Abstract

Media memiliki ideologi masing-masing dalam memahami suatu peristiwa atau isu tertentu. Dengan perbedaan tersebut, satu fakta yang sama dapat dijadikan berita yang berbeda. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pemberitaan mengenai pembakaran gereja yang terjadi pada tanggal 13 oktober 2015, di Aceh Singkil pada surat kabar harian Republika. Tujuan pada penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaiamana framing (pembingkaian) pemberitaan di Surat Kabar Harian Republika pada bulan Oktober sampai dengan November 2015 mengenai konflik Aceh Singkil. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis framing. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari studi dokumentasi dengan menggabungkan teknik analisis data menggunakan empat perangkat analisis framing Entman, yaitu pendefinisian masalah (define problem), perkiraan masalah (diagnose causes), penilaian moral (make moral judgement), dan penyelesaian masalah (treatment recommendation). Temuan peneliti menunjukan bahwa Surat Kabar Republika membingkai konflik Aceh Singkil adanya pelanggaran regulasi tempat ibadah yang memicu terjadi pembakaran dan kurang responsifnya aparat untuk mencegah terjadinya konflik hingga menewaskan satu orang warga.

Abstract

Kontroversi penghapusan kata kafir kepada non-Muslim sempat diperdebatkan pada tahun 2019. Perdebatan ini berawal dari hasil Musyawarah Nasional Nahdlatul Ulama, karena sebutan kafir dianggap mengandung kekerasan (penghinaan) teologis. Penafsiran kata kafir menimbulkan berbagai perspektif dan pandangan termasuk lembaga institusi Islam seperti Muhammadiyah. Sebagai organisasi Islam moderat di Indonesia, Muhammadiyah mempunyai penafsiran sendiri untuk menjelaskan kata kafir dalam Al-Qur’an. Kitab tafsir kelembagaan yang ditulis oleh Muhammadiyah secara kolektif salah satunya Tafsir Al-Qoer’a>n Djoez ke Satoe dan Tafsir At-Tanwir. Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan makna kafir pada kedua tafsir Muhammadiyah tersebut. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode dokumentadi dan dianalisa dengan metode analisis-komparatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penafsiran kata kafir dalam kitab tafsir kelembagaan Muhammadiyah mengalami pergeseran bersifat perluasan positif, dari makna teologis menuju makna linguistis.

Abstract

Globalisasi sekarang ini semakin menjadi-jadi dengan kemajuan teknologi dan perkembangan pengetahuan yang semakin hari semakin memanjakan peserta didik, sehingga menghilangkan khasanak bermain dengan teman-teman sebayanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, penanaman nilai-nilai karakter di Paguyuban pengajar pinggiran sungai code (P3S) Yogyakarta. Pengamatan yang dilakukan peneliti serta melihat fenomena yang terjadi di kegitan bermain dan belajar yang dilakukan oleh kakak relawan (P3S) ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan mengamati keadaan dilapangan. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik Pengujian keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Pengujian ini juga dilakukan dengan cara mengecek kembali data yang didapat dilapangan, jika sudah benar maka dapat dinyatakan datanya sudah valid dan dapat dilanjukan kedalam kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai karakter yang ditanamkan (P3S) ialah karakter kesederhanaan, karakter kemadirian, karakter bertanggungjawab, karakter budi pekerti, karakter menghargai sesama, karakter rela menolong, karakter kepedulian, karakter kreatif dan karakter inovatif. Kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilakukan (P3S) dalam penanaman nilai-nilai karakter pada anak-anak pinggiran Sungai Code ialah seperti minggu ceria, hari kreatif, hari membaca, hari bermain dan outbond.

