Khazanah Pendidikan Islam
Khazanah Pendidikan Islam (KPI) is a peer-reviewed international journal that publishes original research papers and reviews in the field of Education. KPI is a scientific journal published by the State Islamic University of Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung, Indonesia. This journal aims to advance the progress of Islamic Education by providing a platform for researchers, scientists and academics to publish their research findings and share knowledge with the wider scientific community. KPI welcomes contributions from researchers, scientists and academics around the world on various topics, which have been determined. Journal Subject ( Four main priorities ) : 1. Inclusive Character Development of Students Through the Al-Quran and Hadith: KPI welcomes contributions that explore how Islamic teachings from the Al-Quran and Hadith can be integrated into educational frameworks to promote inclusive character development among students. The text should examine pedagogical strategies, curriculum design, and the role of educators in instilling values such as empathy, integrity, and social responsibility based on Islamic spirituality. Relevance of Religious Education in Islamic Countries: KPI invites research investigating the significance and impact of religious education in Islamic countries. Articles should explore the role of Islamic education in shaping worldviews, ethical values, and contributions to societal development, considering the historical context and contemporary challenges in various Islamic societies. 2. The Role of Education in Advancing Various Fields: Manuscripts that explore how education, both Islamic education and general education, can advance various fields are highly expected to be submitted to the KPI. Although more emphasis on Islamic education is desirable, researchers are invited to investigate how education in a broader context can drive progress in areas such as science, technology, arts, and humanities, providing insights relevant to the holistic development of society. Education Policy:Manuscripts addressing education policy are highly encouraged for submission to KPI. Researchers are invited to explore various aspects of education policy, including its formulation, implementation, and evaluation, with a particular focus on its impact on societal development. Emphasis may be placed on policies related to access and equity in education, curriculum design, teacher training, and the integration of technology in learning. Additionally, studies on Islamic education policies are particularly welcomed, especially those that examine their role in promoting values, ethics, and holistic education. By contributing to the discourse on education policy, these manuscripts aim to provide actionable insights and recommendations for advancing education systems at both local and global levels 3. KPI encourages rigorous research that contributes to understanding of these themes, stimulates interdisciplinary dialogue, and provides insights relevant to contemporary challenges and opportunities in the Islamic context.

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pemberlakuan segregasi gender di Pesantren At-Thoriqiyah, khususnya. Dimana hal tersebut disandarkan pada nilai-nilai keislaman agar tidak bercampur antara laki-laki dan perempuan untuk meghindari kemaksiatan. Namun tidak dipungkiri bahwa pemberlakuan segregasi tersebut juga memicu munculnya perilaku-perilaku yang tabu dan bahkan jauh dari nilai kepantasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deksriptif-kualitatif dengan kategori penelitian lapangan (field research). Data dikumpulkan dengan pengamatan langsung, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan munculnya beragam perilaku santri akibat dari segregasi pemondokan, yakni perilaku positif seperti semakin giatnya belajar dan beribadah, juga perilaku negatif seperti candaan di luar batas kewajaran, dorongan untuk berpacaran, dan perilaku homoseksual. Perilaku-perilaku negatif itu terjadi sebab dorongan internal bilogis (libido) pada diri santri yang menyebabkan disorganisasi nilai, baik nilai agama maupun nilai kesopanan, demi melampiaskan hasratnya. Sehingga butuh tinjauan kembali tentang pemberlakuan segregasi di pesantren mengingat banyaknya perilaku negatif yang bisa merusak citra dan nilai-nilai di pesantren.

African countries have been severely harmed by terrorism, insurgency, secession, instability, violence and religious crises since the beginning of the 21st century. Countries are on the verge of collapse, wars engulf society, and instability remains a recurring experience since the collapse of colonial rule and subsequent independence from African nations. The increasing incidence of the insecurity crisis in Nigeria is worrying enough to emphasize that the West African regional organizations that have legal responsibility for insecurity management have not been able to adequately address this issue. Nigeria's security challenges seem to be getting worse, threatening the fundamental development and health and education challenges of our nation especially for you almajiri. National security has become a troubling and challenging issue. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to prove the truth of the existence of a negative correlation between the transmission of covid19, education and other related hazards by the almajiri system. This study uses qualitative research methods with several analytical techniques and several ways of collecting data. This study resulted in recommendations for constitutional reform. Primary and secondary data collection sources are used to provide direction and give credence to the originality of this work and recommendations will be offered for policy makers to consider future steps.

