Hal ini sesuai dengan Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 41 Tahun 2021 tentang Perubahan status IAIN Bengkulu menjadi UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu.

Abstract

Abstract: This research explains the paradigm of textual and contextual hadith. The figure studied is Syuhudi Ismail, who is a hadith figure in Indonesia whose book he wrote is Textual and Contextual Hadith of the Prophet. In understanding a hadith, Syuhudi Ismail does it methodically. First, analyze the text. Second, identifying the historical context for the emergence of hadith. Third, contextualization of hadith. The type of research used in this research is using library methods. The sources used in this writing are Textualist and Contextualist Hadith books as well as other books or articles as supporting material in this research. This research resulted in the conclusion that in understanding hadith, Syuhudi Ismail used a hermeneutic approach which was explained by text-context analysis. In analyzing the context of the hadith, he was also influenced by several hadith figures such as Imam Syihabuddin al-Qarafi and Syah Waliyullah al-Dahlawi. This influence is strengthened by the scientific research work of Syuhudi Ismail which analyzes the thoughts of these two figures.Keywords: Syuhudi Ismail, Hadith paradigm, textual and contextual. Abstrak: Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang paradigma terhadap hadist tekstual dan kontekstual. Tokoh yang diteliti adalah Syuhudi Ismail, yang merupakan tokoh hadist di Indonesia dengan buku yang ditulis yaitu, Hadist Nabi yang Tekstual dan Kontekstual. Dalam memahami sebuah hadist, Syuhudi Ismail melakukannya dengan metode. Pertama, menganalisis teks. Kedua, Mengidentifikasikan konteks historis munculnya hadist. Ketiga, kontekstualisasi hadist. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam riset ini yakni menggunakan metode kepistakaan. Adapun sumber yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah buku Hadist yang Tekstualis dan Kontekstualis serta buku lain atau artikel lain sebagai bahan pendukung dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa dalam memahami hadist, Syuhudi Ismail menggunakan pendekatan hermeneutik yang dijelaskan dengan adanya analisis teks-konteks. Dalam menganalisis konteks dari hadist, ia juga terpengaruh oleh beberapa tokoh hadist seperti Imam Syihabuddin al-Qarafi dan Syah Waliyullah al-Dahlawi. Pengaruh tersebut diperkuat dengan adanya penelitian karya ilmiah dari Syuhudi Ismail yang menganalisis pemikiran kedua tokoh tersebut.Kata kunci: Syuhudi Ismail, Paradigma hadist, tekstual dan kontekstual.

