Abstract

Abstract: Moral contains two different aspects, namely the inner aspect (conscience) and the outer aspect. A good person is a person who has a good mental attitude and does good deeds as well. Moral can be measured accurately if there is a match or balance between the inner and outer aspects. However, moral norms are born not because of personal interest or a group of people. Moral norms do not benefit a person or group of people. Moral norms are born because of awareness and longing for a better, safe, peaceful and harmonious life. As for the formulation of the problem in this paper, how are the descriptions and benchmarks in moral studies? While the purpose of this paper is to identify, describe and analyze benchmarks in moral studies. The research method in this research uses literature review. The conclusion of this study is that Moral contains two different aspects, namely the inner (conscience) and the outer aspects. Abstrak: Moral memuat dua segi yang berbeda, yakni segi batiniah (suara hati) dan segi lahiriah. Orang yang baik adalah orang yang memiliki sikap batin yang baik dan melakukan perbuatan-perbuatan yang baik pula. Moral dapat diukur secara tepat apabila adanya kesesuaian atau keseimbangan antara segi batiniah dan lahiriah. Bagaimanapun norma moral lahir bukan karena kepentingan pribadi atau sekelompok orang. Norma moral tidaklah menguntungkan seseorang atau sekelompok orang. Norma moral lahir karena kesadaran dan kerinduan akan hidup yang lebih baik, aman tenteram dan harmonis. Adapun yang menjadi rumusan masalah dalam tulisan ini adalah bagaimana deskripsi dan tolok ukur dalam kajian moral? Sedangkan tujuan dari tulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui, mendeskripsi dan menganalisis tolok ukur dalam kajian moral. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kajian pustaka. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Moral memuat dua segi yang berbeda, yakni segi batiniah (suara hati) dan segi lahiriah. Orang yang baik adalah orang yang memiliki sikap batin yang baik dan melakukan perbuatan-perbuatan yang baik pula. Moral dapat diukur secara tepat apabila adanya kesesuaian atau keseimbangan antara segi batiniah dan lahiriah. Bagaimanapun norma moral lahir bukan karena kepentingan pribadi atau sekelompok orang. Abstract

The problem in this research is 1. how is the independence and sovereignty  of the people according to Mohammad Hatta? 2. How is the independence and sovereignty  of the people in the perspective of Islam?3. How is the  independence and  sovereignty  of the  people according to Mohammad Hatta and  the  Islamic perspective?. To answer the problem of research above  is done  library research (library research), by using qualitative descriptive approach. The model of this research is the research of character thinking. Independence and People’s  Sovereignty In Perspective Mohammad Hatta And Islam is a study that uses qualitative-inductive methods. Results  of research on Independence and  People’s  Sovereignty  In Perspective Mohammad Hatta And Islam, Declaring 1) Independence according to Mohammad Hatta that eliminates all forms of colonization of a nation.  While the sovereignty  of the people in his view, the ultimate  power  lies in the people so that the position  of the  people together with the  king, it can  be realized  by way of education for the  people so that people are aware of the sovereignty and will never disarm their own sovereignty, and with a clever community there  will be no group that can  disarm  the people’s sovereignty.  2) Independence in the Islamic concept of self-liberation  from ignorance, apostasy and tyranny of the ruler. While the sovereignty  of the people in Islam that  sovereignty  lies only belonging  to God alone,  but in this case  the  people also  have  sovereignty  which sovereignty  is a deposit from God, through  the sovereignty  of the people that humans are entitled  to choose their representatives in leading  the State in order  to obtain  welfare  for the community itself. 3) Mohammad Hatta’s concept of freedom and sovereignty  of the people has a harmony with the concept of Islam related to independence at its core called independence, namely the escape of the good colony in the form of apostasy, ignorance and kezhaliman of the ruler. While the sovereignty of the people is just different from the way to see the nature  of the owner  of power, because in the concept of Islam the real power  in a State is God. While the Sovereignty of the Community is a reflection  of the power  idof God.

