Abstract

In order for office buildings to always be functional, building maintenance and maintenance activities need to be done both physical maintenance and facilities and infrastructure that support office activities. The process of maintaining and upgrading buildings is inseparable from the role of good project management in planning, implementing and controlling the project itself. in the implementation of the project time and cost greatly affects the success rate of the project. In the mess building renovation project and supporting facilities office of the Bali Agricultural Technology Assessment Center the implementation time is not in accordance with the scheduling made. Therefore, the analysis of the review time of the implementation of the project is important again. in this study the authors used a method of probabilities analysis to determine the age of the project optimistic duration, expected duration and pessimistic duration. with a project success rate of 85% and a failure rate of 15%. Basically, probability theory intends to examine and measure uncertainty (uncertainly) and try to explain quantitatively. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done obtained the results of the duration of optimist, expected and pessimistic of each item with a probability rate of 85% success rate and 15% failure rate of the project on each work item has a duration of 1-3 days from normal time.

Abstract

This hospital building structure modeling for providing information about modeling techniques and analysis of the structure of a building with concrete materials and a special moment frame system. The lowrise building is designed to have four levels, function as a hospital, moderate site class conditions, and is located in high seismic areas. The design following the standard code so as to produce a safe and comfortable building. Modeling and structural analysis are using SAP2000 software version 19 to obtain the forces acting on the structure, deflection and deformation. The scope of modeling techniques includes dimension estimation, loading, material, deflection and deformation control, and final dimensions. The preliminary dimensions are determined based on a practical approach for beams, columns and plates based on the provisions of SNI 2847: 2013. The deflection or deformation is controlled for each beam and slab for each floor which is a maximum of 5.4mm less than the allowable deflection of 22mm. The maximum deformation is viewed on each floor for earthquake load based on SNI 1726: 2012. The maximum deformation floor to floors that occurs is smaller than the allowable deformation. The final dimensions obtained are 15cm plate thickness, column K1 60/60 cm, K2 55/55 cm, K3 50/50 cm and K4 45/45cm, beam dimensions B1 40/60 cm, B2 35/50 cm, B3 30/50 cm. Deflection and deformation are following the criteria of SNI 2847-2013, 1726-2012, SNI 1727-2013.

Abstract

Along with the grave of the population of Denpasar City more especially the South Denpasar sub-district from year to year resulted in an increase in the amount of clean water needs. The increase in clean water needs is certainly necessarily anticipated early to avoid the potential lack of clean water in the future. For this reason, a study is needed to find out how the estimated clean water needs in the next future 10 years. Before calculating, first is to know the estimated population in the next 10 years or 2030. To calculate data on the number of population in the last five years to find the average population growth. Using the geometry method, then calculated the estimated population in 2030. The result is, the population in 2030 was 408499 people. Meanwhile, data is also needed related to the current average of clean water. The data was obtained through a survey using the questionnaire method. The sample in this survey was determined using the Slovin formula, where the number of PDAM water customers in 2020 was 19788 home connections and by using a tolerance limit of 10%, then the number of respondents was 100 home connections. Of the 100 respondents, the result is the average use of clean water of 120 liters/person/day. With this data, the need for clean water needs in the next 10 years with service coverage is 80% of the total population. The result is, the total clean water requirement in 2030 was 668.7756 liters/second. With this enormous need, water sources are needed with high production capacity to meet the needs of 2030.

Abstract

The selection of transportation modes in Denpasar aims to identify the characteristics of users ofonline transportation modes (Go-Car) and conventional transportation (Sarbagita). Conventional transportationsarbagita also conduct transaction systems without the use of information technology systems, Over time the publicconsiders that the use of transportation must be adjusted to the main needs such as coefficients of time and distanceso that the purpose of the use of transportation can support the needs of the community that must be created bythe coefficient of time and fares in accordance with the distance traveled such as online transportation modes. Thequestionnaire in this study in the form of google form was then distributed through online media to respondentsand processed using multiple linear regression analysis approach with the help of SPSS V25 program. The resultsof the study of 100 respondents there were 94 respondents who chose the online transportation mode (Go-Car)and 6 respondents who chose conventional mode of transportation (Sarbagita). From the analysis of data showsthat the age of users of online transportation modes (Go-Car) and conventional transportation (Sarbagita) inDenpasar city is 16-55 years, the gender of users of online transportation modes (Go-Car) and conventionaltransportation (Sarbagita) in Denpasar city is 44% who are men and 56% are women, users of onlinetransportation modes (Go-Car) and conventional transportation (Sarbagita) based on the last level of junior highschool as much as 1% , SMA as much as 55%, and S1 as much as 44%, users of online transportation modes oftransportation (Go-Car) and conventional transportation (Sarbagita) based on work consists of Students 7%,Students 28%, Private 49%, Self-employed 1%, Housewives 8%, and civil servants 7%.Keywords: Characteristics,SPSS V25, Multiple Linear Regression.