Abstract

Abstract: Humans, countries, religions, politics are parts that are difficult to separate, indeed the four are something of a link that connects one another. In short, to make a country better then of course it starts with a wise leader in attitude. The problem in this research is how political theology views in the Islamic world. The purpose of this study is to describe how the philosophical world of politics in Islam. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods, while the type of this research is library research. The conclusion of this research is that Islamic political theology can be said briefly how the mechanism and state rules are decorated with religious values. The politicians in taking various kinds of policies should be based on the interests of the people, the interests of the people, by the people and for the people. Meanwhile, philosophy is a science that is used to obtain rational truths. In this case it is very important to understand, Islam as the last religion brought by the prophet Muhammad PBUH taught the values of goodness, values of justice, values of caring, values of wisdom, values of beauty, values of togetherness. Equality and human dignity is more important than humans themselves. Islamic political philosophy should color a good lifestyle for politicians in carrying out their duties for the benefit of the people, carrying out the mandate of the people should be based on mature religious values so that later it will have a good impact on society in living as a nation, nation, religion, and community that lives in a country. Keywords: Theology, Philosophy, Islamic Politics. Abstrak: Manusia, negara, agama, politik merupakan bagian-bagian yang sulit untuk dipisahkan yang memang keempatnya merupakan sesuatu pertalian yang mengait antara satu sama lain. Singkat kata untuk menjadikan suatu negara menjadi yang lebih baik maka tentunya diawali dengan pemimpin yang bijak dalam bersikap. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pandangan teologi politik dalam dunia islam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjabarkan bagaimana filsafah dunia politik dalam Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode metode deskriptif kualitatif, sedangkan jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pustaka (Library Research). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Theologi politik Islam dapat dikatakan secara singkat bahwa bagaimana mekanisme dan aturan bernegara ini dihiasi dengan nilai-nilai agama. Para politisi dalam mengambil berbagai macam kebijakkan hendaklah didasari atas kepentingan rakyat, kepentingan dari rakyat, oleh rakyat dan untuk rakyat. Sementara itu, filsafat adalah sebuah ilmu yang digunakan untuk memperoleh kebenaran rasional. Dalam hal ini sangat penting dipahami, Islam sebagai agama yang terakhir dibawa oleh nabi Muhammad Saw telah mengajarkan nilai-nilai kebaikan, nilai-nilai keadilan, nilai-nilai kepedulian, nilai-nilai kearifan, nilai-nilai keindahan, nilai-nilai kebersamaan. Persamaan derajat dan martabat manusia lebih penting dari manusia itu sendiri. Filsafat politik Islam hendaknya mewarnai pola hidup yang baik bagi para politisi dalam menjalankan tugas untuk kepantingan rakyat, mengemban amanah rakyat hendaklah didasari oleh nilai-nilai keberagamaan yang matang sehingga nantinya memberikan dampak yang baik bagi masyarakat dalam hidup bernegara, berbangsa, beragama, bermasyarakat yang hidup di negara.Kata Kunci: Theologi, Filsafat, Politik Islam.

Abstract: Inclusive Theology Nurcholish Madjid (Thought About Religious Pluralism and Liberalism). Interpret the keyword Allah be ‘God’ is conflicting concepts. The question is whether the concept of God that is understood by other religions is the same as the concept of God in Islam? God in Islam, for example, childless and not begotten, whereas the God of the Christian son. God in Islam is only a temporary one  God in Hinduism  there  are three, namely  Brahma,  Vishnu and Shiva, and each  has a different role. If indeed God in Christians, Zoroastrians and others  are  the same, why the Prophet invited them  to Islam or to invite them  to the sentence sawa‘? Kalima sawa  ‘is not a theological compromise, not a common platform,  but monotheism in Islam which  became the teachings of previous  Prophets. Point of similarity is not just believe  in God, but the concept of the oneness of God brought earlier prophets and include Islam. The formulation of the problem in this research: How Nurcholish Madjid Thoughts on Religious Pluralism? And How Nurcholish  Madjid Thinking about  Religion Liberalism? Kind of research is a library (library research). The results  of this study concluded that the views Nurcholish  Madjid, basically pluralistic  society  or the nature  of pluralism,  it is not enough just with the attitude  acknowledge and accept the  fact that  the  society  is pluralistic,  but—more fundamentally—must be  accompanied by a sincere attitude  to accept pluralism  as a positive value and  the  grace  of God to man,  for it would  enrich  the  cultural growth through dynamic interaction and cross-cultural diversity. Pluralism should also not be understood merely as a “goodness negative”  (negative good),  just judging  from  its usefulness to get rid of fanaticism (to  keep fanaticism at bay). Pluralism should  be understood as “a true affinity diversity in the bonds  of civility” (genuine engagement of diversities within the bonds of civility). In fact, pluralism is a necessity for the survival of humanity, among  others,  through  the  mechanism of checks and  balances that result.  The process of liberalization and secularisation which later evolved into isms in view of Cak Nur are efforts to break away from traditional  values. The consequences of this attitude is the emergence of the notion of “personal religious Nodes: piety, resignation, sincere”. Because he let go of traditional values, the exposition does not contain  a new and fresh theory that can be useful as a remedy for the psychological plight of modern man.

