Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Krisnadwipayna yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JMBK mulai dipublikasikan sejak awal tahun 2013 oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. JMBK terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam satu tahun, yaitu pada bulan April, Agustus, dan Desember yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian manajemen dan bisnis, yang meliputi Manajemen Produksi dan operasi, sumber daya manusia, pemasaran, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini. Diharap hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JMBK dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat, yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu manajemen dan bisnis sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya. Bagi para praktisi bisnis di dalam menentukan strategi manajemen dan bisnis.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and store atmosphere on customer satisfaction at Toys City Mall Summarecon Bekasi. This research is a quantitative research and survey research. The population of this study is the customer-owner owner of children's toys buyers Toy City Mall Mall Summarecon Bekasi. The number of samples is 60 respondents, while the sampling technique uses the saturated sample technique. The data of this research are primary data sourced from questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability, while the data analysis uses descriptive statistical analysis, simple and multiple regression, hypothesis F test and hypothesis test t. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Toys City Mall Summarecon Bekasi. 2) The atmosphere of the store has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Toys City Mall Mall Summarecon Bekasi. 3) Service quality and store atmosphere together have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Toys City Mall Summarecon Bekasi..

Abstract

The purpose of this study to obtain the empirical evidence and to find clarity of phenomena and conclusions about the influence of these two variables above on Car Buying Honda Jazz Decision to consumers Honda Jazz in Karawang. Samples were collected by using Purposive Sampling with a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques used are Scale Range Analysis and Path Analysis with the help of Method of Successive Interval (MSI), Microsoft Excel 2010 and SPSS 21 computer programs. From the analysis of research data, obtained some conclusions are follows: Honda Jazz Car Image of 393.6 is on criteria Agreed. Quality of Honda Jazz Car Product of 382.2 is on criteria Agreed. Car Buying Honda Jazz decision of 398.53 is on criteria Agreed. There is a partial influence between Brand Image and Product Quality of 0.651. This shows a strong and undirectional relationship because it has a positive value. There is partial influence between Brand Image to Purchase Decision equal to 38.3% and there is partial influence between Product Quality to Purchase Decision equal to 47.3%. There is simultaneous influence between Brand Image and Product Quality on Car Buying Decision of Honda Jazz to consumers in Karawang equal to 60.3%, while the rest are other factors not examined equal to 39.7%.

Abstract

The objective of the research is to find out the influence of experential marketing and tourist satisfaction positively and significantly to the revisit intention of tourists in the Kelimutu National Park Area. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive, with respondents in this research were domestic tourists with a total of 140 as a basis for consideration for SEM-PLS. The sample was taken using purposive sampling. The results of the research showed that experential marketing and tourist satisfaction are positive and significant for revisit intention tourist in the Kelimutu National Park.

Abstract

This study aims to determine portfolio performance using the methods of Sharp, Jensen and Treynor. The companies involved in this study were 18 companies in the industry group of textile which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016. Data were taken monthly for 12 months. The data is then analyzed to determine the elements needed in the analysis namely market profits, standard deviation of profits (total risk), beta (systematic risk) and risk free profits (risk free). Based on data analysis, it is known that portfolio performance is calculated using 3 methods, namely Sharp, Treynor and Jensen methods in the textile industry stock which includes 18 companies which are mostly negative. However, if it is classified according to non-negative values, then the performance according to the Treynor and Jensen methods can be used as a reference because all of the items that are compared have positive values. According to the Treynor Index shares that can be used as a reference for entry in investments are CNTB, CNTX, ERTX, HDTX and ARGO shares. Meanwhile, according to Jensen's index of shares that can be included in the investment are SSTM, STAR, MYTX and POLY.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of purchasing decisions by consumers on product quality and prices on coffee products in Ruangopi. This research is quantitative descriptive. Type of the research was descriptive verification that with the depiction and exposure variables studied and then pulled conclusion. Research variable which being independent variable was a product quality and the price as well as the purchasing decisions as the dependent variable. The population in this study were consumers who came to Ruangopi for 1 month. Sampling in this study using random sampling to 83 consumers who buy coffee in Ruangopi. Test instruments conducted with validity test and reliability test and analysis techniques used were multiple regression analysis.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of deposit interest rates on third party funds in BJB Bank, Branch Rangkasbitung. Data collected is secondary data. Data analysis techniques using simple linear regression. The results indicated that the deposit interest rate had a negative and significant effect on third party funds in BJB Bank Branch Rangkasbitung.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of debt to equity ratio and return on assets of stock price on food and beverages sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study used secondary data, with samples 9 food & beverages companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the study period 2016-2018. Independent variables in this study are debt to equity ratio and return on assets. This study used purposive sampling technique. The method of data analysis used multiple regression analysis. Based on results of the study, only debt to equity ratio have no significant effect on stock price. Meanwhile, the F test result shows that Debt to Equity Ratio and Return on Assets jointly have effect on stock price.

Abstract

This research purpose is to analyze the impact of bank soundness on stock price both simultaneously and partially. This research conducted on several indicators which represented by each ratio. There are Good Corporate Governance (GCG), risk profile represented by Non Performing Loan (NPL), capital represented by Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and earning represented by Return on Asset (ROA). The population was conventional banking companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2014-2018. Sampling method used in this research was purposive sampling and obtained 32 banking companies as a sample. This research using quantitative method. Analysis technique used in this reseach was panel data regression. The result shows that simultaneously NPL, ROA, CAR have insignificant effect on stock price. However, partially there was a significant effect between GCG and stock price. While the others variable have insignificant effect on stock price.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of location on purchasing decisions, knowing and analyzing the influence of location on customer satisfaction, knowing purchasing decisions on customer satisfaction, knowing the effect of location on customer satisfaction through customer decisions. The analysis shows that location influences purchasing decisions, which means that the more location strategy can improve purchasing decisions. Location affects customer satisfaction, which means that locations that are easily accessible can increase customer satisfaction. Purchasing decisions affect customer satisfaction, which means that consumers will feel satisfied if there is compatibility. Location influences customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions, which means that strategic location can increase customer satisfaction if purchasing decisions are made rationally.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the which listed companies in Agriculture Sector at Indonesia Stock Exchange has the most optimal financial performace . The population of this study are companies listed in Agriculture Sector at Indonesia Stock Exchange during January 2017 to December 2019.. The research sample used purposive sampling. The data sourced is monthly stock price downloaded from the Indonesia Yahoo Finance website. The analytical method used is a comparative analysis model. The methods studied are Risk Adjusted Return, Sharpe Ratio, Treynor Ratio and Jensen Alpha Ratio. The findings of this study is PT. Sampoerna Agro Tbk. (SGRO) has the most optimal financial performance, followed by PT. Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Tech Tbk (SMAR) and PT. Perusahaan Prkbn Lndn Smtr Indnsa Tbk. (LSIP) during the periode of the research.