Abstract

Abstract: Philosophical Meanings of Mayang Twins in a Javanese Traditional Marriage Ritual in Kungkai Baru Village, Air Periukan Subdistrict, Seluma Regency. Javanese traditional wedding ceremony has a predetermined procedure. As well as one of the most important parts of Javanese traditional wedding ceremonies that is calling the bride or gathering manten. This ceremony is a ceremony when the bridegroom and bride meet, which is held at the bride's residence. This ceremony was held after the qobul consent procession was completed. In the procession of the manten gathering ceremony included various symbols that are full of meaning. One of the symbols used in this manten temon ceremony is the twin Mayang. Mayang twins are often called megar mayang or gagar mayang is one of the elements found in traditional Javanese ceremonies, in the form of flowers arranged together using fungi and leaves. Mayang twins has become a community tradition. This research uses library research method, where the authors collect data based on existing literacy. The problem formulation in this research is how is the philosophical meaning contained in the Mayang twin symbol in Kungkai Baru Village, Air Periukan Kaba District, Seluma District? The expected goal in this research is to find out the meaning of the twin mayang symbol at a traditional marriage ceremony, especially in the Kungkai Baru Village, Air Periukan Subdistrict, Seluma District, in addition, so that the community does not only know the inclusion of Mayang twins in Javanese traditional wedding ceremonies but also knows the meaning contained in symbols on the Mayang twins.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was  motivated by the  reality on the  ground  that there  was  a traditional  ceremony in Rejang tribe “Punjung Nasi Sawo”. The Rsearcher assumed that this tradition had a religious or moral message. The formulation of the problem in this study was what the symbolic meaning contained from the “Punjung Nasi Sawo” at the wedding of Rejang tribe in Batiknau  district of North Bengkulu,  what the ethical was contained in the procession of Punjung  Nasi Sawo at the wedding of Rejang tribe in Batiknau  district of North Bengkulu and how the manufacturing process and materials used  in presenting the “Punjung  Nasi Sawo”. This research had the goal was  to determined and  analyzed  the symbolic  meaning contained from the “Punjung  Nasi Sawo” at the wedding of Rejang tribe in Batiknau  district of North Bengkulu, to analyze the meaning of ethical contained in procession of “Punjung Nasi Sawo” at the wedding of Rejang tribe in Batiknau district of North Bengkulu and to determine and  analyze  the manufacturing process and  materials used  in the presentation of the “Punjung Nasi Sawo”?.  To obtained information on  the  ground,  the  researcher used  a  type  of field research with  a qualitative  approach. Based  on the results  of the study “Punjung  Nasi Sawo” on the Marriage Event of Rejang tribe in Batiknau district of North Bengkulu revealed that the activity was performed at the time of Raja Penghulu Consensus (madeak kutai),  the event  was attended by community leaders that consists  of traditional  leaders, religious  leaders, government of the  village and  the  general  public.  The activity of Raja Penghulu Consensus (madeak kutai)  included several  items  of rejang  tribe, one  of them  was  “Punjung  Nasi Sawo” and  the  event was held in the outdoors (taruf). Besides, these activities showed that the implementation of the Raja Penghulu Consensus (madeak kutai) which included one of rejang tribe “Punjung Nasi Sawo” that had some moral values, ethical,  social, anthropology and religion. In addition,  Punjung  Nasi Sawo symbolized as a noble  hope  against both  the bride  and  groom,  as a form of guarantee, as a form of application for license to community leaders, religious leaders and the surrounding communities and to establish with nurture event Silahturahim rope. This is in accordance with the customary slogan of Rejang tribe “ adat bersendikan syara’’, syara’ bersendikan kitab Allah. It means that the culture  remains preserved all relied on the law and the provisions of Islamic Sharia.

Abstract

Character education is very important in educating each individual to become a human being with good character and noble character. Today we see many people who have taken a very high education but do not have noble morals, so they often do things that have been prohibited by religion. The focus of this research is to explore the thoughts and opinions of Muhammad Athiyyah Al-Abrasyi regarding character education in the realm of Islamic teaching. This research applies the library research method, by collecting data through books, journals, articles, and various literatures relevant to the object of research, especially the writings of Muhammad Athiyyah Al-Abrasyi. The results showed that character education according to Muhammad Athiyah Al-Abrasyi is started by instilling character education since humans are at an early age or when they are in childhood, also emphasizing on harmonizing traditional Islamic education with the times or modernizing the Islamic teaching system. Muhammad Athiyah Al-Abrasyi also requires the importance of balance between ukhrawi and worldly actions, so as to create Islamic humans who are civilized, ethical, moral, and have qualified abilities in carrying out their daily lives.