Abstract

Abstract: This article discusses how Luqman Al-Hakim is a role model in character building in children. The results of this study indicate that Luqman al-Hakim in the Qur'an is contained in a surah that is attributed to his name. His name is famous because in the Qur'an there are many teachings and advice to his children in their relationship with Allah (vertical interaction), as well as with fellow humans (horizontal interaction). Ahmad Musthafa Al Maraghi also explained that the asbabun nuzul of the revelation of Surah Luqman Al- Hakim was when the Quraish people asked the Prophet Muhammad about the teachings and example of Lukman Al-Hakim to his son and his son's obedience and obedience to his father's teachings. The implications of Islamic educational values contained in Luqman's letter make the formation of an Islamic personality one of the options to protect children as early as possible from negative environmental influences. The formation of a child's personality is in principle an ongoing process. The process will be better and more successful when parents can combine two factors, namely the preparation factor functions as a process of forming a child's personality before he is born into the world (prenatal), and the implementation factor functions as a process of forming a child's personality after he is born, through formal education and non-formal education. To realize the formation of an Islamic personality both personally and socially.Keywords: Luqman Al-Hakim, Surah Luqman, instilling moral values. Abstrak: Artikel ini membahas tentang cara luqman Al-hakim sebagai tauladan dalam pembentukan karakter pada anak.. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Luqman al-Hakim didalam Al-Quran termuat dalam surah yang dinisbatkan kepada namanya. Namanya terkenal sebab didalam Al-Quran banyak ajaran-ajaran dan nasihat-nasihatnya kepada anak nya dalam hubungan dengan Allah (interaksi vertikal), maupun dengan sesama manusia (interaksi horizontal). Ahmad Musthafa Al Maraghi juga menjelaskan bahwa asbabun nuzul turunnya surah Luqman Al-Hakim adalah tatkala kaum Quraish bertanya kepada Nabi Muhammad mengenai ajaran dan teladan Lukman Al-Hakim kepada anaknya dan kepatuhan dan ketaatan anaknya kepada ajaran ayahnya. Implikasi nilai-nilai pedidikan Islam yang terkandung dalam surat Luqman tersebut, menjadikan pembentukan kepribdian yang Islami sebagai salah satu pilihan guna membentengi anak sedini mungkin dari pengaruh lingkungan yang negatif. Pembentukan kepribadian anak pada prinsipnya merupakan proses yang berkelanjutan. Proses tersebut akan lebih baik dan berhasil manakala para orang tua dapat mengkombinasikan dua faktor, yaitu faktor persiapan berfungsi sebagai proses pembentukan kepribadian anak sebelum ia lahir di dunia (prenatal), dan faktor pelaksaan berfungsi sebagai proses pembentukan kepribadian anak setelah ia lahir,melalui pendidikan formal dan pendidikan nonformal. Untuk merealisasikan pembentukan kepribadian yang islami baik secara personal maupun sosial.Kata kunci: Luqman Al-Hakim, Surah Luqman, penanaman nilai akhlak.

Abstract

Abstract: The Effect of Education Level and Religious Understanding on the Level of Community Religious Practices in Nusuk Village, Kaur Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of education level on community religious practice in Nusuk Village, Kaur Regency; To determine the effect of religious understanding on community religious practice in Nusuk Village, Kaur Regency; To find out the influence between the level of education and religious understanding on the level of community religious practice in Nusuk Village, Kaur Regency. This type of research is classified as field research with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it is known that there is a significant influence between the level of education with community religious practice in Nusuk Village, Kaur Regency. This is evidenced from the results of the analysis obtained that the t-count> from the t-table, namely t-count of 4.362 while the t-table of 2,000.There is a significant influence between religious understanding with community religious practice in Nusuk Village Kaur Regency. This is evidenced from the analysis results obtained t-count> t-table, namely t-count of 5.583 and t-table of 2,000.There is a significant influence between the level of education and religious understanding of the level of religious practice of the community in Nusuk Village Kaur District. This is evidenced from the results of the analysis obtained by F-count of 42.937 with f-table of 3.11. This means that F-count> f-table (42.937> 3.11). Keywords: Level of education, religious understanding, and religious practice.

