in accident-prone areas and to explore strategies for mitigating accident risks or improving conditions to reduce accident rates on Moan Subu Road and Soekarno Hatta Road. This research employed a quantitative approach using survey methods, distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents from the surrounding community. Data processing in this study utilized descriptive statistics. The analysis revealed that the most influencing factors of road user safety were pedestrians (25%), environmental conditions (7%), and drivers (3%). Efforts to enhance road safety at the research location include short-term interventions such as reaffirming road markings, improving street lighting, addressing problematic parking on roadways, enhancing pavement quality, and providing facilities for pedestrians.

Abstract

Transportation represents a derived demand resulting from various economic, social, and cultural activities. Among the urban activities that significantly influence transportation is trade and service activities. The Alok Market in Maumere has designated parking areas; however, these spaces have not been utilized optimally, as some vendors and customers continue to park their vehicles improperly. This situation leads to disorder for both drivers and pedestrians. The objective of this research was to analyze traffic flow and propose solutions to improve traffic movement within the Alok Market area. The necessary data for this study included primary data on traffic volume, side obstructions, and road geometry. This research employed a quantitative descriptive method. The analysis indicated that traffic engineering interventions are essential for regulating movement within the Alok Market. Proposed traffic management solutions includes the addition of traffic signs and direct supervision by authorized personnel to ensure the successful implementation of the traffic engineering measures designed

Abstract

Public transportation is crucial for mobility on the island of Flores, East Nusa Tenggara, especially in areas with limited accessibility. The Maumere-Mbay route, which connects Sikka Regency with Nagekeo Regency, is essential for passenger and freight transportation, contributing significantly to the local economy. The Sinar Rembulan Bus provides public transportation services in both urban and rural areas. This research, conducted by the Department of Public Works, aims to identify the factors influencing vehicle operational costs.The research results revealed that the actual fare for the Sinar Rembulan Maumere-Mbay Bus was IDR 100,000 per person. According to the Department of Public Works, the vehicle operating costs for the Sinar Rembulan bus and Maumere-Mbay fare should be IDR 104,727 per person. In contrast, as per the operational costs outlined in the Transportation Service's Governor's regulation number 101 of 2019 for Fast Nusa Tenggara, the vehicle operational costs for Maumere-Mbay are IDR 81,661 per person. The cost difference between the author's calculated fare and the operational costs from the Transportation Service is IDR 23,066 per person, while the disparity between the author's calculations and the actual costs is IDR 4,727 per person.

Abstract

Reinforced concrete plays a scurecal role in the construction industry. The primary components of concrete are cement,fine aggregate (sand),coarse aggregate (gravel), and water,with the potential addition of chemical additives to enhance its uality.On the other hand, steel stuctures are excellent for earthuake resistance due to the material’s superior strength and ductility compared to otherstructural materials like concrete.The purpose of this research is to determine the budget for reinforced concrete structures, compare the costs between steel and reinforced concrete construction, and evaluate the cost difference between steel and reinforced concrete sctructures. The public service mall project data indicates that a steel structure was used.The results of the cost comparison showed that steel sctructures are more economical. The cost for the existing steel constuction was 1.390.830.035,73, while the cost for concrete concstruction was 1.572.927.091,00 , resulting in a cost difference of 182.092.055,27.Reason :1. Because rein forced concrete structures have many materials such as cement, sand and gravel and various additional materials.The large number of materials and long assembly results in high construction costs. 2. Because in the planning of the reinforcement of the first and second floors and the roof top of thr slab from the beams and columns for the main reinforcement and stirrup reinforcement/beugel I use the some dimensions,namely for the main reinforcement I use iron Ø16 and stirrup reinforcement Ø10

Abstract

Jalan Soekarno-Hatta merupakan salah satu jalan raya utama di kota Maumere. Selain sebagai jalur utama, ruas jalan ini juga dipenuhi dengan beberapa bangunan penting, antara lain sekolah, tempat ibadah, dan gedung perkantoran, sehingga sering menyebabkan lalu lintas padat. Ruas jalan di depan Kantor Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil khususnya bermasalah karena tingginya volume kendaraan pada jam sibuk. Hal ini semakin diperparah dengan adanya faktor gesekan samping seperti kendaraan masuk dan keluar, berhenti, atau parkir di badan jalan sehingga mengurangi kapasitas jalan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kinerja ruas Jalan Soekarno-Hatta khususnya di depan Kantor Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil. Analisis kinerja jalan dilakukan dengan menggunakan Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia 2023 (PKJI 2023), khususnya ruas yang berlaku untuk jalan perkotaan. Survei dilakukan selama tiga hari dalam seminggu, Senin, Rabu, dan Jumat. Berdasarkan analisis, volume lalu lintas tertinggi yang tercatat sebesar 855 smp/jam (satuan mobil penumpang per jam), dengan kecepatan rata-rata maksimum 29,48 km/jam dan nilai derajat kejenuhan sebesar 0,452. Dengan demikian, tingkat pelayanan ruas Jalan Soekarno-Hatta tergolong Level C

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja biaya dan waktu pada Proyek Rehabilitasi 4 Ruang Kelas SDN Napunglangir dengan menggunakan metode Earned Value (EV). Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, dimana data yang digunakan meliputi Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB), biaya aktual proyek, jadwal proyek, dan laporan mingguan proyek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proyek mengalami variasi dari segi biaya dan waktu, dengan Cost Performance Index (CPI) yang mengindikasikan apakah proyek sesuai anggaran atau melebihi anggaran, dan Schedule Performance Index (SPI) yang mengindikasikan apakah proyek sesuai jadwal atau mengalami keterlambatan. Hasil analisis indikator Earned Value menunjukkan ACWP kumulatif sampai dengan minggu evaluasi sebesar Rp 355.422.382,46, BCWP sebesar Rp 380.831.641,59 dengan progres realisasi sebesar 81 94%, BCWS pada minggu ke-20 sesuai rencana sebesar Rp 464.768.906,02, CV sampai dengan minggu evaluasi sebesar Rp 25.409.259,13, SV sebesar Rp 238.240.541,22, CPI dengan nilai >1 yaitu 1,07, SPI >1 yaitu 2,67. Perkiraan biaya dan waktu untuk menyelesaikan proyek, B-ETC sebesar Rp 78.336.932,23, B-EAC sebesar Rp 433.759.314,70, S-ETC selama 4 minggu, dan S-EAC selama 15 minggu. Analisis ini membantu mengidentifikasi masalah yang muncul selama pelaksanaan proyek dan memberikan solusi untuk pengendalian biaya dan waktu untuk memastikan proyek selesai sesuai rencana
