Abstract

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has brought significant transformation across various sectors, including education. In this context, the increased role of teachers as human resources playing a crucial part in adopting and implementing AI technology in the classroom has become essential. The research method using a library research approach to analyze the training needs and development of teachers in facing the AI era. This research method is based on literature studies and analysis of relevant documents from sources such as scientific journals, books, and related research reports. The focus is on the impacts arising from the presence of AI in education and identifying the types of training that can be used to prepare and support educators in integrating AI technology into the learning process. The research indicates that the presence of AI has positive impacts on the education world, such as enhancing the effectiveness of learning, aiding teachers in finding in-depth materials, facilitating the creation of local curricula more effectively, and assisting higher education students in composing scientific articles. However, there are still negative impacts, such as students becoming dependent on AI and thus becoming lazy to study.There are various types of training that teachers can undergo to face AI, including Learning and Innovation Skills, Information, Media, and ICT Literacy, and TPACK.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of innovation on business success. This type of research is descriptive, the collection of information was obtained from sources at the Tarutung Subdistrict Office and interviews with ulos weaving craftsmen in Tarutung subdistrict, with the research population being all weavers in Tarutung subdistrict, the number The exact number of the population in this study is not known, so a research sampling technique was applied using cluster random sampling technique, namely, Ulos weaving craftsmen MSMEs located in 5 sub-districts in Tarutung, with 20 UKMs in each sub-district so that the total number is 100 UKMs as sample. The analysis technique used is MSR (Moderated Simple Regression). The results of the research show that innovation has a positive and significant effect on the business success of Ulos weaving craftsmen MSMEs in Tarutung sub-district.

Abstract

In an effort to make the nation's life more intelligent, increasing the quality of teachers is considered very important because quality teachers are expected to produce students who are qualified, agile, moral and useful for the nation. The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of academic supervision in an effort to improve the quality of the nation. This research was designed using qualitative methods with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out using interview observation and documentation techniques. The analysis procedure goes through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, while data testing in this study uses triangulation. Based on the research that has been carried out, it can be seen that in implementing supervision activities, it must go through at least 3 (three) stages, namely: planning, implementation and evaluation. In planning actions, the school principal will issue a letter containing the decisions and schedule for carrying out the supervision. Then, in the implementation of the supervision activity, it is carried out by monitoring the teacher's performance in the classroom and after completion, it is entered into an evaluation activity where the school principal will assess and provide solutions if there are problems.

Abstract

This research aims to describe authentic assessment based on information and technology (IT) and its application in Islamic religious education. Assessment is one of the activities that must be carried out in every learning process, which functions to determine the results of the learning process activities. Efforts must be made to assess all aspects, namely attitudes, skills and knowledge, and avoid assessments that have previously been carried out which tend to assess cognitive aspects, and ignore affective and psychomotor aspects. Authentic assessment is one way of conducting assessments that can be used as an alternative in assessing student learning progress so that comprehensive information is obtained regarding student learning outcomes, interests and needs. Authentic assessment can be combined with traditional assessment. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by describing phenomena and existing literature. The results of the study show that the implementation of learning process assessment using authentic assessment can also be used by teachers as an evaluation of the learning process that has been implemented. In authentic assessment, the teacher's ability to carry out assessments is required to be able to use the assessment format used to evaluate students. Information technology-based assessment from an educational perspective is an assessment process carried out involving media such as computers, LCDs, cellphones, and the like, in order to optimize assessment in learning that is more efficient and interesting.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the evaluation of Islamic religious education learning based on information and communication technology (ICT) and its implications for the quality of education. The development of the times can be marked by advances in science and advanced technology. Therefore, in the teaching and learning process it is also necessary to develop new ways of teaching. Among them is how to teach using information and communication technology (ICT/ICT). With the presence of ICT, Islamic Religious Education teachers are no longer focused on their role as teachers, but Islamic Religious Education teachers also have the task of learning and developing their resources by mastering scientific knowledge. Islamic Religious Education Teachers must be aware that ICT is also the most important tool in developing Islamic Religious Education learning. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by describing phenomena and existing literature. The results of the study show that ICT facilities in the world of education play an important role in overcoming the problems of limited educational facilities or facilities that support the teaching and learning process of Islamic Religious Education. The presence of technology in schools can improve the quality of Islamic Religious Education learning, because through information and communication technology (ICT) teaching creativity can be developed which is very helpful in the smoothness and success of the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the effectiveness of using Kahoot and Google Form for the learning process. Google Form and Kahoot are used to make learning Islamic religious education more fun and not monotonous so that students don't get bored. Technological developments are increasingly rapid, especially in the field of education, so teachers are required to be able to innovate, such as by using technology as a learning media tool and as a learning evaluation tool. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by describing phenomena and existing literature. The results of the study show that Google Form and Kahoot have been successfully used as an alternative learning tool in the distance/online teaching and learning process and see the convenience provided by Kahoot and Google Form in the effectiveness of assessments for teachers, both in terms of time, energy and costs as well as convenience. For students to work on questions and be able to immediately see the results of their learning achievements, it is possible that Kahoot and Google Form can also be used as learning media that are very effective and efficient in the process of assessing student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the development of rubrics in learning evaluation using social media. The assessment is not only related to cognitive, psychomotor knowledge but also the affective domain and even covers all aspects of mental, psychological and religious spiritual life. In evaluating there are many techniques that can be chosen and carried out by teachers or educators. In the evaluation process, educators carry out evaluation procedures such as evaluation planning, monitoring, reporting and utilization of evaluation results. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by describing phenomena and existing literature. The results of the study show that the learning evaluation rubric using social media is quite effective and has been successfully implemented at the Jagat Arsy Islamic Boarding School. The evaluation approach is carried out using product, project and performance-based assessments, not only answering cognitive questions. The era of digitalization and advances in IT technology are important factors in supporting the development of IT-based evaluation at the Jagat Arsy Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

