Abstract

This study aims to determine the potrait of career development and motivation on the performance of Team Leaders in Online Account Opening at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk in Tangerang. This research employs a quantitative method. The population in this study consisted of all Team Leaders of online account opening, with a sample of 74 respondents. The data analysis techniques used were simple and multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results show that career development has a significant effect on employee performance, with the simple linear regression equation Y = 10.472 + 0.795X1. The correlation coefficient value between career development and performance is 0.767, indicating a strong relationship, with a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.589. Hypothesis testing indicates that tcount > ttable (10.152 > 1.99346), so H₀₁ is rejected and H₁ is accepted. Motivation also significantly influences performance with the simple linear regression equation Y = 7.702 + 0.823X2. The correlation coefficient value is 0.800 with an R Square of 0.640. The tcount = 11.304 > 1.99346, meaning H₀₂ is rejected and H₂ is accepted. Simultaneously, career development and motivation significantly affect performance with the multiple linear regression equation Y = 3.855 + 0.403X1 + 0.528X2. The correlation coefficient value of 0.862 indicates a very strong relationship, with an R Square of 0.700 or 70%. The F-test shows that Fcount > Ftable (86.313 > 3.126), thus H₀₃ is rejected and H₃ is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that career development and motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Team Leaders in Online Account Opening at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk in Tangerang.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of career development and motivation on employee performance at PT Adhi Commuter Property Cisauk Point. The research method used is quantitative, with a population of 53 employees. The data analysis techniques applied include validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t-test, and F-test.The results of the analysis show that the multiple regression equation is Y = 3.964 + 0.368 X1 + 0.546 X2. The correlation coefficient between career development and motivation variables is 0.948, indicating a very strong relationship. The coefficient of determination is 0.898, meaning that career development and motivation influence employee performance by 89.8%, while the remaining 10.2% is affected by other factors.Based on the t-test hypothesis, the career development variable has a t-value of 2.780 ≥ t-table 2.00758 and a significance level of 0.008 ≤ 0.05. The motivation variable has a t-value of 3.985 ≥ t-table 2.00758 and a significance level of 0.001 ≤ 0.05. This indicates that both career development and motivation have a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance.The F-test results show an F-value of 220.048 ≥ F-table 3.183 and a significance level of 0.001 ≤ 0.05, which means that career development and motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of non-physical work environment and communication on employee performance at Tangerang City Hospital. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula and obtained a sample of 83 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient and hypothesis test. The results of this study are that the non-physical work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 15.862 + 0.592X1, a correlation coefficient of 0.622 with a determination coefficient of 38.7% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (7.153 > 1.990). Communication has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 12.600 + 0.680X2, a correlation coefficient of 0.712 with a determination coefficient of 50.7% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (9.121 > 1.990). Non- physical work environment and communication simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 8.174 + 0.293X1+ 0.505X2. The correlation coefficient value is 0.754 and the determination coefficient is 56.8% while the remaining 43.2% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the calculated F value > F table or (52.680 > 2.720).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how the Influence of Compensation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT PE Plus Indonesia. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique with a sample of 59 respondents. The results of the hypothesis test research obtained a calculated t value > t table or (12.667 > 2.003). Thus, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning there is a significant influence between Discipline on Employee Performance. Compensation and Work Discipline have a significant influence on Employee Performance with a linear regression equation Y = 2.172 + 0.412 X1 + 0.532 X2. The correlation coefficient value or the level of relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is obtained at 0.807, meaning it has a very strong relationship with the determination coefficient value or simultaneous influence contribution of 0.813 or 81.3% while the remaining 18.7% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained F count > F table or (122.097 > 3.16). Thus, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant simultaneous influence between Compensation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT PE Plus Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the effect of workload and occupational safety and health (K3) on employee performance at PT Cakra Raya Teknologi, Tangerang, both partially and simultaneously. The problem underlying this research is the decline in employee performance, as indicated by low target achievement, high workload and inadequate occupational safety and health K3. This study uses an quantitative method with a saturated sampling technique, involving 51 respondents. Data analysis was carried out through validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, and hypothesis tests. The results showed that workload has a significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 7.380 and significance value of 0,05. In addition, occupational safety and health (K3) is also proven to have a significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 6.316 and significance value of 0,05. Simultaneously, workload and occupational safety and health (K3) have a significant effect on employee performance, with a F-value of 41.856 > F table 2.790 and a significance value of 0,05. The determination coefficient indicates that workload contributes 52,1% to employee performance, while occupational safety and health K3 contributes 44,4% to employee performance, simultaneously, both variables contribute 63,1% to employee performance, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors outside this study

