Abstract

This study is entitled “Analysis of Early Age Marriage From an Economic, Social and Religious Perspective: Study in Purwodadi District Grobogan Regency” with the aim of analyzing patterns of early marriage and factors that encourage early marriage. The research data uses primary data with a population of 103 and taken as many as 50 samples. Methods of data collection through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The analytical tool in this study uses descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that there were 2 reasons for early marriage, namely because of their own desires and arranged marriages. There are 3 patterns of early marriage, namely dispensation from the religious court, increasing the age of the KTP and siri marriage, and there are several factors driving the occurrence of early marriage which include economic factors, social factors and religious factors.

Abstract

Manusia telah menggunakan uang sebagai alat untuk bertransaksi sejak lama sekali. Uang yang digunakan sebagai mata uang resmi sejak zaman Nabi Muhammad saw. dan diteruskan oleh para Khalifah setelahnya selama berabad-abad lamanya adalah uang dinar emas dan dirham perak. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk membentangkan konsep uang menurut perekonomian Islam. Untuk tujuan tersebut, metode kajian hukum normative dipakai dalam penulisannya. Data diambil dari sumber data primer dan sekunder. Di antara temuan kajian ini ialah bahwa dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam, uang adalah segala sesuatu yang diterima secara umum dan diterbitkan oleh lembaga keuangan yang berwenang sebagai media pertukaran dan pengukur serta penyimpan nilai. Selain itu, penggunaan uang dinar emas dan dirham perak bukan suatu kewajiban agama, tapi sejarah membuktikan bahwa dua mata uang tersebut sangat stabil dan tidak terkena inflasi sebagaimana uang kertas. Menurut perspektif ekonomi Islam, uang mempunyai tiga fungsi yaitu sebagai alat tukar, sebagai satuan hitung atau pengukur nilai, dan sebagai penyimpan nilai apabila uang terbuat dari emas dan perak. Dalam bidang keuangan, Islam mempunyai banyak ketentuan, antara lain seperti penggunaan uang sebagai alat pengukur nisab dan kadar zakat, mahar, kaffarah, nisab potong tangan bagi pencuri, diyat, dan jizyah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pertimbangan hukum hakim dalam pemberian mut’ah dan nafkah iddah dalam perkara cerai gugat dan bagaimana pelaksanaan isi putusan atas pemberian mut’ah dan nafkah iddah dalam perkara cerai gugat. Metode penelitian pustaka (library research) dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan yuridis normatif yaitu penelitian hukum yang dilakukan dengan cara meneliti bahan pustaka atau data sekunder. Teknik pengelolahan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis data deskriptif normatif, dan penarikan kesimpulan dilakukan secara deduktif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Pertimbangan hukum hakim dalam pemberian mut’ah dan nafkah iddah dalam perkara cerai gugat nomor 0076/Pdt.G/2017/PA.Mgl yaitu mendasarkan pada Pasal 41 huruf (c) UU Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 jo Pasal 149 huruf (a) dan (b) KHI serta Yurisprudensi Mahkamah Nomor 137 K/AG/2007 tanggal 6 Februari 2008 dan Nomor 02 K/AG/2002 tanggal 6 Desember 2003. Putusan tersebut menyimpangi ketentuan Pasal 149 KHI, namun demikian pertimbangan hukum hakim dalam perkara tersebut mengandung terobosan hukum dengan metode penemuan hukum dan berpedoman pada Pasal 10 ayat (1) dan Pasal 5 ayat (1) UU Nomor 48 Tahun 2009 tentang Kekuasaan Kehakiman dalam memberikan putusan berkaitan dengan nusyuz, sehingga meskipun perceraian diajukan oleh isteri (cerai gugat) tetapi isteri tidak terbukti nusyuz maka secara ex officio suami dapat dihukum untuk memberikan nafkah iddah kepada bekas isterinya. Putusan hakim tersebut mengakodomasi pendapat madzhab Hanafi. Penerapan hak ex officio hakim tersebut juga menyimpangi ketentuan Pasal 178 ayat (3) HIR/ Pasal 189 ayat (3) RBG yang menyatakan bahwa hakim dilarang menjatuhkan keputusan atas perkara yang tidak dituntut, atau memberikan lebih daripada yang dituntut, namun demikian putusan tersebut tidak melanggar asas ultra petita. 2) Pelaksanaan isi putusan perkara nomor 0076/Pdt.G/2017/PA.Mgl adalah secara sukarela di luar persidangan, apabila tergugat tidak melaksanakan isi putusan secara sukarela maka penggugat dapat mengajukan permohonan eksekusi terhadap putusan tersebut dengan mengajukan permohonan eksekusi sejumlah uang. Kelemahan putusan ini yaitu tidak ada instrumen yang dapat memaksa tergugat untuk membayar mut’ah dan nafkah iddah yang telah diputuskan sebagaimana pada perkara cerai talak, instrumen pelaksanaan putusan dalam cerai talak dapat dilaksanakan melalui sidang ikrar talak.

