Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Krisnadwipayna yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JMBK mulai dipublikasikan sejak awal tahun 2013 oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. JMBK terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam satu tahun, yaitu pada bulan April, Agustus, dan Desember yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian manajemen dan bisnis, yang meliputi Manajemen Produksi dan operasi, sumber daya manusia, pemasaran, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini. Diharap hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JMBK dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat, yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu manajemen dan bisnis sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of compensation and work discipline on the performance of PDAM Tirta Patriot employees. This type of research is included in the category of causal associative quantitative research. The source of research data is primary data using a questionnaire with a Likert point scale 5. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample. The research was conducted of PDAM Tirta Patriot employees. The analytical technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysi,. The results of the analysis show that compensation and work discipline either partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine The effect of return and current ratio on dividen payour ratio, the effect of return on asset on dividen payour ratio, and the effect of current ratio on dividen payour ratio. This research uses quantitative data analysis technique. Sampling using purposive samping method using certain criteria. The result of this study indicate that return on assets and current ratio have an influence on the dividens payour ratio, return on assets has an influence on the dividens payour ratio, and current ratio has an influence on the dividens payour ratio for the Food and Beverage Sub Sector Companies Registered In Indonesia Stock Exchange

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the effect of brand image and service quality on customer satisfaction at Sicepat Expres Point Agen Jatiasih. The independent variables are brand image and service quality, the dependent variable is customer satisfaction. Methods of data analysis with quantitative descriptive analysis using simple regression analysis and multiple linear regression. Sampling amounted to 100 respondents using the Random Sampling technique because the sampling of members of a population is done randomly without regard to the existing strata in the population. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) Corporate image can increase customer satisfaction. 2) Service quality can increase customer satisfaction. 3) Improved company image and service quality can encourage increased customer satisfaction at SiCepat Ekspres Point Agen Jatiasih.

Abstract

Purpose To determine the effect of communication and motivation on employee performance of Kantor Kecamatan Kp. Makassar Jaktim. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The respondent in this study were employees of Kantor Kecamatan Kp. Makassar Jaktim, Satgas Sumber Daya Air. The sampling technique of this study used non-probability saturated sampling. The research method using partially and simultaneous linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that simultaneous or partially, communication and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance of Kantor Kecamatan Kp. Makassar Jaktim.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine macro and micro economic factors that influence the profitability of Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Syariah in Banten Province consisting of Banten Regional gross domestic product, Banten Regional inflation, bank size, capital adequacy ratio and non-performing financing. This study uses quarterly time series data from 2020 to 2023 with a sample of 16 quarters. The model used is a panel data regression model using EViews 12 software. The results of the study show that Banten Regional gross domestic product, Banten Regional inflation and bank size partially have no effect on the return on assets of Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Syariah in Banten Province. While capital adiquacy ratio and non-performing financing partially affect the return on assets of Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Syariah in Banten Province. Simultaneously, the results of this study are all independent variables, namely: Banten Regional gross domestic produc, Banten Regional inflation, bank size, capital adequacy ratio and non-performing financing together have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely return on assets of Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Syariah in Banten Province.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of competence and work environment on employee performance at PT. Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk. This is a quantitative descriptive study using primary data by giving questionnaires to employees of PT. Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk, located in the Pulo Gadung Industrial Estate, Jakarta, discussed on Jl. Goat Island II Kav.I-II.No.33. From a population of 1,500 employees, a total sample of 94 respondents was obtained using the Slovin formula. The technique used to take samples is the random sampling method and the type of data used is heterogeneous. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results show there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between competence and work environment on employee performance. Partially, competence has a significant influence on employee performance, as well as work environment variables.

Abstract

Naval base as one of the integral components of the SSAT is the spearhead of power in carrying out support for the tasks of the operating units both in peacetime and during war. In carrying out its duties the Navy has an Integrated Fleet Weapon System (SSAT) which is the integration of strength of the capabilities of the KRI, Aircraft, Marines and Naval base components. To find out the professional level of the soldier, it is necessary to hold a Test of Combat Naval Base Task Force in order to realize, maintain and improve the skills of both individuals and groups, which in turn will increase the establishment of Operational Command and Control, Operational Procedures and the establishment of mastery of appropriate techniques and tactics. With the implementation of the test, it is expected to know about Naval Base Combat Readiness, a condition where the base can carry out its main tasks. Combat Duty Rehearsal is an exercise carried out by KRI or base to maintain the ability and professionalism of soldiers both programmed and programmed. This study aims to determine whether the relationship of human resource readiness influences the professional abilities of the Naval Base on west coast.

Abstract

This research use descriptive research with quantitative approach. There are three variables that are used in this research: Individual Differences, Environmental Factors and Buying Decision. The collection of data obtained through online questionnaires, which were distributed randomly in Jakarta. The sample in this research was 100 respondents. The sampling technique of this research is random sampling. The data analysis uses descriptive analysis and multiple linear regressions. The results in this research showed that Individual Differences and Environmental Factors simultaneously affecting Buying Decision significantly. The other results showed that Individual Difference and Environmental Factors partially affecting Buying Decision significantly. Based on the result of this research, it’s better for Insurance Company to considerate people personal individual differences and also environmental factors to strengthen the sales of unit link product.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the degradation of companies in the LQ45 index. The population of this study is companies listed on the LQ45 index from February 2019 to July 2019. Total populations are 45 companies. The research sample used purposive sampling of 3 companies. The data is sourced from audited company financial statements downloaded from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The analytical method used is a horizontal analysis method that is comparing financial statements for several periods. The models studied are NOPLAT, FCF, ROIC, and CFI from DCF methods. Based on the NOPLAT analysis, all three companies were able to create net operational profits. Based on the FCF analysis, only PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk. revenue’s that able to support its business development activities. Based on the ROIC and CFI analysis, only PT Elnusa Tbk. tended to be stable in providing funds to pay debtholders and stakeholders.

Abstract

The background of this research examines the effects of job satisfaction and work experience on employee-desire for empowerment. The objectives of this research was analyzed the effect of job satisfaction on empowerment, the effect of job satisfaction on work experience, the effect of work experience on empowerment. A sampling with purposive sampling techniques of two hundred Employee’s in Telecommunication company as the respondents provided the data that were analyzed for this study. Using a sub-set of the sample consisting of was used to test three hypothesized relationships in the model. Data analysis in this research was used Structural Equation Model (SEM) to test the independent variables influence the dependent variable. The findings help to explain failures in organizational efforts to empower workers by demonstrating the critical role of job satisfaction and work experience behaviors in heightening employee-desire for empowerment.
