The capital market itself plays a strategic role in increasing a country's economic resilience. This inevitably wants to get used to investors' investment in the capital market, exclusively stocks. The stock price that compares the growth of all stocks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange is the Composite Stock Price Index. The growth of stock price movements is not always stable, but there will be changes that are intertwined in stock prices either up or down, it will certainly affect the movement of the composite stock price index (JCI). This study aims to identify and analyze the factors influencing the Indonesia Composite Stock Price Index. Quantitative type of research, using secondary data based on time series time horizons and cross section data for the period January 2017 to December 2021 obtained from official websites such as Bank Indonesia and BPS. This study used the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model. The results of the study using the ARDL method showed that the simultaneous regression test (Test F) showed that the four independent variables in the study together had an influence on the Composite Stock Price Index. Meanwhile, in the partial regression test (Test t) it can be stated that the variables interest rate and JUB have a positive and significant influence on the JCI Meanwhile, the inflation and exchange rate variables have a negative and significant influence on the JCI.

This study examines the Effect of Organizational Commitment on Job Satisfaction and Performance of Foundation Lecturers in Surabaya. In this study a descriptive research approach was used, while the type of sampling used was stratified random sampling involving 122 respondents, all of whom are foundation lecturers who teach in tertiary institutions with a minimum Masters and Doctoral degree and have worked as lecturers for at least 3 years. The location of the research was carried out in Surabaya and researched foundation lecturers. The analysis technique uses validity, reliability, classical assumption tests (including normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests), while all hypotheses are tested using multiple linear regression to see the effect of each variable, with the SPSS application. The results of this study include Organizational Commitment has an effect on Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment has an effect on Lecturer Performance.

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of product quality, price perception on repurchase intention at Persebaya Store. Persebaya Store is a retail unit that was established to be a supporter in building a new image of the Persebaya club. As a center for selling Persebaya official merchandise (Official Merchandise Store). The method used is simple random sampling using quantitative research with descriptive statistical approach, as many as 110 respondents. Researchers used the entire population of Persebaya Store customers. The technique used by the researcher is validity test, reliability test, and simple linear regression analysis with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) tools. The results in this study indicate that the variables of product quality and price perception together have a significant influence on repurchase interest at Persebaya Store.

Value fluctuations arrive late and arrive on time so this has the potential to disrupt work productivity. Another factor faced by PT. Arina Parama Jaya is a decline in employee morale in achieving predetermined targets. There is a tendency for some employees to be lazy and come late and take the tasks given to them for granted. The impact of this behavior cannot be underestimated, as it includes more than just reduced productivity. This can also affect the company's image, because a company's reputation is formed from the quality of service and commitment to excellence. This research uses a quantitative type of research. The population and sample are all 104 employees. The data analysis technique for this research uses the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis method with the help of the SmartPLS version 4.0 application. PLS. The research results can be concluded that work enthusiasm, work discipline and work culture have a significant positive influence on employee work productivity. High morale motivates employees to give their best in their work, while good work discipline helps increase efficiency and reduce the level of negligence. A positive work culture creates an environment that supports and encourages employees to contribute optimally.

BPKD Tambrauw Regency as an institution of public interest requires maximum efficiency in terms of increasing work results to achieve organizational goals. Work motivation and transformational leadership style are closely related to employee job satisfaction because they are driving factors that generate morale in humans to work together, efficiently and integratedly. The aim is to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and work motivation on employee job satisfaction. Sampling is based on a sample of the population, ie. H. All population groups are included in a sample of 30 respondents. This type of research is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis by conducting the t test, F test and test the coefficient of determination. The regression equation is determined from the results of calculations performed using multiple linear regression analysis Y=9.436+0.040X1+0.504X2. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction of Tambrauw Regency Regional Economic Implementing Agency (BPKD) employees, while transformational leadership style has no effect on job satisfaction. However, at the same time, work motivation has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. Tambrauw Regency Regional Economic Administration Agency (BPKD).

