Abstract

The research objectives in this study were 1) to determine the effect of independence on the integrity of financial statements 2) to determine the effect of independent commissioners on the integrity of financial statements 3) to determine the effect of institutional share ownership on the integrity of financial statements 4) to determine the effect of the audit committee on the integrity of financial statements 5) to determine the effect audit quality on the integrity of financial statements. Research used associative. There are six variables used, namely independence, independent commissioners, institutional share ownership, audit committee, audit quality, and the integrity of financial reports. The population of this study were 13 automotive and component sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The samples used were 39 financial reports. The data used is secondary data. The data collection method used in this study is the documentation of financial statements. The data analysis technique used in this study is the normality test, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination, multiple regression analysis, t test assisted by the Statistical Program For Special Science (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that the effect of independence has no positive effect, independent commissioners have no negative effect, institutional share ownership has a negative effect, audit committee has a positive effect, and audit quality has no positive effect on the integrity of financial statements.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence Charismatic Leadership Style, Individual Characteristics and Job Characteristics have on Employee Performance at PT. Elnusa Petrofin Bengkulu. The variables of this study are Charismatic Leadership Style, Individual Characteristics and Job Characteristics. The method used in this research is distributing questionnaires. This research is a quantitative approach research. The research population is all employees of PT. Elnusa Petrofin Bengkulu, 50 samples using the saturated sample method. The analytical tool used in this study uses SPSS 22. The results of the study show that (1) the Charismatic Leadership Style has a significant effect on the performance of PT. Elnusa Petrofin Bengkulu, (2) Individual characteristics have no significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Elnusa Petrofin Bengkulu(3) Job characteristics have no significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Elnusa Petrofin Bengkulu (4) Charismatic Leadership Style, Individual Characteristics and Job Characteristics simultaneously influence the performance of PT. Elnusa Petrofin Bengkulu.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of supervisory support and self-efficacy on work effectiveness, with work burnout as a moderating variable. The quantitative method was used using a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents who worked at a company in Surabaya. The results of data analysis using the multiple regression method reveal that supervisory support has a significant positive impact on work effectiveness, along with self-efficacy which also has a significant positive influence on work effectiveness. Then supervisory support moderates the relationship positively and significantly towards work burnout. Self-efficacy was found to moderate the relationship positively and significantly to job burnout, indicating that the higher the level of self-efficacy, the lower the perceived level of job burnout. Meanwhile, work burnout negatively and significantly moderates the relationship to work effectiveness, indicating that the higher the level of work burnout, the lower the observed work effectiveness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui seberapa pengaruh antara variabel kompetensi dan Variabel Prestasi terhadap variabel Promosi Jabatan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Gresik. Penarikan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitan ini menggunakan total sampling dimana semua populasi digunakakan sebagai sampel yang berjumlah 45 orang. Dari hasil penelitan dapat disimpulkan bahwa dimana variabel kompetensi (X1) nilai signifikasi (Sig) 0, 349 > 0,05 maka dapat di jelaskan H1 atau hipotesa pertama di tolak, sehingga di artikan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh kompetensi (X1) terhadap promosi jabatan (Y). Sedangkan pada variabel prestasi (X2) nilai signifikasi (Sig) 0, 011 < 0,05 maka dapat di jelaskan H1 atau hipotesa yang ke dua di terima, sehingga di artikan bahwa ada pengaruh prestasi (X2) terhadap promosi jabatan (Y).

Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out how the influence of disclosure of social, environmental and economic performance on financial performance is measured using the ROA profitability ratio. The research method uses descriptive quantitative. The data used is secondary data by taking figures obtained through the Indonesia Stock Exchange Website and the official Website of each company. Quantitative descriptive is used in analyzing the data. The results of the study show that disclosure of economic performance has no significant positive effect on the company’s finansial performance, as well as social performance which has no significant positive effect, while enviromental performance has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

This research analyzes the determination of selling prices in the thrifting business at @MOZZA.THRIIFT. The purpose of this study is to identify factors that influence the determination of selling prices and provide recommendations for effective pricing strategies. The research method used is a qualitative approach with interviews with the owner and manager of @MOZZA.THRIIFT and secondary data analysis. The analysis was used to identify factors that influence pricing, and analysis was used to formulate pricing strategies. The research findings show that product quality, brand, market demand, and economic conditions affect pricing in thrifting businesses. Pricing strategy recommendations include price differentiation based on product quality and condition, dynamic pricing, and appropriate sales promotion. The implication of this research is the importance of paying attention to these factors in determining the optimal selling so that thrifting businesses can increase their profits and competitiveness. The results of this study can be a guide for thrift business owners and managers in optimizing pricing strategies to achieve success in the thrifting industry.

Abstract

Change management is key to improving organizational performance in a changing era. One emerging approach is sustainable Human Resource Management (GHRM), emphasizing environmentally friendly and sustainable practices. This study evaluates the contribution of GHRM to organizational commitment and innovative behavior of employees at four universities in Surabaya. It was conducted with a sample of 25 employees from each college using accidental sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed by statistical methods. The results show the significance of GHRM contribution to organizational commitment and innovative behavior of employees. GHRM practices that focus on sustainability and environmental friendliness influence employee commitment to college goals and encourage innovative behavior in the workplace. This suggests investment in GHRM strategies is important to create a work environment that motivates, builds commitment, and encourages creativity and innovation, improving organizational performance and competitiveness.

Abstract

The social media platform that is currently popular is Instagram, with a user base of 109.3 million people as of April 2023. This number has continued to increase by 3.45% compared to March, which had 105.68 million users. With the large number of Instagram users, there has been a rise in online stores that create accounts and utilize various features on Instagram for trading purposes. As more online stores open accounts on Instagram, many users become more consumptive upon seeing posts on their Instagram timeline. Therefore, the author intends to analyze the influence of Instagram on users' online shopping behavior. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to respondents through the social media platform Twitter and analyzing the questionnaire data using SEM-GesCA. There were 96 respondents who completed the questionnaire, with 52% of them being male. The results obtained from this study indicate that the social media platform Instagram has a negative influence on users' online shopping behavior.

Abstract

E-commerce is a medium of online trading that will help the efficiency and productivity of buying and selling for business owners and consumers. Less physical presences both parties raised doubts on consumers to transact online. Therefore, trust is a key factor in transactions. Therefore, the trust in e-commerce needs to be addressed. An analysis is done by examine what factors can improve the Indonesian's trust in e-commerce. The research model is adapted from the selected previous research models which consisted of six hypotheses The study sampling method was purposive sampling technique. 102 main samples is obtained to be analyzed. Hypothesis test results stated that the website quality / application has a significant effect on customer trust. This means that factor that makes increase trust for online transactions is a good quality website of an online store. The quality of a good website including quality of information, ease of use, the actuality of the product, and the service quality on the website.

Abstract

Income disparity needs to be addressed so that the level of disparity can be low and controlled so that it can implement development policies properly and improve the welfare of the community. This research aims to analyze the effect of the HDI, Open Unemployment Rate, and Poverty on Income Disparity in Riau Islands Province in 2011-2022. The development of the HDI, Open Unemployment Rate, Poverty and Income Disparity in Riau Islands Province fluctuated considerably during 2011- 2022. This research used panel data from 7 regencies/cities and 1 province from 2011-2022. The results of this research explain that the HDI, Open Unemployment Rate, and Poverty simultaneously have a significant effect on Income Disparity in Riau Islands Province. HDI has a negative and partially significant effect on Income Disparity in Riau Islands Province. Open Unemployment Rate and Poverty have no partial effect on Income Disparity in Riau Islands Province.
