Abstract

The background of this research is the extent of the role of assistants in Pasar Ambacang Village, Kuranji District, Padang City. Mentors as spearheads for PKH recipients. This study uses structural functional theory according to Talcott Parsons. This discussion of Parsons' structural functionalism will begin with four AGIL schemes. The approach used is descriptive qualitative. While the type of research is a case study. The data collection carried out in this research is the method of observation, interviews, and document studies. Primary data in the form of data obtained directly by the author from the results of observations and interviews with research informants as many as 14 people. While the types of the results of this study indicate 5 roles of PKH facilitators in Pasar Ambacang Village, namely: 1) The role of facilitator is to provide motivation, opportunities and support for PKH recipient communities. 2) Role as a Advisor provides positive input based on experience. 3) Role as Liaison in several related parties. 4) Role as a mobilizer in PKH Program activities. 5) Role as an Evaluator to see the level of success.

Abstract

The importance of laboratory testing is needed in terms of making a diagnosis. Medical support service laboratories are needed by doctors in diagnosing, monitoring and prognosticating diseases so as to minimize unnecessary treatment or therapy. This study aims to determine the role of the laboratory in establishing a diagnosis at the Masbagik Health Center in 2022. This research method uses descriptive quantitative methods. The population in this study were 97 respondents with accidental sampling technique. The sampling method is by distributing questionnaires to outpatients at Masbagik Health Center.The results of the study were based on the Univariate Analysis Test with a total of 97 people (100.0%) respondents who were used as research samples. There are 56 respondents (57.7%) who underwent laboratory testing, while 41 respondents who did not undergo laboratory testing (42.3%). So from these results it can be seen that Laboratory Testing plays a significant role in establishing a diagnosis, namely > 50% of all respondents.

Abstract

Every health care institution must have a medical record file. The medical record contains the records and documents on the identity of the patient, examination, treatment and subsequent actions. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect on the completeness and timeliness of returning outpatient medical record files on the quality of service at the Perampuan Community Health Center in 2022. This study used a descriptive quantitative method with a population of outpatient medical record files with a sample of 100 medical record files. The results of this research at the Perampuan Health Center found incompleteness as well the incompleteness in the time to return medical record files. It shows that Complete (74.0), Incomplete (8.0) and less complete (18.0) medical record filling. The return of the medical record file was not on time /<1x24 hours (83.0) and the return of the medical record file was not on time /> 1x24 hours (17.0).

Abstract

Masbagik Health Center has a good performance, but that does not mean that it has never experienced problems in serving the patients. This study aims to determine the description and influence of the performance of officers at the Masbagik Health Center, East Lombok in 2022. This research uses analytical descriptive research. Data collection was carried out by referring to the questionnaire sheet with a sample of 100 outpatients, the data analysis used was univariate and bivariate analysis. The percentage results obtained that most of the respondents answered good performance of 97 people (97.0%). It is known that respondents who are dissatisfied are 2 people with 3 answer points, a score of 1 is 1 answer and a score of 2 is 2 answers (0.3%). The better the performance of the officers, the higher the value of patient satisfaction.

Abstract

The implementation of the medical record system in the outpatient registration of new patients consists of a filling system and a numbering system. The filling system is a system or method for naming a patient in a medical record file to distinguish one medical record file from another. While the numbering system is a system used to assign numbers to the patient's medical record file. The purpose of preparing this final report is to provide information about the implementation of the naming system and numbering system at the Rensing Health Center. Medical record document is a file containing records of patient identity, examination, treatment, actions and other services to patients in health care facilities. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach to phenomenological design. Data collection using interview techniques, observation and study documentation. The sample was obtained by using a random sampling technique. From the results of the practice at the Rensing Health Center, the filling system used according to the rules of the Director General of Health and Medical Affairs (2006), numbering uses a unit system that has been implemented at the Rensing Health Center. The filling system and numbering system at the Rensing Health Center have been implemented but not optimal yet.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of patient waiting time at the registration counter on the level of patient satisfaction at the Aikmel Health Center in 2022. The method in this study used in the form of observation and questionnaires with the object of research being outpatients at Aikmel Public Health Center, totaling 97 respondents. The researcher gave questionnaires to the respondents as a data collection tool to determine the effect of patient waiting time at the registration counter on the level of patient satisfaction at the Aikmel Health Center in 2022. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. The analytical test used is the chi square test to determine the correlation or relationship between two variables. Testing is done by using SPSS 16 software for windows. The results showed that most of the outpatients stated that the waiting time at the Aikmel Health Center had met the standard and for outpatient satisfaction, most of the patients were satisfied. The results of the chi square test show that p value = 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is an influence between waiting time on outpatient satisfaction at Aikmel Health Center. It can be concluded that there is an effect of waiting time at the registration counter on outpatient satisfaction at the Aikmel Health Center in 2022.

Abstract

The fishing system with a ticket is buying and selling by fishing, that is, prospective anglers who wish to participate in this fishing activity are required to pay an amount of Rp. 100,000,-. prospective anglers are given a marker in the form of a wooden stake and an entry ticket, anglers have the right to catch fish for a set time, namely 24 hours (a day and night) and the fish they catch can be brought home without weighing it. The focus studied in this study is related to the ticket fishing system in Rarang Tengah Village, Terara District, East Lombok Regency and related to a review of sharia economic law on the ticket fishing system in Rarang Tengah Village, Terara District, East Lombok Regency. This research method uses a qualitative research type with an analytic descriptive approach. Types and sources in data collection, namely primary data derived from observations and interviews. Secondary data comes from documentation, results of previous research and other sources related to research. Checking the validity of the data is done using peer discussions and triangulation. The results of the study show that the fishing system with tickets in Rarang Tengah Village is not allowed due to one of the conditions in buying and selling, namely goods or objects cannot be handed over directly by the fishing manager to fishing and the object requirements are not fulfilled. Therefore, buying and selling by fishing is prohibited in Islamic law because it contains elements of gharar or ambiguity in it which results in profits and losses experienced by each angler.

Abstract

Economics is a social science that involves a study in order to determine choices and consider the things that need to be done in that election. Economics is included in the branch of social science that focuses on the use of scarce or limited resources to meet human needs. While humans have various needs and are endless or unlimited. Regarding the existing problems, economics can look at problems from two angles, namely micro and macro. Microeconomics studies various activities of economic units, such as individuals, both individual persons, individual companies, or other individuals.

Abstract

The market mechanism assumes that in behaving, everyone basically has personal desires and always seeks maximum satisfaction. Whereas equity reflects behavior that is less selfish and pays attention to the welfare of others. Health and illness also affect a person's ability to earn income. Government intervention on health services can be based on the principles of efficiency and equity. This can be attempted by improving the conditions needed for the market mechanism to function or limiting the effects that cause the market to not function.

Abstract

Health financing is one of the fields of science in health economics. What is meant by health costs is the amount of funds that must be provided by individuals, families, community groups. Sources of health costs can come from the government budget, community budgets, domestic and foreign assistance, as well as a combination of government and community budgets. In general, health costs can be divided into two, namely the cost of medical services and the cost of public health services. The main requirements for health financing are the amount, distribution and utilization. While the function of financing is to extract funds, multiply funds. The main problems in health financing include the lack of available funds, inappropriate distribution of funds, inappropriate use of funds, imperfect management of funds and increasing health costs. While the settlement efforts taken include increasing the amount of funds, improving the distribution, utilization and management of funds, as well as controlling health costs.
