Abstract

Organizational success has often been narrowly defined by financial targets and performance indicators, yet sustainable achievement requires a broader focus on organizational health. This study aims to explore how organizational health is conceptualized and practiced holistically within organizations, particularly across four dimensions: leadership, organizational culture, employee well-being, and psychological safety. Using a qualitative multiple case study design, data were collected through semi-structured interviews, focus group discussions, and document analysis from selected organizations in Indonesia. Thematic analysis was applied to identify recurring patterns and generate cross-case themes. The findings reveal that leadership serves as the cornerstone of organizational health, with supportive and empathetic behaviors fostering trust, engagement, and motivation. Organizational culture provides the collective framework, where collaboration and inclusivity translate health-related values into daily practices. Employee well-being is widely recognized but often constrained by workload pressures and policy–practice gaps, while psychological safety emerges as the critical enabler that transforms engagement into innovation and sustainable productivity. The study concludes that organizational health is a multidimensional construct achieved when leadership, culture, well-being, and psychological safety are aligned and mutually reinforcing. This holistic integration allows organizations to move beyond targets toward resilience, adaptability, and long-term performance.

Abstract

Working capital management is a critical aspect that determines the sustainability and performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study aims to analyze working capital management practices and their impact on MSME performance through a qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with business owners, observations, and analysis of simple financial documents. The study findings revealed that most MSMEs face obstacles in working capital management, particularly related to irregular cash flow, accumulating receivables, and suboptimal inventory management. Informal practices and a lack of systematic planning are the main causes of working capital inefficiency. However, the study also found that MSMEs that disciplinedly apply basic working capital management principles—such as receivables control, inventory rotation, and regular cash monitoring—demonstrated more stable business performance. These results align with various previous studies that confirm a positive relationship between working capital efficiency and increased MSME profitability. This study concludes that improving managerial capacity through financial literacy and supporting access to financing are key to optimizing MSME working capital management. The implications of this research not only provide academic contributions in understanding the challenges of working capital management at the MSME level, but also offer practical recommendations for business actors and policy makers in increasing the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Industry 5.0 in driving the transformation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)-based talent management in national energy companies. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study strategy, through in-depth interviews, observations, and analysis of company documents related to HR policies and sustainability reports. The results show that Industry 5.0 contributes to building a more personalized, adaptive, and human-centered talent management system supported by intelligent technologies such as AI and big data. The integration of ESG in talent management further strengthens company sustainability, increases competitiveness, and builds employee loyalty. Despite challenges such as employee resistance, initial investment costs, and gaps in ESG understanding, strategic opportunities in the form of developing smart HR systems and data analytics are potential solutions. This study emphasizes the novelty of the integration of Industry 5.0, ESG, and talent management as a strategic framework for HR development in the national energy sector.

ChatGPT is an AI-based language model that provides fast, flexible, and interactive access to information, and has the potential to increase learning effectiveness. The method used is a quantitative approach with a questionnaire data collection technique for 40 students. The results of the regression analysis show that the use of ChatGPT has a significant effect on student learning motivation, with a significance value of 0.014 (<0.05). The coefficient of determination of 0.150 indicates that 15% of the variation in learning motivation can be explained by the use of ChatGPT, while the remaining 85% is influenced by other factors. These findings emphasize the importance of using ChatGPT wisely as a learning tool that can support student learning motivation in the digital era.