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengungkap secara umum buku Kepustakaan Medis Pandemik di Dunia Islam dengan  membahas 3 hal, yaitu: pertama, tentang penyakit Tha’un. Kedua, tentang obat-obatan. Ketiga, tentang kepustakaan penyakit Tha’un. Di bab pertama Ibn Hajar menjelaskan tentang awal-mula, dimana menurutnya Tha’un itu adalah sejenis penyakit (pandemik) yang menular di tengah masyarakat silam. Selain itu, Ibn Hajar menjelaskan bahwa Tha’un itu sejatinya adalah rahmat bagi orang-orang yang beriman, bersabar, dan rida. Adapun latar belakang Ibn Hajar menulis buku ini diantaranya adalah karena banyaknya pertanyaan dan permintaan dari kolega-koleganya untuk mengumpulkan informasi seputar pandemi Tha’un, yaitu dengan memberi penjelasan atasnya, dan mempermudah makna dan pemahaman atasnya, serta aturan (hukum) atasnya.

Dampak penerapan model pembelajaran kontekstual dalam pembelajaran akidah akhlak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertempat di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Fatih Bandung Kp. Tegalame, Desa Ciaro, Kecamatan Nagreg, Kabupaten Bandung, Jawa Barat. Penerapan model pembelajaran kontekstual dan hasil belajar akidah akhlak pada siswa kelas VIII MTs Fatih Bandung diidentifikasi sebagai masalah belajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen semu pada 30 siswa kelas VIII sebagai populasi penelitian. Skor tersebut didasarkan pada hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah paradigma pembelajaran kontekstual diterapkan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat peningkatan yang cukup besar pada nilai siswa sebelum dan sesudah penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran kontekstual. Variabel X (penerapan model Pembelajaran Kontekstual) dan variabel Y (hasil belajar akidah akhlak) memiliki korelasi yang “mendekati sempurna†yaitu pada rentang > 0,90. Nilai Sig juga 0,000, sesuai dengan tampilan output Paired Samples Test (T-Test). Karena nilai Sig lebih kecil dari 0,05 (< 0,05), maka H0 ditolak dan H1 disetujui yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat variasi hasil belajar akidah akhlak siswa sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti pembelajaran model kontekstual. Dengan kata lain, model pembelajaran yang efektif digunakan di kelas VIII MTs Fatih Bandung untuk mengajarkan akidah akhlak.

Tantangan yang dihadapi saat ini oleh peserta didik adalah ketentraman jiwa mereka untuk menjalani proses pembelajaran dengan efektif dan efisien. Teori ilmu jiwa daya menjabarkan bahwa manusia memiliki banyak daya untuk melakukan sesuatu. Salah satu daya tersebut adalah daya berpikir yang membutuhkan ketenangan jiwa. Oleh karena itu, peserta didik saat ini harus mampu mengontrol ketentraman jiwa mereka agar dapat berpikir dengan baik dan menjalani proses pembelajaran dengan baik. Salah satunya adalah dengan membaca ratib al attas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembacaan ratib al attas terhadap pembelajaran peserta didik di masa covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menguraikan berbagai pandangan dan teori dari studi kepustakaan (Library Research). Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa terdapat pengatuh yang positif terhadap mental peserta didik untuk menjalani proses pembelajaran, sehingga pembinaan mental tersebut dapat menjaga dan merawat bahkan meningkatkan kualitas prose pembelajaran peserta didik di masa pandemi covid-19.

Educational institutions around the world have been closed since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. Around 1.6 billion students worldwide were forced to be held in these homes. In India, educational institutions were closed in March 2020. As a result, 25 crore students from 15.5 lakh schools were forced to be confined to their homes. The 2009 'Right to Education' Act ensured everyone's education, but the coronavirus outbreak stopped people's basic rights. In this context, various online platforms such as 3 e-learning platforms, namely the National Education Resource Warehouse, DIKSHA, E-Path Sala Simpang Shagun; Swayam, Swayam Prabha, National Academic Depository, National Digital Library and Virtual Labs under the Digital India initiative help further education. But students from vulnerable communities are excluded from the benefits of online education. Seeing this situation, this article analyzes how the traditional education model has stalled due to the outbreak of the pandemic and the government's initiative to continue education. Using qualitative research methods, this article also analyzes India's virtual education infrastructure before and after the pandemic. Analytical work is based on secondary data. The e-platform currently supports learners, but this is not enough to include all. So, there is a need to strengthen the online platform as a mood alternative.