Abstract

Abstract: The Concept of Alms in the Perspective of Da'wah Philosophy (A Case Study of Yusuf Mansur's Alms Concept). Human life that is increasingly complex makes humans have to be able to adapt to existing developments, work together to achieve a happy life in the world and the hereafter. This goal will be easily achieved when humans have a social movement that is in accordance with Islamic religious law. Likewise, in preaching Islam without innovation, a movement will find it difficult to achieve the mission of Islamic teachings. The mission of the teachings of Islam itself is to be a bearer of grace for the whole world. This research is library research, because the objects of study are related to literature. how the concept of alms is carried out by Yusuf Mansur, the researcher concludes that the alms carried out by Yusuf Mansur is the concept of alms in a contemporary way, he invites alms with real reality because it is based on his direct experience which is proven or other people who have direct experience. In addition, Yusuf Mansur's invitation to give alms is based on the basis of the Qur'an, Hadith and scholars' where Yusuf Mansur's alms preaching is in accordance with the context and contemporary da'wah. We can see from Yusuf Mansur's opinion that Yusuf Mansur, that alms is a practice that can get the pleasure of Allah Ta'ala. Yusuf Mansur said that alms are giving something from one person to another with earnest expectations of Allah's pleasure which is carried out spontaneously and voluntarily. That by giving charity can bring God's forgiveness, remove sins, and get God's help. So when we have many sins, we can give charity to remove them. And when we need help from Allah for something, then give charity. While charity can make people continue to do it because they are happy to do it. Practice one! After istiqomah, add it to 2, add it again to 3, continue to practice other sunnahs, then istiqomah. And that alms is one of the keys to open the door for prayer to be granted. So after giving charity, just ask Allah. Keywords: Philosophy of Da'wah, Method of Da'wah, Alms. Abstrak: Konsep Sedekah dalam Perspektif Filsafat Dakwah (Studi Kasus Konsep Sedekah Yusuf Mansur). Kehidupan manusia yang semakin komplek membuat manusia harus mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan perkembangan yang ada, saling bekerjasama untuk mencapai hidup bahagia dunia dan akhirat. Tujuan itu akan mudah tercapai manakala manusia itu punya suatu gerakan sosial yang sesuai dengan syariat agama Islam. Begitu pula dalam berdakwah Islam tanpa adanya inovasi suatu gerakan akan terasa sulit untuk mencapai misi ajaran Islam. Misi ajaran Islam itu sendiri adalah sebagai pembawa rahmat bagi seluruh alam1Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pustaka (library research), karena objek-objek kajiannya ialah hal yang berhubungan dengan literaturliteratur kepustakaan. bagaimana konsep sedekah yang dilakukan oleh Yusuf Mansur, maka peneliti berkesimpulan bahwa sedekah yang dilakukan oleh Yusuf Mansur adalah konsep sedekah dengan cara kekinian, ia mengajak sedekah dengan realitas yang nyata karena berdasarkan pada pengalaman ia langsung yang terbukti atau orang lain yang punya pengalaman langsung. Selain itu ajakan Yusuf Mansur bersedekah berdasarkan landasan al-Qur’an, Hadits dan ulama’ yang mana dakwah sedekah Yusuf Mansur sesuai dengan konteks dan dakwah kontemporer.Hal itu kita bisa lihat dari pendapat Yusuf Mansur bahwa Yusuf Mansur, bahwa sedekah merupakan amalan yang bisa mendapatkan ridha Allah Ta’ala.Yusuf Mansur mengatakan bahwa sedekah merupakan pemberian sesuatu dari seseorang terhadap orang lain dengan sungguh-sungguh mengharapkan keridhaan Allah Swt yang dijalankandengan spontan serta sukarela. Bahwa dengan bersedekah bisa mendatangkan ampunan Allah, menghapus dosa, serta mendapatkan pertolongan Allah. Jadi ketika kita banyak dosa dapat dengan cara bersedekah menghapusnya. Dan ketika kita butuh pertolongan kepada Allah akan sesuatu, maka bersedekahlah. Sedangkan sedekah itu bisa membuat orang terus menerus melakukannya karena bahagia melakukannya. Amalakan satu! Setelah istiqomah, tambahkan menjadi 2, tambah lagi jadi 3, terus amalkan sunnah-sunnah yang lain, selanjutnya istiqomahkan. Serta sedekah itu adalah salah satu kunci membuka pintu dikabulkannya do’a. Sehingga setelah bersedekah, tinggal mintanya saja sama Allah. Kata Kunci: Filsafat Dakwah, Metode dakwah, Sedekah.

