Abstract

his study aims to identify the relationship between the Solvability Ratio (DAR), Profitability Ratio (ROA) and Dividend Policy (DPR) on Stock Prices. This study utilizes information obtained from the consumer goods industry's financial reports published on the IDX, and uses a purposive sampling test method by fulfilling the exploration step. This study took observations over 3 years from 2019-2021 and obtained 75 data from 25 consumer goods industries. The research method used with the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) is of secondary data type. Obtained from the research shows that the Solvability Ratio (DAR) has no positive effect on Stock Prices, Profitability Ratio (ROA) has a partial and significant positive effect on Stock Prices and Dividend Policy (DPR) has no positive effect on Stock Prices.

Abstract

The increasing number of insurance policy owners who close their policies or surrender is one of the long-lasting effects of Covid-19. So it is necessary to investigate qualitatively about the things that underlie the decision making of users of private health insurance services to stop paying premiums to close their insurance policies. This study used a qualitative design with an in-depth interview approach to 10 of the best private health insurance service user informants according to Investor 2022 magazine in Indonesia between June - August 2022. Transcripts of all interview results were analyzed using thematic analysis with a theoretical framework approach to planning behavior (TPB). From the three themes it was found that the perception of obstacles is the only thing that underlies the surrender decision by users of private health insurance. Insurance companies should provide several options for premium payment restructuring schemes and product restructuring and easy access to these options so that customers can be persistent in continuing their policies.

Abstract

Cooking oil is a basic need for Indonesian people without exception for the people of 4 villages in Sungai Liuk. Cooking oil is widely used in Indonesian food. One of the brands of cooking oil that is widely consumed is Bimoli. In this study to see the effect of celebrity endorsement, brand image and brand trust on purchasing decisions using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 24. The results of this study show that celebrity endorse, brand image and brand trust partially and simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions for Bimoli cooking oil among consumers in 4 villages in the Sungai Liuk region.

Abstract

This research departs from an empirical study that MSME actors must be able to utilize technology as a business strategy during the COVID-19 pandemic. Social media marketing is one of the strategies that can be taken by MSME actors in their efforts to increase business value and relationship quality with consumers. This study aims to test hypotheses based on causality between variables, namely social media marketing with online communities, interaction, sharing content, accessibility, and credibility variables on business value for MSMEs as social media users in running a business. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research with a total sample of 130 MSME respondents in the Poso Regency. The data collection technique in this study used an online survey which was distributed online through social media platforms. The data processing technique was carried out by statistical analysis of multiple linear regression using SPSS 25 software. The results showed that partially the Online Communities (X1), Sharing of Content (X3), Credibility (X5) variables affected the Business Value (Y) variable. And simultaneously, Variables Online Communities (X1), Interaction (X2), Sharing of Content (X3), Accessibility (X4), Credibility (X5) have a positive effect on Business Value (Y) with a coefficient of determination of 70% while the remaining 30% influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to evaluate how much influence work attitude has on performance, both partially and simultaneously. The basis for analyzing data using SEM-PLS as a calculating tool to analyze the outer and inner models is quantitative methods and correlational designs. Purposive sampling generated a total of 73 respondents. The outcome is that 1) work attitude, precisely employee craftsmanship, has a significant effect on employee engagement; 2) employee engagement, precisely employees feeling comfortable developing a career, has a substantial effect on performance; 3) work attitude, precisely employee craftsmanship, has a substantial effect on performance; and 4) work attitude has a moderate effect on performance through employee engagement. The novelty is employees who are diligent (work attitude), comfortable developing careers (employee engagement), and leaders who appreciate work (performance) are alternative offers to optimize employee capabilities in the workplace.

