Abstract

Human resource management (HRM) is an existing management within an organization and is managed in such a way, so that their potential can be developed and can be utilized to achieve predetermined objectives of the organization. Human resource management (HRM) is part of the organizational management focusing on the elements of HR. So the human resource management (HRM) can be grouped into two functions, namely, managerial functions and operational functions. Regarding managerial functions include planning, organizing, directing, and pengendalaian. The function operasinal mencaup subject of procurement, training and development, compensation, integration, and maintenance.

Abstract

It is important to measure the success, the benefits andoutcomes of the implementation of the Working Class Real (KKN)as a form of community service, which is integrated in thecurriculum of higher education, in order to achieve the goals andexpectations for students as a degree candidate, for thecommunity as beneficiaries and for universities as agenciesmandate bearers Tri Darma Higher Education. So in order todesign guidelines as the direction and flow of the implementationof the thematic KKN Based Posdaya this mosque, LPPM taskedto implement the program are supposed barsandar to the basicprinciples and rules - the rules imposed by reference. Referencesinclude Law No. 12 of 2012 on Higher Education andPermendikbud No. 49 Year 2014 on National Standards for HigherEducation, History of corruption, and by adjusting the educationalphilosophy embodied in the mission of institutions, as well as thebasic concepts of movement Posdaya Based mosque becomesthe spirit of community empowerment movement. Abstract

The purpose of this research is testing the relation between religiousness and foster pattern authoritarian with prosocial behavior of adolescents in pesantren. The subjects of this research are 119 teenagers, 14-17 years. This research uses quantitative method. The data collection method uses the scale of psychology are arranged based on variable construct theory of religiousness, authoritarian patterns and prosocial behavior. The data analysis used is regression and partial analysis. Research result indicates there is a relation between religiousness and the more authoritarian pattern with prosocial behavior (Freg = 0,7758; p = 0,001 0,05), and there is a negative relationship between the more authoritarian pattern with prosocial behavior (rpartial = - 0,395; treg = -3,644; p = 0,001

Abstract

Management is a something that is very important for the success of an organization. In fact the core of the management is how to manage and take advantage of all available resources effectively and efficiently to achieve success as expected. SMP Plus Al Mubarak As an educational institution has succeeded in realizing the vision and mission very well. One proof is the students who enroll each year exceeds the amount that has been targeted. The younger generation is educated, or at least affected and receive raw paradigm (worldview) modernization of Europe that led to the westernization (Westernization) which deprive the roots of the scientific tradition and civilization of the East that have a correlation integral Islamic civilization. So in such conditions Said Nursi emerged with its own ideas as an alternative solution to restore civilization of the Turks with the concept of education. For that urgency and relevance of integrating the three major elements of education in modern times can not be negotiable, scientists today should deepen science and religion as well as the scholars must also develop the science of modern science and technology with a bandage Qur'anic morality. Education must prioritize and integrate three main values, namely: spirituality, intellect and morality as well. With so then education becomes a decisive aspect for the progress of human civilization.

Abstract

Abstract

Education through traditional games, in addition to training children to have solidarity, social sensitivity, solidarity harmonious with the surrounding environment, is also one of the efforts to preserve the local wisdom education. Foundation "For you Little", the children of the lower classes are directed through positive education, such as: art, reading, writing, and discussion. USK also maintain and develop the traditional game to preserve the cultural heritage that is loaded this noble message. Sports and traditional games were preserved and developed, among others Gobag Sodor, hopscotch, jacks, Dakon, stilts, Jamuran, Jumpritan, and so forth. Education through traditional games, in addition to training children to have solidarity, social sensitivity, solidarity harmonious with the surrounding environment, is also one of the efforts to preserve the local wisdom education. The pattern of education through play groups have been arguing, inter alia, the low level of understanding of the community at that time about the importance of education outside of school quality, so hopefully with the education of children from an early age that began with vocational education and the arts, will arise the spirit love the culture of the nation and loved the country.

Abstract

Library is one means a place to get information.Today many libraries are still not maximized utilization. This is due to several factors, including the old paradigm that sees the library just as "barn book". Another factor is the lack of knowledge about good library management, lack of interest in reading, limited library collections, lack of facilities and supporting infrastructure, and so forth. The above conditions also appear in the library that are in boarding school. Although general awareness in Indonesian pesantren education institutions about the significance of libraries have started to grow, but generally the management of the boarding school libraries are still not maximized. Pondok Pesantren Darussalam, Blokagung, Tegalsari, Banyuwangi regency as the oldest boarding school inBanyuwangi and one of the largest in Banyuwangi, the number of students more than 5500 people, boarding can be a model for other boarding institution. To improve the quality and speed of access libraries library services should be conducted library training management and implementation of library services and materials based library automation and digital. The training given to the librarian about library management system followed by the application of library automation services. The result has been based on library services and digital automation systems that facilitate services to benefit the library and librarians, libraries and library users.

Abstract

Pada awal mula, agama islam yang dibawa bawa oleh para pedagangGujarat dan China hanya sebatas dianut oleh para pedagang dankeluarganya saja. Namun lambat laun udara islam mulai masuk padarelung social pendudukan pribumi. Mulai dari pendekatan ilmu kesehatan(tabib), kesenian, keperkasaan (adu tarung), dan perkawinan saudagarislam dengan para pribumi.Dari sinilah di Indonesia islam bermula tidak hanya dikenal sebagaiagama yang berisi nilai patuhan kepada Tuhan akan tetapi nilai-nilai social(yang islami) juga mulai diperkenalkan.Dari hasil peleburan dengan budaya Indonesia, hingga sekarangislam mengisi seluruh aspek social Indonesia. Dalam sejarah agama islamdan hal keislamannya memberikan sungbansih yang sangat besarterhadap kemajuan bangsa Indonesia. Tidak terhitung sejak zamankerajaan sampai pasca kemerdekaan tidak terlepas dari peran tokohtokoh muslim yang membawa nilai agama islam.Oleh sebab itu, disini mau melihat pendidikan islam di Indonesia danperkembangnnya mulai sebelum kemerdekaan dan setelah kemerdekaandilihat dari sosio-historisnya. Karena menurut para ahli sejarah,pendidikan islam adalah salah satu penndidikan tertua di Indonesiadengan model yang khas dan menjadi salah satu pendidikan yangdisahkan oleh negara. Hal ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui keberadaansocial-politik bagaimana proses pendidikan islam diakui oleh Negarahingga dapat dirasakan saat ini.

For this reason, there will be a discussionabout the theories of learning, they are behaviourism,cognitivism, and constructivism.