Abstract

Abstract: The background of this research on the method of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) in the guidance and  supervision of religious  sect  in Seluma.  This study  uses  qualitative  research methods to understand the phenomenon of what  is experienced by research subjects. Data collection techniques used  were  interviews, observation and  documentation. The usefulness of this study to determine the  strategy  of the  clergy Indonesia (MUI) in coaching religious sect in Seluma. These results indicate that the method of the Indonesian Ulema Council Seluma in supervising and coaching the development of religious beliefs, which heretical, after the authors analyzed data that had writers in the field can get the authors conclude that the Indonesian Ulema Council Seluma  have a good strategy  in anticipation of the growing cult. Indonesian Ulema  Council Seluma  have  a clear  program and running  properly,  exercise direct  supervision of the study groups  that exist in Seluma  conduct control  directly or indirectly the process of learning and books  are taught in school,  the board  is very controlling institutions  da’wah Seluma,  socialize orally about  the criteria the religious to the community, socialize criteria heretical sects through books  and bulletins,  conduct a seminar on Islamic teachings, controlling  directly pratek  shamanic society, have data on the cult and spreading, making the community as a partner and in the line of duty, when the Indonesian Ulema  Council  Seluma  received reports  from the  public  both  groups  and  individuals  about  the  existence of a cult environment of citizens  of the  Indonesian Ulema  Council Seluma  immediately held  observation to further investigate if it is true then the Majelis Ulama Indonesia Seluma advises leadership and encourage the flow back to the beaten path, if they do not want it to be handed over to the law enforcement authorities. The authors conclude that the board  of the Indonesian Ulema Council Seluma  own srtategi well in anticipation of the development of heretical sects but not maximized. In the implementation of the Indonesian Ulema Council committee Seluma also carry out their duties by the Qur’an and the Sunnah  of the Prophet the board of the Indonesian Ulema Council has full responsibility to anticipate the growth of religious denominations and passed a fatwa to Muslims.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to discuss modern-era Stoicism and its relevance to Islamic teachings. Through Research Library this, the author uses a cognitive psychology approach and a philosophical approach model on actual problems, as well as using methods Content Analysis . The results of this study show that the concept of modern-era Stoicism is very relevant to the moderncontemporary century and there are several similar relationships, namely self-control and emotion. This research concludes that Apatheia from modern-era Stoicism and Tawasudh (Zuhud) from Islam meet at the same estuary namely the need to control oneself and emotions in humans in accepting and dealing with every problem of life in front of him.Keywords: Stoicim, Modern-Era, Islamic Teachings.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas Stoikisme era modern dan relevnasinya dengan ajaran-ajaran Islam. Melalui Library Research ini, penulis menggunakan pendekatan psikologi kognitif dan model pendekatan filosofis mengenai masalah aktual, serta menggunakan metode Content Analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsep Stoikisme era modern sangat relevan dengan abad modern-kontemporer dan terdapat beberapa hubungan yang sama, yaitu kendali diri dan emosi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Apatheia dari Stoikisme era modern dan Tawasudh (Zuhud) dari Islam bertemu di muara yang sama yaitu perlunya mengendalikan diri dan emosi pada manusia dalam menerima dan menghadapi setiap problematika kehidupan di hadapannya.Kata Kunci: Stoikisme, Era Modern, Ajaran Islam.

Abstract

The problem discussed in this thesis is how the strategy of PAI clusters teacher in preventing the spread of radicalism in MAN 1 of Bengkulu City, and its supporting and inhibiting factors. The purpose of this study intends to describe the strategy of PAI teacher teachers in preventing the spread of radicalism in Madrasah AliyahNegeri1 Bengkulu  city, describing the  supporting factors  and  obstacles of PAI teachers in preventing the  spread of radicalism in Madrasah AliyahNegeri 1 Bengkulu  City. The method used  is descriptive qualitative  with the type of field research (field research). Data collection techniques: observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis  techniques: data  reduction, data  display  and  conclusion. The result  of the  research shows  that  the strategy of PAI teacher in preventing the spread of radicalism in MAN 1 is divided into two types: the strategy in the learning process in the classroom by using the active learning method and the Qur’an method of learning,  and the process Learning outside the classroom is: by holding various religious activities, forming a team  of worship in school, in cooperation with the police such as Sat. Bintal, and Sat. Binmas, in cooperation with the provincial kemenag, held  workshops and  religious socialization in schools.  Supporting  factors  in the implementation of prevention strategies of the  spread of radicalism in schools  is a sufficient  means of infrastructure both  from learning  resources, the  allocation of study time  and  teachers of the  PAI family. Inhibiting factors  are  misuse of informatics (IT) technology by students, the absence of special  programs in preventing the school’s  radical hazards, the lack of parental support for school policies, the lack of cooperation between schools with guardians, teachers with guardians, and the lack of Cooperation among  teachers.