Abstract: Background This study is a radical  ideology  as a basis  for the  alleged  terror  bombing. Indonesia makes this ideology as it feared  more  widespread. Kepahiang District participated prevent  this ideology does not  escalate. Formulation of the  problem in this research is: How Bakor  Pakem efforts  in preventing the development potential of radicalism in the District Kepahiang?.  This study examined the potential radicalism in Kepahiang and  preventive  measures by Bakor  Pakem. This type  of study  is a qualitative  research with descriptive and  analytical  nature. The  study  found  that  there  is a potential Kepahiang District of religious radicalism. Some  residents Kepahiang is a member of the  organization Hizb ut-Tahrir Indonesia (HTI), the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI) and the former followers of the Movement Fajar Nusantara (Gafatar).  While in Kepahiang yet these organizations.Preventive measures that do Bakor Pakem are: first, to collect information that will be members of Bakor Pakem ranging from intelligence work by the police (Police) and the Indonesian Military (Kodim and  Koramil). Second, the monthly  reports  submitted by the Office of National and  Political Unity government Kepahiang District. The third discussion meeting held  as chairman of the  State  Attorney Bakor Bakor Pakem Pakem with members. Fourth. Prevention is done by each agency and organization Bakor Pakem corresponding basic  tasks and functions  of each.  The Police with intelligence work and guidance of the community, the military intelligence and  guidance of an integrated, the Ministry of Religious Affairs with public  education, the  Indonesian Ulema  Council  with public  education, the  Forum  for Religious Harmony (FKUB) with coordination and communication between religious communities and socialize together involve berbegai elements of society, And the declaration of refusal schools  of ISIS and  radicalism involving various organizations and educational institutions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the implementation of Dui „Panaik in Bugis traditional wedding and to analyze it from the perspective of Islamic law in Riak Siabun 1 Village, Sukaraja sub-district of Seluma. This research is a field research that means the data collention was conducted directly in the field, in order to support this kind of reasearch which also in the form of descriptive qualitative study. Then, the data collecting techniques used are: observation, documentation, interview. The finding of this study showed that the implementation of Dui „Panaik in the Bugis traditional wedding takes place after the acceptance of the proposal, starting from the review (Mammanu‟manu‟), proposal appointment (Massuro, Madduta), acceptance of the proposal (Mappetu „Ada), and the passing on of Dui „Panaik by preparing the brideprice at the groom‟s house which is covered with a double-stranded white cloth, tied around the neck of one of the men who still has a close relationship or family status. The result of the study of Dui „Panaik in the perspective of Islamic law is that in Islamic law only dictates the groom to pay the dowry, it is also advisable to the bride not to ask for excessive wedding gift. Islam also does not regulate nor prohibit the provisions of Dui „Panaik in Bugis traditional marriage because there is no explicit proof, but the most essential thing is that giving Du‟i‟ Panaik does not oppose with shari‟ah, because the determination of Dui „Panaik has no element of compul- sion because it is done by deliberation and has become a good habit („Urf Shahih), which is a custom that is maintained by the society, and as long as it is not againts with aqidah and shari‟ah then it is permitted, as in the rule of fiqhiyah.