Abstract

Islam has arranged all matters relating to human life in the world, including economic activities. In carrying out economic activities must be in accordance with the purpose of life of a Muslim with its implementation is mashlahah on the activities of maqasid syaria. Maqashid sharia has five factors, namely guarding religion, guarding the soul, guarding reason, guarding offspring, and protecting property. Sharia Commercial Bank as a supporter of the community’s economy in carrying out all its activities must be based on sharia provisions. Annual Report reflects the activities of Sharia Commercial Banks both financial and non-financial. Maqasid Sharia as an indicator of the implementation of sharia principles must be reflected in the Sharia Commercial Bank Annual Report. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Maqasid Syaria in the Sharia Commercial Bank annual report. The sample in this study is Bank Syariah Mandiri Annual Report. The research method used in this study is qualitative research that is descriptive research and analysis based on theories and other supporting sources. The results of the study are Bank Syariah Mandiri has implemented all aspects of the maqasid syaria as reflected in the Annual Report.

Abstract

The Revolution of Human Resources (SDA) and Mental Nation is indeed important today to sustain the progress of the nation. But before that, it must be realized about the lack of attention to education for people who are not addressed, for example street children and orphans in need. All elements of the nation should be realize of the deficiency or something that needs to be improved from this. The government, educational institutions and humanitarian social bodies that form the nation’s generation are very important for this. But here, it is emphasized for the Social Foundation and humanity to be more able to pay attention to their future needs for the better, because this institution is a suitable place for them to get quality education, character, and morals that are in accordance with Islamic values, where the aim is to provide equitable justice for the people’s and make a better national life.

Abstract

Integrasi ilmu di UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta (UIN Jakarta) adalah mandat utama transformasi perubahan status IAIN menjadi UIN. Pemikiran dan gagasan ini menegaskan bahwa secara filosofis antara (ilmu) agama atau sains tidak ada pertentangan. Keduanya berwatak Islami karena keduanya bersumber dari Allah SWT, baik berupa wahyu maupun alam semesta. Oleh karena itu, sains tidak bebas nilai dan tidak dikhotimis. Kendati demkian, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gagasan integrasi ilmu agama dan sains di UIN Jakarta belum terimplmentasi pada regulasi, metode, petunjuk pelaksanaan (juklak) serta petunjuk teknis (juknis) dengan konsepsi atau narasi yang disampaikan UIN Jakarta. Sebanyak 45 skripsi di bidang sains yang dijadikan sample penelitian ini tidak ditemukan pemikiran atau model integrasi ilmu agama dan sains. Integrasi di UIN Jakarta hanya tampak pada kebijakannya, yaitu para Surat Keputusan Rektor. Masalah pokok yang dikaji dalam penelitian adalah bagaimana model, rupa atau bentuk implementasi integrasi ilmu agama dan sains dalam penulisan karya skripsi di UIN Jakarta.

