Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Krisnadwipayana
Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Krisnadwipayna yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JMBK mulai dipublikasikan sejak awal tahun 2013 oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. JMBK terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam satu tahun, yaitu pada bulan April, Agustus, dan Desember yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian manajemen dan bisnis, yang meliputi Manajemen Produksi dan operasi, sumber daya manusia, pemasaran, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini. Diharap hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JMBK dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat, yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu manajemen dan bisnis sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya. Bagi para praktisi bisnis di dalam menentukan strategi manajemen dan bisnis.

The goal of this study was to analyze and determine the positive and significant influence of competence on employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable. The subject of this research is all employees of Bekasi productivity improvement center by using a quantitative approach method. Meanwhile, to analyze the pattern of relationships between variables in this study, using path analysis with the aim of determine the direct or indirect effect of a set of independent variables on the dependent variable. The findings of the study indicate that competence has a direct impact on Bekasi productivity improvement center employee, as well as an indirect effect through motivation. The performance of the Bekasi Productivity Improvement Center is influenced by competence through motivation.

The purpose to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance PT. Rajaerba Indochem. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 35 respondents, all of whom were employees of Rajaerba Indochem. The research method using partially and simultaneous linear regression analysis. This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of total quality management and supply chain management on operational performance. The sample used a non-probability sampling method, and the data collected was obtained by means of a questionnaire. It was then analyzed using a quantitative method. The results showed that, together, total quality management and supply chain management have a partial and simultaneous effect on operational performance at PT. Berkat Jaya Makmur Abadi.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the mediating effect of brand image and brand trust between celebrity endorsements and purchase intention of Instagram users. Respondents in this study were women Instagram users who followed Maudy Ayunda's Instagram as a marketing influencer for the pond's brand, the analytical method used was path analysis. The results of the study stated that the influence of celebrity support on Instagram users' purchase intention through brand image and brand trust was smaller than the direct influence of celebrity support on Instagram users' purchase intention.

This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment, job placement on the performance of employees of PT. Tainan Enterpises Indonesia 3. The data analysis with validity and reliability testing, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing using simple and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially recruitment had no effect on employee performance , while job placement had an effect on employee performance at PT. Tainan Enterprises Indonesia 3. Simultaneously recruitment and job placement affect employee performance at PT. Tainan Enterprises Indonesia 3.

The purpose to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on consumer buying interest PT. Hijrah Insan Karima Bekasi. The research method uses descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis, the analytical model used is linear regression, both multiple and simple. The population in this study are consumers at PT. Hijrah Insan Karima Bekasi. The sampling technique of this study used simple random sampling. The sample as the object of research is respondents PT. Hijrah Insan Karima taken by chance. The result of Product quality and service quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest in PT. Hijrah Insan Karima Bekasi both simultaneous and partially.

To find out employee performance is influenced by leadership throughemployees motivation of PT. Cibubur Indah Motor/Honda Cibubur. This research was conducted on employees of PT. Cibubur Indah Motor (Honda Cibubur). The data collection method used is by distributing closed questionnaires. In this study, researchers used a saturated sample method where samples were used from all members of the population. For data analysis models researchers use path analysis tests. The results showed that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on motivation. And leadership affects employee performance through motivation at PT Cibubur Indah Motor (Honda Cibubur).

This study aims to analyze and find out “effect of fashion lifestyle, promotion mix and visual merchandising on purchase decisions in Recycle Stuff.id Samarinda City. This research uses quantitative research and sampling using non probability sampling technique, the data is obtained from distributing questionnaires through google from. The results of this study indicate that the variables of fashion lifestyle, promotion mix and visual merchandising simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.