Abstract

Abstract: The Concept Ofwilayatal-Faqih In The System Of Shia Imami. This article discusses the concept of wilayatal-Faqih in the system  of Shia Imamia and  its implementation in the state  leadership. Research type used  is library research and the method used  in this research is qualitative descriptive. From the results of this study found that in view of the Shi’a Imami, there is a strong link between the concept of Imamat and Wilayatal- Faqih concept. Both are the successor to the prophetic mission of religion in order to preserve and manage the affairs of the world. If the imam  is obliged  to guide people after the end of the “cycle of revelation,”  meaning after the death of the Prophet, then the duty of faqih is to guide people after the end of “Imamate cycle”. The differences between Imam  and al-faqih are; if the imam  are Ma’shum (avoid from sin), while the faqih does not ma’shum or have other  special  attributes similar to those  of the Imam.  But Al-Faqih has a position  in the state  if the executive and  judicial powers are in Wilayatal-faqih  who  perform  the function  as representative of the imam,  the legislative power  belongs  fully to God. Therefore,  governments in the wilayatAl-Faqih also be referred to as “the law of God’s rule over man”.  Parliament is required to draw  up programs for various ministries based on the teachings of Islam and determine the form of government services  across  the country. Thus, in the system of Wilayahal-Faqih, the scholars of al-faqih has a position, both as the guardian, interpreter and executor of the laws of God.

Abstract

Abstract: : This study aims to examine the philosophical meaning of the title Haji from the socio-cultural perspective of Indonesian society. The title Haji not only represents success in fulfilling the fifth pillar of Islam, but also contains symbolic values influenced by local social and cultural constructions. This study uses a qualitative approach with a library study method, which focuses on various analyses of literature, scientific journals, Islamic books, and relevant anthropological and sociological works. The results of the study indicate that the title Haji has a philosophical meaning as a symbol of spiritual transformation, an existential journey towards piety, and a manifestation of total submission to God. In the Indonesian sociocultural context, this title is also understood as a marker of high social status, honor, and religious identity. Society places greater value on the holder of the title Haji, and forms moral and social expectations for their behavior. In addition, the meaning of this title is enriched through local traditions such as thanksgiving, the conferment of the title, and other symbolic honors. The research findings from this study are that the title Haji in Indonesia is not simply a sign of successful worship, but is a multidimensional symbol that reflects the combination of Islamic spiritual values and local cultural traditions. This shows that religious practices cannot be separated from the socio-cultural context that surrounds them.Keywords: The Hajj Title, Philosophical and Socio-Cultural Meaning.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji makna filosofis gelar Haji dalam perspektif sosial budaya mmasyarakat Indonesia. Gelar Haji tidak hanya merepresentasikan keberhasilan dalam menunaikan rukun Islam kelima, tetapi juga mengandung nilai-nilai simbolik yang dipengaruhi oleh konstruksi sosial dan budaya lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka, yang berfokus pada analisis berbagai literatur, jurnal ilmiah, buku-buku keislaman, serta karyakarya antropologi dan sosiologi yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa gelar Haji memiliki makna filosofis sebagai simbol transformasi spiritual, perjalanan eksistensial menuju kesalehan, serta wujud kepasrahan total kepada Tuhan. Dalam konteks sosial budaya Indonesia, gelar ini juga dipahami sebagai penanda status sosial, kehormatan, dan identitas keagamaan yang tinggi. Mmasyarakat memberi nilai lebih kepada pemilik gelar Haji, serta membentuk ekspektasi moral dan sosial terhadap perilaku mereka. Selain itu, makna gelar ini diperkaya melalui tradisi-tradisi lokal seperti selamatan, penyematan gelar, dan penghormatan simbolik lainnya. Hasil penelitian dari studi ini adalah bahwa gelar Haji di Indonesia bukan sekadar tanda keberhasilan ibadah, tetapi merupakan simbol multidimensional yang mencerminkan perpaduan antara nilai-nilai spiritual Islam dan tradisi budaya lokal. Abstract

Diversity is an inevitability and a phenomenon that cannot be ignored.  Diversity creates its own challenges, including diversity and differences in beliefs. Religion is a very sensitive belief and often touches the emotional dimension of individuals. When these differences are not managed wisely, they will easily trigger conflict, becoming the root of divisions including state and family relations.  This research was carried out using a qualitative literature study method which aims to describe and analyze how moderate attitudes are needed in national life and the phenomenon of various beliefs in a family. As a result of research, a moderate attitude in responding to diversity is needed. And when a multi-religious family is able to prove that diverse beliefs are not the root of division, then that family deserves to be an example.
