Abstract

Health Insurance is a type of insurance product that specifically guarantees the health or care costs of insurance members if they fall ill or have an accident. Managed care is a health service financing system that is structured based on the number of registered members with control starting from service planning and includes contracts with health service providers for comprehensive services.

Abstract

Economics and health are very closely related. Economic development greatly affects public health conditions, and improvements in public health conditions will affect work productivity. This article aims to look for economic linkages in health planning. This article is a research based on literature review using the library method. The results show that between health planning and economics there are similarities and linkages. Economic growth and development in a country will greatly affect the health status of its population and is closely related to the country's ability to develop health services and other activities in the health sector. Therefore, policy in the field of health and its implementation is also strongly influenced by macroeconomic considerations.

Abstract

Economic problems always attract great attention of individuals or society especially in health. Various ways have been done by the government to solve the problem. This article aims to explore economic evaluation on health counseling. This article is a research based on a literature review using the library method. The results show that the economic analysis of public health programs is generally identified by calculating the value of money. One of the limitations of economic analysis is that it does not take into account the value of the pain or suffering experienced in terms of money.

Abstract

Rate is one of the key elements that determines the sustainability of hospital management. Rational and proportional determination of rate will affect the quality of health services. This article aims to explore strategies for implementing hospital rates. This article is a research based on a literature review using the library method. The results show changes in the rates structure that comprehensively take into account unit cost, competitive position, ability to pay, willingness to pay, and strategic objectives, as well as the internal conditions of the hospital are very significant in helping to improve the financial structure of the hospital. Conversely, setting rates that only follow rates in other hospitals does not help hospitals improve their financial condition.

Abstract

The Puskesmas Management Information System (SIMPUS) is an arrangement that provides information so that it can assist the decision-making process for carrying out Puskesmas management in achieving the goals and objectives of its activities. This study aims to identify the effectiveness of the implementation of the puskesmas management information system (simpus) at the Mataram Health Center in 2022. This research is a research using descriptive quantitative research methods. Sempel in this study were 100 respondents who were outpatients at the Mataram Health Center. The data collection tools and methods used were questionnaire sheets through the interview method which were conducted from April to June 2022. The data analysis used was univariate analysis to explain or describe the research variables. The results of univariate analysis on the variable effectiveness of the implementation of the puskesmas management information system program at the Mataram Puskesmas showed that patient perceptions of the Effectiveness of the Implementation of the Puskesmas Management Information System which were considered less effective amounted to 12 people with a percentage of 12.0% and patient perceptions that were effective amounted to 54 people with a percentage of 54 .0%. And finally, the perception of patients who were considered very effective was 34 people with a percentage of 34.0%. Based on the table, it can be seen that the percentage of patients who feel effective is higher, namely as many as 54 people with a percentage of 54.0%. It is hoped that the puskesmas can increase the effectiveness of implementing the puskesmas management information system in order to increase patient satisfaction. The puskesmas is also expected to conduct regular effectiveness surveys in an effort to improve the quality of health services.

Abstract

Work accident (work accident) is an unwanted incident or event that is detrimental to humans, damage to property or loss to the process. The occurrence of work accidents is caused by two main factors, namely physical factors and human factors. In their daily work, health workers are always faced with certain hazards, for example infectious hazards, toxic reagents, electrical equipment and medical equipment. As for how to control the work environment to minimize accidents for workers, namely by technical control, administrative control and using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Abstract

The work environment is everything related to employee activities in the office. This starts from the company culture, physical environment, to supporting facilities, such as health insurance, parking, and so on. The factors that affect the work environment include: lighting or light, temperature or room temperature, humidity, air circulation, and noise levels.

Abstract

Occupational Disease is a disease or health condition caused by work routine or work environment. Occupational diseases can be caused by various factors, for example from the work itself, the work process, the work tools used, the work environment and also the materials used for work. Occupational diseases can be caused by: physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic, and psychosocial factors. The prevention efforts in the hospital work environment include occupational health for employees, sanitation in the hospital environment, patient safety, visitors and hospital staff and others.

Abstract

Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is defined as a science and its application in an effort to prevent accidents, fires, explosions, disease contamination, and so on. K3 contains Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), which is mandatory equipment that is used when working according to the hazards and risks of work to maintain the safety of the workers themselves and other people in the workplace. The use of PPE is adjusted to the profession or work performed. In general, PPE consists of protective equipment for the head, eyes and face, hearing, breathing, hands, feet, height and body.