Due to pandemic online education has become the only accessible process to address diverse community in education system. It also compels students to use internet with unprescribed manner which leads to several usage of it at levels that can be called as internet addiction. On the other hand online education has excluded the social interaction process to virtual platforms with changing manner and characteristics. Due to this one can find himself/herself isolated and on the other hand who is reluctant of participation can find he/she secure. Thus with different dimensions of loneliness and a growing amount of internet addiction, the present study aims to find the primary relation between these two variables.

Digital literacy is the ability of an individual to locate, organize, evaluate, analyze and use the required information using digital technologies. It includes a working knowledge of several technologies and understanding of how it can be used. The main objective of the study was to explore the digital literacy of the Muslim household women from West Bengal. The present study also determines the type of device used by them, determining the usage purpose and examines the digital literacy skill.The study is Descriptive survey nature where purposive sampling techniques has been adopted for selecting the respondents from the study area of West Bengal. The total number of respondents were 103. As a research instrument investigator used two different tools- firstly Self-made questionnaire on the usage purpose. Secondly, Digital skill questionnaire developed by “Clinically validated Integrated Support for Assistive Care and Lifestyle Improvement: the Human Link –Vinciâ€. The data were analyzed with the help of descriptive and inferential statistics using SPSS software.The findings of the study reveals that there is significant relationship between the usage purpose of internet and the digital literacy.The highly significant relationship is found between involving in social networking sites for communication i.e., .937, which indicates that due to rapid increase of internet use through digital gadgets for communicating with different social networking sites has gradually empowered their digital literacy.The cause and effect level is high and the null hypothesis is rejected. Here digital skill is influenced by the factors of competency level, communication level, content creation level, ability to adopt safety measures and communication level.Therefore now days household women while maintaining the home tradition and culture parallel they are also maintaining track with the digital world as because some of them may have pre- literacy digital skill before their marriage or they may have learned after their marriage.Â

Islamophobia is often explained as vile attitudes towards Muslims. Yet, Muslims are still labelled as bloodthirst.y terrorists, misogynists, or primitive in literature, media and academic or political discourses. These stereotypes have gone a long way in carving the image of Muslims globally, resulting to their marginalization, stigmatization or violently abused in some countries. Contrary to the general notion that Islamophobia developed after 9/11, this research argues that Islamophobia existed long before 9/11 in the form of stereotypical representations of Muslims. This study aims to briefly locate the earlier forms of Islamophobia through historical events like: pre-colonial encounters, series of wars and battles fought for the quest for empire expansion, unsuccessful or non-lasting colonialism, the postcolonial resistance and Muslims’ vicious reactions to anti-Islamic publications. The study interrogates the amplifications of stereotypes and persistent misrepresentations of Muslims which has long existed in traditional and modern English writings as a means of discerning and curbing the growth of Islamophobia. Homi Bhabha’s theory of stereotype will be used as the theoretical underpinning of this research. This study also looks at series of historical events of misrepresenting the Muslims in English writings and situates them within the Islamophobic implications that plague the world today.

The third century of the Islamic era was a period of great intellectual attainments. It was in this period that some of the highest intellectual luminaries had risen on the horizon of Islamic learning, whose multiple contributions to multiple themes of Islam guided the later Muslim writers in diverse branches of knowledge. Abu Ja’far Muhammad Ibn Jarir al-Tabari was one of them who was a prolific writer, a Qur’anic exegete, a jurist, a traditionist and a historian and who produced prodigious works on all themes of Islamic learning including his work on Islamic history, Tarikh al-Tabari which has become an important source of information for many generations of historians of Islam. His second most influential and best known work is his work on Qur’anic commentary known as Tafsir al-Tabari which explains the text (sometimes word by word) based on its historical and lexicographical explanations. Miskawayah, Ibn Athir and Abul Fida were among the few Muslim historians who referred to the works of al-Tabari. He learnt fiqh and jurisprudence from various teachers and contributed a lot to the science of Islamic jurisprudence by writing a number of prominent works. Therefore, this research paper will focus on the on the life of Abu Ja’far Muhammad Ibn Jarir al-Tabari. This research paper will also explore his contributions to different fields of knowledge through his eminent works keeping in view the descriptive as well as analytical methodology.