Abstract

Saraswati 1 Denpasar High School is one of the centers of educational activities located on Jl. Cambodia No.11 A, North Denpasar Subdistrict, which has developed both in terms of facilities and infrastructure as well as the number of students. This made the parking lot not functioning optimally because some students parked their vehicles out of place. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to determine the capacity and characteristics of motorcycle parking at SMA (SLUA) Saraswati 1 Denpasar. The increase in the number of new students every year at SMA (SLUA) Saraswati 1 Denpasar will have a consequence of increasing vehicle ownership and can increase parking demand. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the parking characteristics in the current conditions. And this problem needs to be solved through a field survey to find out exactly what problems exist. In solving these problems, this study aims to analyze the characteristics of parking, namely parking capacity, parking availability, and parking needs in the current state of the parking system and being able to plan parking patterns. with the availability of existing parking lots.

Abstract

Time and cost are very influential on the success and failure of a project. Benchmark for project success is seen from the short completion with minimal costs without leaving the quality of the work. Systematic project management is needed to ensure that the project implementation time is in accordance with the contract or even faster so that the costs incurred can provide benefits. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of the Balai Serbaguna project in terms of project costs and time. Performance analysis on the construction project of the Multipurpose Hall in Tabanan district using the Earned Value Management (EVM) Method. The Earned Value Management method uses three indicators in its calculation, namely: ACWP (Actual Cost Work Performance), BCWP (Budget Cost Work Performance), BCWS (Budget Cost Work Schedule). Project performance can be seen from the calculation of the CPI (Cost Performance Index). During the 8 weeks of the project implementation, it can be seen that the CPI performance in weeks 1, 2, 3, 7, and 8 of the CPI is <1, which means that the project implementation budget is greater than the planned budget, so the project is said to be not good in terms of costs. At week 4 and 5 the CPI is worth> 1, which means that the project implementation budget is smaller than the planned budget, which can be said to be good in terms of costs.

Abstract

Sumber daya kegiatan merupakan salah satu hal yang penting dalam pembangunan proyek konstruksi, karena keterbatasaan sumber daya kegiatan pada saat pelaksanaan konstruksi akan menghambat aktivitas proyek. Untuk menghindari hal tersebut perlu dilakukan perencanaan sejak awal, kegiatan perencanaan yang dimaksud meliputi pengadaan sumber daya tenaga kerja, material, dan peralatan yang dilakukan dengan cara menentukan kebutuhan dari sumber daya tersebut agar dapat digunakan sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan. Berdasarkan pembahasan dan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan pada pekerjaan struktur dari minggu I sampai minggu XVI yang dilaksanakan selama 112 hari, didapatkan rekapitulasi volume total kebutuhan sumber daya kegiatan untuk pekerjaan struktur. Untuk total kebutuhan sumber daya tenaga kerja didapatkan pekerja = 2157 oh dengan rata-rata per hari sebesar 20 orang, tukang batu = 149 oh dengan rata-rata per hari sebesar 2 orang, tukang kayu = 415 oh dengan rata-rata per hari sebesar 4 orang, tukang besi = 929 oh dengan rata-rata per hari sebesar 9 orang, kepala tukang batu = 67 oh dengan rata-rata per hari sebesar 1 orang, kepala tukang besi 81 oh dengan rata-rata per hari sebesar 1 orang, kepala tukang kayu 69 oh dengan rata-rata per hari sebesar 1 orang, dan mandor 262 oh dengan rata-rata per hari sebesar 2 orang.

