Abstract

Social media information asymmetry has been viewed as an essential resource for travelers seeking out travel information. The purpose of this study is to determine how social media’s informational quality and trust affect travelers' intentions. Testing utilizing multiple regression analysis was conducted on 100 visitors to well-known tourist destinations in Makassar City, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. Using a questionnaire, data was gathered over the course of about two months. Empirical results show that social media information quality and trust positively influence tourist travel intentions in Makassar City. This study investigates the mechanisms by which the level of content that tourists create influences their trip intentions, which is advantageous for tourism management and marketing.

Abstract

The ever-increasing competition in the business world requires every company to adopt specific strategies to stay in business. This method of research is descriptive field research, that is, research aimed at providing an overview of specific details of a situation, social environment, or human relationship. We use secondary data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The samples were his five-year financial reports namely PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk and Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk 2018-2022 financial reports. Data collection methods that involve documentation methods, i.e. data collection methods collected from records and documents related to the study. Data analysis techniques were performed quantitatively using the Altman Z-score method. After calculating the Z-score ratio = 6.56 x 1 + 3.62 x 2 + 6.72 x 3 + 1.05 x 4. Calculations and analysis of the company's financial performance indicated a deterioration in its financial position, which was not material to PT. Garuda Food Putra Putri Jaya Tbk and PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. On the other hand, PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk from 2018 to 2022 has deteriorated but remains in the safe range or healthy. This can be seen trending for PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur, Tbk. The lowest Z-score is 3.05.

Abstract

Leadership is one description of an institution as a process of influencing other people in a certain scope to work together in a productive way and in pleasant conditions. As a leader, you should be able to create a working atmosphere that creates a new and innovative atmosphere for your staff in achieving goals to be better and to obtain higher results than before. This study aims to analyze the Influence of Leadership Style on Innovative Work Behavior. The research design used is quantitative. The sample in this study was taken by probability/random with cluster random sampling technique. The analysis was carried out using univariate and bivariate methods. The results showed that training has a positive effect on employee performance and leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of Economic Value Added (EVA), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Earning Per Share (EPS), and Return On Equity (ROE) on Industrial sector corporations listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the 2017-2021 period. This research uses the Eviews 9 App. The results of this research show that EVA, NPM and ROE have a positive and significant effect on Stock Price. While EPS has a positive and insignificant influence on the Share Price. And simultaneously all independent variables, namely EVA, NPM, EPS and ROE have a significant effect on stock prices in industrial sector corporations listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the 2017-2021 period. Based on the results of research with Eviews 9, it shows the value of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) of the Stock Price is 0.404347. This means that 40.04% of the Share Price can be explained by the independent variables EVA, NPM, EPS and ROE. While the rest, namely 59.6%, was explained by external aspects of variables that were not included in this research.

Abstract

Outpatient services are very important services because outpatient services are the first source of health services for patients in need, being a place for follow-up of patient conditions, continuous routine nurses and carrying out intermediary functions by becoming the first referral center for hospitals and services. other health. The population in this study were 250 patients at RSIA Kartini Padalarang, West Bandung. The sample in this study amounted to 154 respondents. The research method used is descriptive quantitative to get an overview of the influence between variables, namely Service Quality, Patient Satisfaction and Patient Loyalty RSIA Kartini Padalarang West Bandung. Based on the determination test, it is known that Service Quality and Patient Satisfaction have an effect of 0.196 or 19.6% on Patient Loyalty. This figure shows that the influence of variables X1 and X2 on variable Y simultaneously, while the remaining 80.4% is influenced by other variable factors outside of this study or error values. Based on the F test that the F value is greater than the F table value (19.603 <3.06), in other words a significance of 0.000 <0.05. This means that the two variables of Service Quality and Patient Satisfaction have a significant effect on Patient Loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to show empirically the effect of Environmental Disclosure and Environmental Management Systems on financial performance. The objects of this research is the coal companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period. Environmental Disclosure in this study is measured using a proportion ratio based on the Global Reporting Initiate (GRI) indicator for the environmental category as many as 34 disclosure items, namely through a comparison of the amount that companies report with the amount that should be reported, the Environmental Management System measured using dummy variable, while the financial performance measurement uses Return on Assets (ROA). The data was collected using purposive sampling as the method. The number of samples is 18 coal companies. Secondary data is used as research data. Analysis of the data using regression analysis with SPSS. The results of the study show that the Environmental Disclosure and the Environmental Management System have no significant effect on financial performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the simultaneous and partial effect of perceived organizational support and self-efficacy on employee engagement at PT. United Tractors Tbk Pekanbaru. This study uses a quantitative methodology. Questionnaires were distributed as part of the data collection procedure. The total sampling technique was used for a sample of 57 respondents, and SPSS was used to process the results. Methods of analysis include reliability, validity, and heteroscedasticity tests, multicollinearity, normality, coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing, namely the t test and F test. The result of this study is that employee engagement is significantly influenced by perceptions of organizational support. The second shows that self-efficacy significantly influences employee engagement.

Abstract

The work from home policy implemented by the company will have an impact on changes in work patterns and performance of its employees. Where in these changes there is a good influence and opposite effect for the company. The purpose of this study is to explore the correlations between work from home, workload and work environment in impacting employee performance. In the sampling process, this research used a non-probability sampling method based on purposive sampling with the determination of the number of samples using the formula from Yamane, so that there were 139 respondents who were sampled in this study. The results of the research explained that working from home give a positive impact on employee performance, workload give a negative impact on employee performance, and employee environment give a positive impact on employee performance. The data analysis method used in this research used multiple linear regression analysis test. Therefore, it hoped that firm management will be able to fully implement work-from-home rules by assigning workloads that are compatible with employee capacity and making sure that the workspaces and tools used by employees when working from home are suitable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price and service quality on consumer behaviour in determining repurchase intentions on the Shopee marketplace through the variable shipping cost as an intervening factor. The data taken is customer data or Shopee visitors in Indonesia during 2020, totalling 126 million visitors, and data analysis using path analysis through the PLS 3.0 program. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive research method using data analysis. The study results concluded that the price and service quality variables influence consumer behaviour variables to determine repurchase intentions in the marketplace on the Shopee platform. Simultaneously the price and service quality variables affect the consumer behaviour variable to determine repurchase intention through the shipping cost variable as an intervening factor. The study results show that online buying and selling platforms such as Shopee always set prices according to consumer expectations. They are improving service to have a qualified quality through service improvement and determining consistent shipping costs so that customers will make repeat purchases.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how long the waiting time is required for BPJS patients who will register at Counter A of BPJS Al Islam Hospital Registration. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with data sources taken by the observation method or observations made in two days. From the calculations that have been done, if the BPJS registration counter opens the registration counter, it will be 2. So, the probability of an empty system is 0.49. Then, the average patient in the queue is 0.77 people per hour. The average patient waiting time was 0.08 people per hour, the average time spent in the system was 5.1 minutes and the average time spent by patients in the queue was 0.54 minutes. The results of this study indicate that Counter A BPJS Registration is still not optimal in serving patients who will register and also patients need a long time to wait in line.