Abstract

Character education is very important to be implemented in school educational institutions, so that more attention is needed to minimize the emergence of various social diseases, such as damage to morals, morals and ethics. This study aims to determine the impact of home-stay activities on the emergence of tolerant character values in multicultural situations among students of SMA Assalaam Surakarta Indonesia. This researcher used a qualitative method with an ethnographic design. Researcher as an instrument by setting the focus of research to analyze the data obtained inductively. Collecting data through observation, semi-structured interviews with teachers and home stay participants, and documentation. The results showed that home-stay activities educate students to behave tolerantly in multicultural situations and contribute to forming a person who is aware of democratic values. To realize democratic education based on awareness of the values of tolerance built by multicultural social facts. In addition, it is contained in education based on out-door activities such as home-stay, which builds students’ personalities with spiritual, intellectual, social, emotional and skills which are summarized in multicltural educational practices. Based on the results of this study, home-stay activities are very effective as a model of multicultural education with values of tolerance as the basis for the realization of democratic education. This home-stay-based multicultural education is an inspiration for environmentally friendly educational practices.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the tolerance education system has been implemented in the Tahfidzul Qur’an Al Kahfi Hidayatullah Islamic boarding school in Surakarta Indonesia and how the tolerance education method has been applied. The research method used is qualitative. This type of research is a case study in which the research focuses on a particular case to be observed and analyzed thoroughly and thoroughly and the focus of the study is students or students of the Tahfidzul Qur’an Al Kahfi Hidayatullah Islamic boarding school, Surakarta.The data that has been collected and obtained is then analyzed using a structured method. Data collection was carried out by using interview, observation and documentation techniques.We strive to sort, classify and categorize all data that has been collected using guided techniques so that the themes can be identified according to the tolerance education process of the Tahfidzul Qur’an Al Kahfi Hidayatullah Islamic boarding school.The results of this study indicate the tolerance education system in the Tahfidzul Qur’an Al Kahfi Hidayatullah Islamic boarding school that tolerance education is integrated with all subjects, which the curriculum in the cottage is divided into three, namely superior subjects, special subjects and general subjects.Meanwhile, the model for implementing tolerance education includes the placement of boarding schools for students, no permanent placement of students in a hostel, stipulating regulations on the transfer of students every year and through discussion forums and halaqoh.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the achievements, models, and methods of inculcating the values of peace in Peacesantren Welas Asih Garut. The formation of values as the core of the goals of national education cannot be achieved instantly. It takes efforts to find alternative educational models that can be applied. Peace education is an effort made to realize values, behavior, and ways of life that support the creation of a culture of peace. This study used a qualitative approach with analytic descriptive data analysis. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The result of this research is the inculcation of the values of peace is included in the learning curriculum by teaching 12 values of peace. The achievements are to form the character of the santri (student) who is empathetic, independent, and courageous, capable of being a problem solver, critical, creative, communicative, and collaborative, as well as becoming a peacemaker and changemaker. The factor that supports the achievements of the inculcation of the values of peace is the Peacesantren Welas Asih that pays close attention to the quality of their abah ambu (teachers/coaches) to upgrade their knowledge and skills with the activities of Welas Asih Abah Ambu Academy (WAAAA) and collaborative parenting as a form of collaboration between schools and parents in educating students with Welas Asih Abah Ambu Academy (WAABA) activities. Basic peace value material is given during the orientation period of students with the name Welas Asih untuk Semesta (Compassion for the Universe). In this program, students and parents must be committed to supporting the implementation of anti-bullying policies and culture. Life skills-based education is applied in Peacesantren Welas Asih with an emphasis on 21’st century skills, namely literacy, competence, and character. The guidance follows 3 Guidance Pillars, namely, positive discipline, reflective relationship, and effective learning using the Project-based Learning, Problem-based Learning, and Discovery Learning models using the Design For Change method, with the FIDS (Feel, Imagine, Do and Share) learning system.