Abstract

The term governance is actually an old term that was re-popularized by the World Bank in 1992 in its report entitled Governance and Development. The World Bank underscored that governments are the source of development failures. A great government will result in bad governance. "Big government is bad governance". The purpose of this study is to understand implementation strategies regarding accountability and accountability, as well as their implications for how public sector employees work at the Mandailing Natal district office. Data analysis uses a descriptive methodology to gather, transform, classify, interpret, and analyze data to provide clear and accurate information about the problem. The four pillars of the strategic planning process are vision (foresight), consistency, decentralization, transparency, responsiveness, professionalism, and competence. The criteria that writers have in mind when reviewing and analyzing the work of the Representative Office Mandailing Natal Corporation include validity and rigor, professionalism, and a commitment to helping others. Abstract

Current international trade policies open up opportunities to minimize various forms of obstacles, so that every party that agrees on these policies feels the convenience of the transaction process. These efforts are in line with what is stated in trade liberalization, namely reducing restrictions on trade, both in the form of tariff and non-tariff policies. Among several free international trade policies that have been ratified by Indonesia, there are two policies that have the potential to be optimized in order to get maximum benefits, namely the ASEAN China Free Trade Area (ACFTA) and the ASEAN Korea Free Trade Area (AKFTA). The purpose of this research is to analyze international trade on ACFTA and AKFTA policies. Where this study uses a qualitative research design with a descriptive approach method and the data used in this study are secondary data derived from previous research, publications originating from various government agencies both offline and online, as well as other supporting documents. The results of this study indicate that the ACFTA free trade policy was signed on November 4 2002 and its implementation began in January 2010 on the AKFTA was signed on August 24 2006, between the two free trade agreements each emphasizing the elimination of tariffs for 80% of goods traded. traded, protecting market access and ensuring a more transparent environment for investors for AKFTA, as well as the elimination of tariffs for 94.6% of all tariff lines for exports from Indonesia to China.

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of social media marketing using online advertisements, content sharing, credibility towards purchase intention and customer loyalty. The population in this study were users of Scarlett Whitening Official products in the Jakarta and Tangerang areas. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The analytical tool in this study uses multiple linear regression. The findings in this study indicate that online advertisement, content sharing, and credibility have a significant effect on purchase intention and customer loyalty. Limitations in this study include the number of samples that are still lacking to describe the actual situation, and it is hoped that this research will become informational and learning materials for entrepreneurs to be able to take advantage of technological sophistication as a forum for marketing strategy.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to test and analyse the effect of Digital Marketing, Customer Experience and Customer Trust as partially and simultaneously towards repurchase intention in Wardah's website and to know the most dominant variable that affects repurchase intention. The approach that is being used in the research is quantitative analysis. Population that is being used are all women that have done online purchasing in Wardah's website. Data that were collected, used survey method by giving out questionnaire to women that bought from Wardah's website, routinely, through last year and were located at Jabodetabek. Questionnaires collected as many as 160 respondents, the data is then processed using multiple linear regression method. Results of data analysis performed with the help of SPSS tools. Based on the results of this analysis it is known that the variables digital marketing, customer experience, and customer trust simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention on the Wardah website. Partially, the digital marketing, customer experience, and customer trust variables have proven to have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention on the Wardah website. Partially, the digital marketing, customer experience, and customer trust variables have proven to have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention on the Wardah website. Then in the results of the analysis the variable Customer Experience is the most dominant variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence transformational leadership, team work and rewards have on employee performance at PT. Variety of Raya flavors in Bengkulu City. The variables of this research are transformational leadership, team work and rewards. This research is a quantitative approach research. The research population is all employees of PT. Ragam Rasa Raya Bengkulu City, 45 samples with the saturated sample method. The analytical tool used in this study uses SPSS 22. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that (1) Transformational leadership has a significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Ragam Rasa Raya Bengkulu City, (2) Team work has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Ragam Rasa Raya Bengkulu City, (3) Rewards have no significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Ragam Rasa Raya Bengkulu City, (4) Transformational Leadership, Team work and Rewards influence simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT Ragam Rasa Raya Bengkulu City.