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style and Work Facilities on Employee Performance at PT. XPEL Indonesia, West Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. This study used a quantitative approach with a saturated sampling method. Therefore, the entire population of 32 employees served as the sample. The research data were analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, correlation coefficients, and coefficients of determination. Research Results The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 25 application. The regression equation Y = 12.010 + 0.235 X1 + 0.599 X2, (F Test) on the Leadership Style variable (X1) and the Work Facilities Variable (X2) shows a calculated f value > f table, namely 12.247 > 3.330 and has a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05, So it can be concluded that the Leadership Style variable (X1) and the Work Facilities variable (X2) together (Simultaneously) have a significant effect on the Employee Performance variable (Y) at PT XPEL Indonesia West Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Education Level and Work Experience on Employee Performance at the Land Office of South Tangerang City, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The object of this research is the employees at the South Tangerang City Land Office, totaling 195 individuals. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, and a sample of 66 respondents was obtained using the Slovin formula. Data collection methods include observation and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. Education Level (X1) and Work Experience (X2) have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), with the regression equation Y = 15.188 + 0.424X1 + 0.204X2. The correlation coefficient between the independent variables and the dependent variable is 51.8%, while the remaining 48.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The hypothesis test shows that the calculated F value is greater than the F table value (33.802 > 3.143). Therefore, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that Education Level (X1) and Work Experience (X2) significantly affect Employee Performance (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the positive and significant influence of leadership and physical work environment on employee performance at PT. Bearindo Elok Sejahtera, South Tangerang, both partially and simultaneously. The study uses a sample of 80 respondents and applies a quantitative method based on a Likert scale. Various tests were conducted including Descriptive Analysis, Instrument Testing, Classical Assumption Tests, Quantitative Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing. Based on the results of simple linear regression, the leadership variable has the equation Y = 21.770 + 0.528X₁, while the physical work environment variable has the equation Y = 21.102 + 0.547X₂. The multiple regression calculation for leadership (X₁) and physical work environment (X₂) resulted in the equation Y = 19.232 + 0.245X₁ + 0.358X₂. The t-test for leadership yielded a t-count > t-table (7.257 > 1.991) with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05. Thus, Ha₁ is accepted and Ho₁ is rejected, indicating that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. The t-test for the physical work environment showed a t-count > t-table (7.872 > 1.991) with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05, meaning Ha₂ is accepted and Ho₂ is rejected—indicating a significant influence of the physical work environment on performance. The F-test shows F-count > F-table (34.981 > 3.115) with a significance of 0.00 < 0.05, meaning Ha₃ is accepted and Ho₃ is rejected, confirming that leadership and physical work environment have a simultaneous influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to partially determine the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance and the effect of work motivation on employee performance, as well as to determine the effect of organizational commitment and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance. The method used in this study is a quantitative analysis research method, namely using in-depth data analysis in the form of numbers. The results of the research on the results of the hypothesis test, this study shows that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is indicated by t count > t table 5.824 > 2.008 with a significance level of 0.000<0.05. In addition, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a value of t count > t table, namely 6.171 > 2.008 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously, organizational commitment and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is confirmed by the results of the F test which shows the value of F count > F table, namely 39.132 > 3.187 and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. These findings indicate that the level of employee performance at PT Trikara Wiyasa Indonesia South Jakarta employees is influenced by organizational commitment and work motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Leadership Style and Teamwork on Employee Performance at Latteria Gelato, both partially and simultaneously. The research uses a descriptive quantitative method with 46 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The results of the regression analysis show that Leadership Style partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance, as indicated by the regression equation Y = 4.132 + 0.478 X1 and an R Square value of 0.612 (61.2% of the variation is explained by Leadership Style). The partial t-test for Leadership Style shows a t-count of 5.736 > t-table of 2.017 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, so H₀ is rejected and Hₐ is accepted. Likewise, Teamwork also has a significant partial effect on Employee Performance, with the regression equation Y = 3.892 + 0.529 X2 and an R Square value of 0.645. The t-count for Teamwork is 6.104 > t-table and the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05, indicating H₀ is rejected and Hₐ is accepted. Simultaneously, Leadership Style and Teamwork significantly influence Employee Performance, as shown by the regression equation Y = 2.987 + 0.311 X1 + 0.402 X2 and an R Square value of 0.721. The F-test yields an F-count of 54.789 > F-table of 3.21 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, confirming that H₀ is rejected and Hₐ is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that both Leadership Style and Teamwork simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance at Latteria Gelato.