Abstract

Sejarah islam merupakan salah satu bidang study islam yang sangat menarik untuk di bahas karena banyak manfaat yang bisa di peroleh dari penelitian tersebut. Bagi umat islam dalam mendalami tentang sejarah akan memberikan rasa kebanggaan tersendiri. Selaim itu juga, banyak kisah yang di pelajari seperti study pra islam, masuknya, dan periode pengembangan.Study islam ini ternyata menarik para ilmuan dari dunia barat untuk melakukan sebuah penelitian, tanpa di sadari selama ini informasi yang didapatkan tentang sejarah study islam banyak berasal dari dunia barat karena kepribadian etos keilmuan yang tinggi di dukung oleh finansial dan kemampuam berpolitik. Akan tetapi ada juga para ilmuan muslim tapi di karenakan kurangnya etos keilmuan dan kemampuan berpolitik menjadi para peneliti muslim masih tertinggal dari dunia barat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the role of parents in responding to gadgets and their implications for deviant sexual behavior in children. The method used by researchers in compiling this research is a descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are as follows: The frequency of gadget use needs to be limited. Children do not need to be given excessive gadgets, because the most important thing is that children can use them and know their optimal uses. The intensity of excessive use of gadgets can lead to sexual deviations in children. The role of parents in addressing the use of gadgets to their children is very important. This is done so that children do not abuse their parents’ trust in them. The attitude that needs to be shown is accompanying children when playing gadgets and parents must be able to operate it. As for the impact that may arise if parents do not supervise the use of gadgets on their children, then their children will carry out deviant behavior. The form of the deviation is in the form of bad attitude and speech. Usually in the form of an erotic attitude and obscene speech.

Abstract

Pendidikan Muhammadiyah merupakan pendidikan Islam modern yang mengintegrasikan agama dengan kehidupan untuk melahirkan generasi muslim terpelajar, berkarakter, memiliki kekuatan iman dan kepribadian manusia yang dapat menjawab tantang zaman. Sejalan dengan nafas perjuangan gerakan Muhammadiyah sebagai gerakan pembaharuan tulisan bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis tentang reaktualisasi pendidikan al islam dan kemuhammadiyahan (AIK) sebagai penguat pendidikan karakter yang diterapkan di Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik. Temuan penelitian ini adalah (1) penguatan pendidikan karakter dapat optimal dengan dukungan kebijakan yang dapat memberikan atmosfir positif terhadap civitas akademika khususnya pelaksana kebijakan, (2) kurikulum AIK membuat pemetaan profil lulusan dan learning outcomes agar dapat diketahui secara efektif keberhasilannya serta dilakukan evaluasi hasil (output) dan evaluasi luaran (outcomes), (3) dukungan program terstruktur dan hidden curriculum sebagai bagian dari strategi internalisasi dan institusionalisasi nilai karakter dan penerapannya pada seluruh civitas akademik yang pada akhirnya akan memiliki peranan dalam pembentukan karakter manusia yang siap untuk menjawab tantang zaman. Ketiganya harus dilakukan secara terus menerus (istiqomah) dan menyeluruh dan holistic (kaffah) serta di evaluasi, dikaji dan dikembangkan pada setiap institusi secara terus menerus (continuous improvement).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to increase motivation and learning outcomes of the material of Faith in the Books of Allah through microsoft powerpoint media for 32 students of class VIII-F SMP Negeri 2 Demak semester I of the 2019/2020 academic year. This research is a classroom action research. Sources of data consist of qualitative data in the form of observation sheets, daily notes, and photos of learning documentation, and quantitative data sources in the form of written tests. The data was collected using non-test techniques for qualitative data, and test techniques for quantitative data by comparing the observed data with the pre-test and post-test results given to students. This research was conducted in two cycles, and each cycle through four stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results showed that the microsoft powerpoint media can increase student motivation from cycle I to cycle II has increased from 72.78% in the enough category to 91.91% in the good category or an increase of 19%. The learning outcomes of the knowledge aspect in the first cycle of students who completed classically were 68.75%, and in the second cycle it became 93.75% or from 22 students to 30 students, so there was an increase in students’ classical completeness from cycle I to cycle II by 25%.