Abstract

Dalam proyek konstruksi yang menjadi tolak ukur keberhasilan suatu proyek adalah biaya, mutu, dan waktu. Namun seringkali terjadi durasi pelaksanaan tidak sesuai dengan time schedule rencana yang disebabkan oleh ketidaksesuaian antara ketersediaan sumber daya manusia dilapangan dengan kebutuhan sumber daya manusia. Hal ini menyebabkan keterlambatan pada durasi pelaksanaan proyek Pembangunan Gedung C SMPN 14 Denpasar, Kertalangu. Dari permasalahan tersebut dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui perbandingan durasi sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan leveling pada masing-masing kegiatan menggunakan Microsoft Office Project 2007 pada proyek Pembangunan Gedung C SMPN 14 Denpasar, Kertalangu. Berdasarkan analisis tentang perbandingan durasi kegiatan sebelum dan sesudah di leveling, maka didapatkan hasil analisis yaitu durasi rencana berdasarkan time schedule rencana sebelum di leveling 91 hari namun sesudah di leveling berubah menjadi 163 hari dan durasi pelaksanaan berdasarkan laporan harian kegiatan sebelum dileveling 69 hari namun sesudah di leveling berubah menjadi 110 hari.

Abstract

Bali dengan luas wilayah yang relatif kecil memiliki produktivitas padi yang cukup tinggi terutama di daerah pedesaan. Pada sektor pertanian,pengelolaan irigasi merupakan salah satu komponen keberhasilan pertanian.Daerah Irigasi Tinjak Menjangan terletak di Kecamatan Marga Kabupaten Tabanan merupakan salah satu daerah irigasi yang termasuk bagian pengelolaan daerah aliran sungai (DAS) Tukad Sungi yang memilik luas areal rencana 436 Ha sejak tahun 1961, lalu pada tahun 2020 luas areal fungsional menjadi 405 Ha.Dari pencatatan debit tahun terakhir (2020) yaitu debit rata-rata yang masuk ke intake sebesar 770 lt/dt, dimana debit yang paling besar 863 lt/dt dan yang paling kecil 127 lt/dt. Sedangkan kebutuhan air pada sawah Daerah Irigasi Tinjak Menjangan sebesar 810 lt/dt. Berdasarkan data yang ada, sehingga perlu adanya analisis imbangan air dan kinerja daripada saluran irigasi tersebut. Pada penelitian ini, analisis yang dilakukan adalah analisis debit andalan dengan menggunakan metode Weibull, analisis kebutuhan air irigasi dengan menggunakan metode Penman Modifikasi, analisis keseimbangan air menggunakan metode Water Balance. Data yang diperlukan pada analisis adalah data debit bendung selama 5 tahun terakhir, data pola tanam, data klimatologi, data kondisi existing jaringan irigasi, penampang saluran dan debit saluran irigasi. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan imbangan air pada Daerah Irigasi Tinjak Menjangan mengalami suplus jika pola pemberian air dilakukan secara bergilir. Tetapi jika dilakukan pola pemberian air secara serentak akan mengalami defisit pada bulan – bulan tertentu.

Abstract

Gedung Fakultas Pariwisata Universitas Udayana merupakan gedung fasilitas pendidikan yang berlokasi di Jalan Kampus Bukit Jimbaran, Badung, Bali. Adapun menurut SNI 1726:2012 fasilitas pendidikan masuk kedalam kategori resiko IV yang berarti gedung ini memiliki risiko yang tinggi terhadap jiwa manusia saat terjadinya gempa. Oleh karena itu Analisis perilaku struktur diperlukan pada gedung ini untuk mengetahui ketahanan gedung terhadap gempa. Analisis perilaku yang dilakukan menggunakan metode respon spektrum. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana perilaku struktur terhadap gaya gempa dengan metode respon spektrum sesuai SNI 1726:2012. Hal yang ditinjau yaitu simpangan antar tingkat dan gaya geser dasar pada gedung. Hasil analisa menunjukan simpangan antar tingkat dan gaya geser dasar berdasarkan gaya gempa rencana dari analisis respon spektrum arah X dana Arah Y memenuhi persyaratan SNI 1726:2012 yaitu simpangan antar tingkat yang terjadi pada struktur gedung lebih kecil dari pada simpangan antar tingkat yang diizinkan. Adapun gaya geser yang terjadi pada struktur pada arah X sebesar 1175,46 kN dan pada arah Y sebesar 1224,65 kN.