Saat ini, pondok pesantren yang fokus mempelajari ilmu agama Islam juga dituntut untuk dapat berinovasi mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Salah satunya adalah di bidang teknologi keuangan. Yang merupakan salah satu bidang yang menimbulkan permasalahan di pondok pesantren. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja dampak positif dari penerapan Sistem Pembayaran Non Tunai dengan menggunakan Virtual Account Santri. Sehingga harapannya dengan mengetahui dampak positif dari sistem ini, pondok pesantren di Indonesia mulai mengadaptasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur. Hasil penelitian memunculkan temuan bahwa penerapan sistem Virtual Account Santri memberikan dampak positif bagi santri dan wali santri: (1) kemudahan pembayaran dan pengiriman uang saku santri, (2) jaminan keamanan dan kepastian uang pembayaran dan uang saku santri, dan (3) mengatur pengeluaran santri. Sedangkan bagi pondok pesantren: (1) memberikan kemudahan dalam pencatatan transaksi dan pengelolaan keuangan pondok pesantren, (2) transparansi, keterbukaan dan akuntabilitas keuangan pondok pesantren, (3) meminimalisir tunggakan atau keterlambatan pembayaran santri, dan (4) menjamin kepuasan pelayanan bagi santri dan orang tua santri. Sehingga sistem ini memberikan banyak manfaat bagi santri, wali santri, dan pondok pesantren.

Abstract

Mendeskripsikan keuangan syariah berbasis website yayasan.amtsilatipusat.com yang telah digunakan oleh pondok pesantren Darul Falah Amtsilati Jepara sejak tahun 2019 merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Sementara itu, pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data penelitian. Adapun dalam menganalisis data, penelitian ini melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, display/penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa manajemen keuangan pesantren berbasis website menunjukkan kemajuan teknologi dan manfaatnya dalam memudahkan pengguna. Dengan adanya website yayasan.amtsilatipusat.com, penyajian dan penyimpanan data keuangan pondok pesantren menjadi lebih cepat, mudah dan praktis. Namun, kekurangan dari website ini adalah harus terkoneksi dengan jaringan internet yang stabil. Secara global, implementasi website yayasan.amtsilatipusat.com sebagai sistim pengelolaan keuangan pondok pesantren berbasis web di pondok pesantren Darul Falah Amtsilati meliputi transaksi pembayaran SPP/syahriyah dengan menggunakan bulan hijriyah, pembatalan transaksi SPP/syahriyah apabila terjadi kesalahan input data, pencatatan syahriyah yang dilakukan setiap hari oleh pengelola syahriyah, dan administrasi uang syahriyah pada transaksi kas masuk dan kas keluar.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi dampak penerapan strategi pengawasan seperti absensi mobile dan finger print terhadap disiplin pegawai, evaluasi kinerja, dan peningkatan akuntabilitas pelayanan di Kantor Kementerian Agama. Akuntabilitas dan transparansi pelayanan dilihat dalam upaya meningkatkan kepercayaan pegawai dan masyarakat. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan teknik survei deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan dari sejumlah informan yang berjumlah 5 orang yang terdiri dari Kasubag Tata Usaha, Analis Kepegawaian, Pegawai Pelayanan Pendidikan Madrasah, dan Pegawai Umum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pengawasan manajerial dan akuntabilitas pelayanan secara signifikan meningkatkan disiplin pegawai, evaluasi kinerja, dan peningkatan akuntabilitas pelayanan pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Lhokseumawe. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya penerapan strategi pengawasan manajerial melalui absensi mobile dan finger print untuk meningkatkan disiplin pegawai dan akuntabilitas pelayanan.