Abstract : This study aims to describe and analyze the concept of the soul in Ibn Sab’īn’s philosophical–mystical work Budd al-‘Ārif, to examine the factors shaping its philosophical construction, and to assess its relevance to contemporary issues. Employing a philosophicalhermeneutic approach, the research analyzes the primary Arabic texts Budd al-‘Ārif and al-Masā’il Saqāliyya, supported by secondary literature in Islamic philosophy and Sufism. Data analysis techniques include: (1) textual content and interpretive analysis, (2) comparative study with classical thinkers (e.g., Ibn Sīnā, al-Fārābī, and Ibn ‘Arabī), and (3) philosophical interpretation within ontological and epistemological frameworks. Findings reveal that Ibn Sab’īn conceives the soul (nafs) as a pure spiritual substance with its own ontological status, structured hierarchically into vegetal (nabātīyah), animal (hayawānīyah), rational (nāṭiqah), philosophical-wisdom (ḥikmīyah), and prophetic (nabawīyah) levels. Its ontological basis is rooted in the doctrine of the Absolute Unity (alWāḥidah al-Muṭlaqah), rendering his soul-concept an integral synthesis of metaphysical, epistemic, and existential dimensions. The primary influences are the Sufi-philosophical tradition and PeripateticNeoPlatonic heritage. Implications indicate that Ibn Sab’īn’s soul-concept offers an alternative framework for understanding human existence amid modern challenges—such as identity crises, spiritual voids, and science-religion dialogues—by emphasizing the absolute unity between the human soul and divine reality. Diskusi mengenai jiwa tidak hanya menjadi medan perdebatan antara para filsuf dan teolog, tetapi juga menjadi topik sentral dalam perkembangan tasawuf falsafi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis konsep jiwa menurut pemikiran Ibnu Sab’īn dalam karya Budd al-‘Ārif, mendalami faktorfaktor yang melahirkan konstruksi filosofisnya, serta menelaah relevansinya terhadap problematika kontemporer. Pendekatan hermeneutik-filosofis dipilih untuk menggali makna simbolik dan struktur logis teks, dengan sumber data primer berupa edisi Arab Budd al-‘Ārif karya Ibnu Sab’īn dan al-Masā’il Saqāliyya, serta sumber sekunder dari literatur filsafat dan tasawuf. Teknik analisis meliputi: (1) analisis isi dan interpretasi teks, (2) komparasi pemikiran dengan tokoh-tokoh klasik (seperti Ibn Sīnā, al-Fārābī, dan Ibn ‘Arabī), dan (3) interpretasi filosofis dalam kerangka ontologis dan epistemologis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ibnu Sab’īn memandang jiwa (nafs) sebagai substansi ruhāni murni yang berdiri sendiri, terstruktur dalam hierarki: nafs nabātīyah, hayawānīyah, nāṭiqah, ḥikmīyah, dan nabawīyah. Basis ontologisnya berakar pada doktrin al-Wāḥidah al-Muṭlaqah, sehingga konsepsi jiwanya bersifat integral, menggabungkan dimensi metafisik, epistemik, dan eksistensial. Faktor utama pembentukannya adalah tradisi tasawuf falsafī dan warisan pemikiran Peripatetik-NeoPlatonik. Implikasinya, konsep jiwa Ibnu Sab’īn memberikan kerangka alternatif untuk memahami eksistensi manusia dalam menghadapi tantangan modern, dan dialog sains-agama—karena menekankan kesatuan mutlak antara jiwa manusia dan realitas ilahi.Kata kunci: Ibn Sab’īn; konsep jiwa; Budd al-‘Ārif; hermeneutik