Given the intense competition in the health industry, especially hospitals, affecting the potential for hospitals to become quiet due to non-optimal service, it is necessary to conduct research related to the elements that exist in hospital services including service quality facilities, and hospital patient satisfaction. So that researchers are interested in conducting research on the effect of service quality and facilities on satisfaction of outpatients at the cardiac polyclinic at Al-Islam Hospital H. M. Mawardi Krian Sidoarjo. This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality and Facilities on Patient Satisfaction at H. M. Mawardi Krian Sidoarjo Al-Islam Public Hospital. The design in this study uses quantitative methods. Testing the research hypothesis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach using AMOS version 21. After analyzing the data on the suitability of the model using the Regression Weight, Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and SEM criteria approaches, the following results were obtained: Quality of Service and facilities have a simultaneous effect on satisfaction at Al-Islam Hospital H. M. Mawardi Krian Sidoarjo which obtained a P value below 0.05. This proves that the best service must be supported by the provision of adequate facilities and infrastructure. The latest technology and updates to hospital facilities also affect the quality of services available at the hospital.

Local government policies are expected to overcome poverty problems in their regions. Regional development policies are aimed at overcoming the problem of poverty because poverty is an important problem that needs to be solved to support the success of economic development. This research is intended to determine the factors that influence poverty in Jambi Province, so that the results of this study can be used as a reference for the government to adopt policies in efforts to develop and improve the welfare of the people of Jambi Province. The research data uses secondary data obtained from sources from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) from 2009 to 2019. The method used is a case study because this research consists of collecting data that supports one event raised. The tools used are inductive statistics and panel data regression. The results showed that the population variable had a positive and insignificant effect on the poverty rate, the unemployment variable had a negative but not significant effect on poverty, the economic growth variable had a negative and significant effect on poverty and the education variable had a positive and insignificant effect on poverty in Jambi Province in 2009 -2019.

Service is the process of fulfilling needs through the activities of other people, whichare carried out directly or indirectly. Queuing is a common occurrence in everyday life. Waiting at the counter to get tickets and other situations is a common occurrence. Queues are often encountered in everyday life. Someone is required to wait even though waiting is an activity that requires time, especially long and long queues to get service. Every company creates a method so that customers don't have to wait too long. The study of queues is not something new, we often see long queues at banks when customers queue at the teller to make transactions with the teller. Tellers are bank officers who deal directly with customers whose job is to carry out financial transaction services with customers directly (face to face).

PT Albea Rigid Packaging Indonesia is a halal cosmetic packaging manufacturer that must prepare its human resources in order to improve company performance in the cosmetic industry. The purpose of this study is to measure how much "The Influence of Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Albea Rigid Packaging Surabaya". The type of research used in this research is quantitative. According to Sugiyono (2014) the research method is a scientific way of obtaining valid data with the aim of discovering, proving, and developing knowledge so that in turn it can be used to understand, solve, and anticipate problems in business. Variables of work motivation and work discipline affect employee performance, both of which have a P value below 0.05 so that it can be stated to have a significant influence so that work motivation and work discipline affect employee performance at PT Albea Rigid Packaging Surabaya. On the work motivation variable, where the indicator of the need for encouragement to achieve the goal has the lowest value, it means that employees lack motivation from the leadership regarding their future targets as employees towards career paths.

As an educational institution with a high number of civitas and activities, activities at Islamic boarding schools have the potential to have a large impact on the environment. However, the term environmental management system is still not very popular within the Islamic boarding school environment. Through mixed descriptive analysis (qualitative-qualitative), this paper attempts to explain the gap between the implementation of an environmental management system at the Al Jauhar Islamic Boarding School and ISO 14001:2015. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the environmental management system at the Al Jauhar Islamic Boarding School is still not optimal. This condition is indicated by the few criteria that comply with ISO 14001:2015. These findings suggest the importance of the involvement of the government and academics in providing an understanding regarding the importance of an environmental management system to be implemented in an educational institution with high activity such as Islamic boarding schools. The information conveyed regarding environmental management should not have implications for increasing the financial burden for Islamic boarding schools, but instead support increasing economic efficiency so that managers are willing to voluntarily implement ISO 14001:2015.