Abstract

This paper aims to study the concept of religious thought and tolerance according to Prof. H.M. Rasjidi which will be a fundamental discussion in the concept of multicultural education. The methodology in this research is a literature study of books by Prof. H.M. Rasjidi who has a discussion about the concepts of religion and tolerance. The primary source book in this study is «Empat Kuliah Agama Islam» and «Koreksi Terhadap Dr. Harun Nasution dalam Islam Ditinjau dari Berbagai Aspeknya». Prof. H.M. Rasjidi, provides clear boundaries in the theological aspects of how Muslims have the concept of being able to live with followers of other religions. Muslims can live well together in social and economic aspects, but not in blending religion or equating all religions. According to him, religious pluralism in multiculturalism concept in the sense of equating to all of religion is something that needs to be avoided.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the application of Islamic religious education learning with zone based activity inquiry based learning methods implemented at SD Lebah Putih Salatiga. This research is a field research. The method used by researchers in compiling this research is a descriptive qualitative method, with a taxonomic analysis (classification) model based on focus on one domain, and only one characteristic in common. Data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are applications of Islamic religious education learning with zone based activity inquiry based learning methods applied at SD Lebah Putih Salatiga, namely by making learning classified according to the abilities of each student, such as: the ability to read and write the Koran, the ability memorize short letters and the ability to understand the context of the teachings of the Koran in daily life (according to age level). Classification of abilities in understanding religion is prioritized not just in class level classification, as most schools present Islamic religious education normally. At SD Lebah Putih the learning is called Zone Activity which is a development of Morning Activity. The implementation of zone activity-based PAI learning is carried out with the following steps, such as: designing lesson plans, implementing and evaluating.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of uncovering, analyzing and explaining learning strategies and utilizing PowerPoint media implemented by Islamic religious education teachers in delivering learning materials in the Integrated Islamic Elementary School of Muhammadiyah Sinar Fajar Cawas and the Special Program Elementary School of Muhammadiyah Bayat. This type of research is field research using a qualitative descriptive approach. The data sources and instruments used in this research are observation, interview and documentation study. Based on the research that has been done, the results show that the Integrated Islamic Elementary School of Muhammadiyah Sinar Fajar Cawas and the Special Program Elementary School of Muhammadiyah Bayat have implemented the 2013 curriculum. So that teachers have a very important role in education. Among the teacher roles shown in the two schools were the teacher as a planner, manager, implementer, and evaluator. Also, the teacher plays the role of transferring knowledge, fostering noble morals, mediators and facilitators. In the application of Islamic religious education learning strategies with PowerPoint media in the two schools, they can provide motivation and increase student enthusiasm for learning and learning achievements. In utilizing the strategy, it can make the learning process more attractive, effective, efficient and can help in conditioning students in the learning process and increase confidence for Islamic religious education teachers. As for material delivered using this strategy, it is easier to understand and more practical file storage. Supporting factors in implementing Islamic religious education learning strategies with PowerPoint media in Integrated Islamic Elementary School of Muhammadiyah Sinar Fajar Cawas and Special Program Elementary School of Muhammadiyah Bayat is the ability of teachers to operate computers, the availability of media resources, computer-based facilities, and infrastructure in schools, support from the head school, and the conducive condition of the school environment and the culture of mutual help to help those who are built are quite strong. As for the inhibiting factor is the lack of familiarity of teachers in using PowerPoint media in the learning process, the preparation time is still limited, and the number of computer-based facilities and infrastructure is still limited as well.

Abstract

Education is an important thing in life, currently, the education sector is becoming a marginalized part. The right strategy is needed so that the world of education is more advanced and quality. Muhammadiyah Middle School Sinar Fajar Cawas and Muhammadiyah Integrated Islamic Middle School An Najah Jatinom is a new school whose existence has received a good response from the community. The school applies a marketing mix strategy to improve the quality of schools. This research was carried out aiming to find out the steps, supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Marketing Mix strategy in the Muhammadiyah Junior High School, Sinar Fajar Cawas and in the Integrated Islamic Middle School Muhammadiyah An Najah Jatinom Klaten. This research uses field research methods. Data obtained by observation, interview, and documentation. The steps that have been taken in implementing the Marketing Mix strategy to improve the quality of schools in Muhammadiyah Junior High School Sinar Fajar Cawas and Muhammadiyah Integrated Islamic Middle School An Najah Jatinom Klaten is by applying the 7P step, the step includes, the Product (product) in the form of a variety of selected programs. Price (price), in the form of school fees offered to student guardians with a payment system, can be done directly or via transfer. Place, strategic locations of both schools can be reached by public and private transportation. Promotion is carried out through print, electronic and social media. People (human resources) include educators and education staff who are young and enthusiastic. Physical evidence in the form of school buildings and student learning outcomes reports. Process, the implementation of education in the two schools has met the national education standards. Supporting factors in the implementation of the Marketing Mix strategy at the Muhammadiyah Junior High School Sinar Fajar Cawas are high public interest, educators (teachers) who are still young, passionate and have high creativity, varied programs, educative figures that are represented by prospective students and parents of students. The inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Marketing Mix strategy in Muhammadiyah Sinar Fajar Junior High School are, the lack of school facilities and infrastructure, the network outside of school which is still minimal, and the limited human resources in terms of quantity and quality. Supporting factors in the implementation of the Marketing Mix strategy at An Najah Jatinom Integrated Islamic Middle School are high public interest, young educators (teachers), enthusiasm and high creativity, good, comfortable, and attractive school buildings, and varied programs. The inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Marketing Mix strategy at Muhammadiyah Integrated Islamic Middle School An Najah Jatinom are, the teaching staff is still minimal in terms of quantity and quality, the school is less consistent in program implementation and the lack of learning support facilities
